Chick-Fil-A always tastes good so it's hard to go wrong with any location. The mall at Christmas had something to do with all the mixups and undercooked fries, but dang the sandwiches were good! Our strawberry shakes were vanilla but still good so what can I say? It was busy and there seemed to be no start or end to the line/ ordering situation. I came here for lunch for years, so having changed schedules and tried coming here for dinner a couple times the last couple of months. Disappointed in the crew who works the dinner shift. Not a lot of people in line or waiting for food, but the over staffed counter seems more in hanging out and chatting with other workers than providing a good customer experience. Some examples, My drink was 3/4 filled and covered in splatters on the outside. Had to ask for a napkin to clean it off. Asked for no pickles on my sandwich and it came with pickles. Had to correct the order twice in order to get the right size drink. When my food was ready, no acknowledgment from the counter. Just a name yelled and then back to visiting with their friends. read more

I ordered lunch from Uber eats. Fries were very cold. 4 piece chicken strips cold. No sauces in order.

All I wanted today was a spicy chicken sandwich meal with large fries. However. I am so disappointed to come to find out my 6 I REPEAT. 6 chick fil a sauces were not included in my order. I believe this is the fault of the workers. And the service. I am extremely upset. I have had a very bad day. This ruined my day even more. This location has an disproportionate amount of cashiers (many of whom look suspiciously young) and seemingly one cook. Throngs of customers wait while they stare back at the ridiculous number of unoccupied and disinterested "cashiers" that are doing nothing while their fellow employees obviously need more help in the back. read more

Chic-fil-a is doing another breakfast promotion, so I've been back to this location a few times. I have to say, I think they are getting their act together. Friendly service, fresh food, timely wait. This place is always busy, but they seem to have it down. They get orders taken pretty fast regardless of how long the line is. And the wait for the food typically isn't too bad. Everything has been fresh and cooked well (unlike last summer). As a result, I've updated from two stars to four stars. I still don't like the coffee. It's almost sour. read more

This is a Chick fil A located inside of a busy mall food court. It was so busy that I sat down, ordered my food from the mobile app, and waited for the rude employee to literally scream out my name. I do not know why they don't improve their pick-up situation, but having some teenager literally scream out names in a rude manner is not appealing. Get a PA system, have numbers, lit signage, anything more professional. This location is like all others - food is decent, soda fountain is behind the counter so you have to stand in line and wait to get your drink filled by already busy employees who overfill it and hand it back dripping down the sides. The best thing is that all of the sauces are on display so you don't need to beg for the sauces as they put 1 at a time in your bag. The restrooms are located in the mall and were plentiful and clean! My service points were the friendly mobile app, the bellowing teenager, and the teenager overfilling my soda. 3 stars for decent product and location - no service! read more

I wouldn't even give this Chick-fil-A one stars, last night I ate here with my family and all of us ended up getting really bad food poisoning. FIRST OF ALL, the guy that took our order lied and said he was from Great Britain. He was also not wearing his mask properly, which normally wouldn't bug me, but he WAS LITERALLY TOUCHING MY CAR. If Great Britain boy has corona virus then I do too now. Then I said thank you and he said "you're welcome". That's when I knew it was all going downhill. We received our order. No ice when we specifically asked for ice. Spicy fried chicken sandwich with PEPPER JACK when we ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with no cheese. Chicken tenders instead of nuggets, and no ketchup when we SPECIFICALLY asked for EXTRA ketchup. It doesn't matter how busy the mall gets on a Saturday night, this Chick-fil-A is on it! The line to order sometimes gets long but it only looks that way and the line moves very fast. You won't be standing in line for more than a few minutes. The team members are very helpful and quick and I've never had problems with special requests on my orders (I'm dairy-free). Orders are always accurate and made fresh and fast. I've had issues with other Chick-fil-A locations and long wait times or cold fries, but I've never had any problems at City Creek Center and I'm a regular just because of the stellar service and always fresh food. read more

Just wanted to say that I think it is pretty "chicken" shit that you changed the JAZZ fowl shot reward without notifying the JAZZ organization or the fans. The deal is if the opponent misses 2 consecutive foul shots in the 4th quarter everyone gets a chicken sandwich. We find out today that this has been changed to a fountain drink (and my favorite lemonade is not included)!!! Poor form guys, poor form. Yes, I am reviewing a fast food chain. This location seems to be less friendly than others, but probably because of its locale in a food court and the fact that it's the busiest Chick-fil-A in town. The free refills take longer to get, they don't bring the food out to you... etc- stuff that other locations are able to do. The nice thing is that their location does allow for other dining options (i.e.: I want Chick-fil-A, Bobby wants Subway) and the bathrooms in that food court are immaculate. Oh- and the food? Easily one of the best fast food places in town. I visit here because I work upstairs. Their line may seem super long, but it goes by faster than me eating my sandwich. Don't let the length of the line discourage you. I came to check out city creek on one of their crazy busy opening nights and it was packed. The long was suspiciously long but I wanted to try it nevertheless. The manager said it was a two minute wait and he wasn't lying. I got the spicy chicken deluxe which comes with pepperjack cheese, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Very tasty and very thick, juicy chicken. Not like your frozen chicken patty from other fast food places. The service is ridiculous, like so good it's almost disgusting. They have employees running around the seating area asking if you need refills on your drink. They'll run and get you a refill without you leaving your seat. They also ask how your food is and take your garbage away when you're done. This was better service than most sit down restaurants. Overall I was very impressed with this chick-fil-a and their waffle fries are as good as everyone raves. read more

I am gluten free and chick-fil-a has so many options. All of their dipping sauces are Gluten free, as well as the salad dressings. You can get their strips and nuggets grilled-without breading- and they are so yummy! The cashier was super friendly and asked if it was a allergy and made a note to have the cook change his gloves. All Chcik-fil-A's are great, and at this one, the people are always awesome and having more gluten free options in downtown is a huge plus! read more

We visited this location during a conference. Now mind you they had no idea not only was there our conference of several thousand people but something the schools had going on with several hundred high school students. Needless to say they were slammed!! There was at least 150 people trying to order all at one time. Our service was amazing!! They were polite, quick and accurate!! They made it seem like we we're the only customer even when there were so many. Hats off to this location and their staying calm under all that pressure!! read more

If I could give this Chick Fil A100/5 stars, I would in a heartbeat. Every single time I visit, they do such a great job at serving customers and getting everyone their food as soon as possible. Recently, my app wasn't working and I was bummed because I couldn't get my rewards. Nick, the owner of this establishment, went above and beyond to help me get it all sorted out. He was understanding and so so helpful. I honestly couldn't imagine a better experience than the interaction I had with him today. He is a great asset to the entire corporation of Chick Fil A and most definitely displays everything that a company should strive for. I was never upset about my issue within the mobile app; just confused and wanting it to get sorted out so I could continue to use my rewards...however Nick still turned my entire day around and created an experience I will remember.
