One time I had a slightly longer-than-normal wait and they gave me a card to choose a free item next time I came back. The Royersford, PA Chick-Fil-A is the worst. 3rd time here and they messed up my meal. I order the same thing over and over. Every time I have ordered, it is wrong. I order the Number 7 with crispy chicken. I HATE the butter bun. My order comes up and they give me the Chick-Fila-A Deluxe with Bacon and Colby Jack Cheese. I WANTED THE WHEAT BUN. 3 times. I told the "Lead" person about the mistake and didn't even apologize. She said "Thank you for your patience". I also told her that the 2nd time that I was there they did the same thing. I called and put me on hold for more than 5 minutes and I hung up. I wanted to let them know that they messed up my order. I gave them 3 tries. Done with this place. read more

Chick fil-a is no ordinary fast food place. for starters you will not find beef or any meat other then chicken on this menu and that is alright because they have perfected the chicken sandwich. The original sandwich comes practically naked with just 2 pickles. Why ruin a good thing with condiments and accompaniments right. If this is your first time go for the original but if you have gone before try the spicy or grilled you won't be disappointed. Now lets talk about things other then food. I love how clean this restaurant is, they obviously take pride in their store fronts. The employees are very great as well. They delivered our food to the table and were very accommodating when I wanted a lunch sandwich during obvious breakfast hours. The bonus of this location is the play room for toddlers. My only complaint is that they are not open on Sundays but everyone deserve some family and friends time. (From what I understand this is based off of religious beliefs.) read more

My family has been eating here for a few years now and because my kids are picky eaters, we eat here quite often! I'm just very thankful that my kids prefer Chick-Fil-A over Burger King or McDonalds as I don't think my stomach could handle it! In terms of fast food restaurants, we love this place. The food is really good and the service here is amazing! I'm not used to fast food restaurants bringing your food to your table, but they will, especially if they see you have your hands full with kids. Someone is often seen walking around asking if you want a refill on your drink, so you don't have to go up to the counter to get a refill. This location tends to stay pretty busy, but the restaurant seems to always be pretty clean, including the bathrooms. And speaking of bathrooms, while I like to always tell my wife that she needs to change the "stinky" diaper because there is no changing table in the mens room, I unfortunately can't use that excuse here! There is an indoor play area for the kids. It's not real big, but my kids always enjoy it. While parents are supposed to be in there supervising their kids, it often doesn't happen and I think the parents sit just on the other side of the glass wall separating the dining area from the play area. This location also does various special family events throughout the year like a sons camp out and a daughter's Valentine's dinner. All the staff here is simply wonderful. Not sure if all Chick-Fil-A's operate like this one, but we enjoy coming to this one! read more

When we need quick food but I want a pleasant atmosphere we go here. You pay a little more for the food compared to other fast food places but the food is nicer, service is leaps better and the employees are very nice and place looks neater and clean. My kids also like coming and playing in the indoor playground. read more

This location has one of those indoor playgrounds, so it seems to be very popular with mothers with young children. Hence, it's probably louder and more crowded then most of their other locations. Sandwiches have always been hot & fresh, and I love their waffle fries. It would be nice if they had self-serve soft drink fountains, but atleast they do have someone walking around offering to refill your drink for you. A solid choice when you want a good chicken sandwich. read more

Stopped in 8/11/16 for lunch with grandkids. The customer service was very good nice they use your name to thank you for your order. I was really disappointed in the over all cleanliness. I had jack Kovaleski as my waiter today. He was very respectful and gave me recommendations on what to get. He recommend the chick fa la sauce and I enjoyed it a lot. He seemed like he was very comfortable behind the cash register, you should really make him a shift manager. Even better give this man a raise. I genuinely can say I'm never giving this place my business again. To start, I'm a doordasher and the signage for getting your food at this Royersford Chick Fil A is not clear at all. I didn't make the correct turn to park in the proper Doordash spot and one of the workers at this location asked me if I could read... (obviously I can). Being a leader in customer service, I was disappointed. I said I was sorry and she gave me attitude and said, "Do NOT do that again...". I ignored it, I understand they're probably stressed because they are busy 24/7. I waited 20 minutes for my order which is extremely long. At first I thought they were just busy and it may take awhile. Another doordasher parks right next to me and this co worker (not even within a minute) comes out with both his order and mine. Not sure if it was a coincidence or she purposely made me wait. I'm leaning more towards the "purposely made me wait" because the look she gave me through the window glass when I picked up the food was like enough to seal the deal. read more
