This chic filet is by far the best in the area. The staff is friendly and the food is great. My kids love playing in the playscape. The other kids have manners and that's enjoyable. The only issue, and this is not a bad thing from a business standpoint, is they always have so many people in and out that it's almost impossible to find a clean table. At 2pm there was only ONE cashier! There were 6 people in line. There were tons of employees walking around and taking care of the drive thru. But customers who wanted to pay cash were treated like they didn't exist. The cashier got my order wrong and needed help with the previous order. One cashier and she had no clue! No condiments sitting out so I had to stand around like an idiot waiting to get some ketchup. The lady was not friendly & seemed bothered. She only had 1 and I needed 2 for my party. She never gave me another ketchup. She completely forgot about us. Well, then put out condiments & napkins for customers like every other fast food restaurant! 2 incompetent employees! The place was so hectic & too many employees walking all around the ordering area. It wasn't even lunch rush. I won't be dining at this particular restaurant again! All the front parking spots are reserved for mobile orders so good luck finding a parking spot to dine in. The parking lot is non existent for dine in customers. Went here to get a meal. Order a spicy chicken with md fries and drick with a packet of avocado lime ranch my typical order if I go to chick-fil-a. Paid for my meal individual hands me my meal look inside no ranch. I ask for it and the individual reaches in my bag to get the receipts it was on there. He walks to the window ask for it and they say it's another 50 cents wait I already paid. Your telling me that yall screwed up and cant hand me a 50 cent package of ranch. This is the best Chik-fil-A out of all the ones I have been to. Food, cleanliness, customer service are all great. Unlike some places, the staff here are likely to recognize you/remember your name--especially if you come regularly. Yes it can be busy around lunch time, but this CFA has never failed me food wise. As I mentioned, the customer service is superb. Any business will always have an employee that won't be that great, but the good ones certainly outnumber and outweigh any bad ones here at this CFA. I recommend this place with high confidence (I've been here more times than I can count). What is there not to like about Chick-fil-A? With their new app and curbside delivery, there has never been a better time to eet sum chikin. I like this location a lot. The owner here is very involved, and I see him all the time in the restaurant. He is also involved with their social media page gives the spotlight to his employees. I have had no issues with this location. They slip up sometimes on my order, but they always correct the order if I bring back my receipt or point it out asap. When placing an order the manager, Abdul, acted as if it was an inconvenience to replace grilled chicken with spicy, when I've done it before at every location, including this one. I understand that y'all might be low on staff but I was willing to wait. This is a horrible location as far as customer service chick fil a is very well known for great customer service and this location hasn't been for three years now. I moved to this area and rather drive to a further location than to come to this one. This is my go-to Chick-Fil-A since it's less than a mile away from my apartment. The food quality here is consistent, and the service is speedy and friendly no matter how long the line is during lunch. Sometimes they do promotional events-follow their Facebook to stay up to date on the latest news. Expect chaos around lunch, but if you're in the drive-through line, employees will come out to take your order to expedite the process. Also I would invest in a Chick-Fil-A calendar ($6) since you'll receive a free menu item each month. Oh and for those with kids who don't want their toys, trade the toy in for a free ice dream, which is a much better (and tastier) deal in my humble opinion. read more

This might be the best location in the city. I frequent this location due to its close proximity to the library and am always happy with my experiences. The staff is always energized and seem happy to be there. The dining room is always clean and the food is always fresh as well. I never go through the drive-thru because usually there are tons of cars (but what location doesn't), so I go inside and regardless of the line, I can usually get served within 8 mins. Not bad. The service here is usually always above and beyond, I've been before where it's been really crappy, but it's fast food and I don't really have to deal with people other than when I'm ordering so I can't really complain. A note for people who don't go here often, if you're going to go for lunch and want to beat the ridiculous crowds get there between 11AM to 11:30AM. If you go after that and before 1PM, you're going to be at the drive thru waiting to park forever because seriously, it gets so packed. Don't even bother going here if you don't go before 1130AM for lunch! If you DO happen to go through the drive thru, it does go by fast, they always have workers OUTSIDE taking your orders at your car and they give the order to the person inside and it just makes it work a lot faster. Drive through at 8am is usually packed, so I was surprised that I was able to drive right through. I LOVE the fact they have garbage bins before and after the drive through. I ordered a Chicken Burrito Meal with Coffee and Hasbrowns. The food came out quickly and the staff was friendly. I usually find the Hasbrowns crispy and salty... This morning they were warm and a little soggy. Not as salty. The burrito was amazing. For $4.75 this meal is filling. The burrito is filled with chicken, eggs, cheese, red pepper, onions. Even though the new Chickfila has opened up on Babcock and Huebner I still prefer to eat at this location in the Medical Center. Why? Well the service here is great and the main thing it's CONSISTENT. The staff is super friendly and always says "my pleasure" when you thank them. They also go around and ask if you need refills for your drink. That is simply extraordinary for a fast food (quick service) restaurant. Chickfila's batter is very good and it pairs well with the wide variety of sauces they have available. My favorite sauces are the signature Chickfila sauce and the BBQ. Waffle fries are also always a hit. Order a sweet tea or lemonade with your meal and if you have room try their delicious milkshakes (cookies n' cream is great) Lunch gets a bit more packed compared to dinner but you should be okay if you dine in and don't do the drive through. read more

I don't know what to say about chick fil a really, but everytime I go it's a good experience. The only downside to Chick-fil-A in general the lines are so long. I think the best way to avoid these lines could be this new Chick-fil-A app that allows you to order and then pick it up in store. Parking sometimes at this location can be a little bit of a nightmare, with a small parking lot of the chase bank as well as a chipotle. My favorite meal of choice: spicy chicken sandwich no pickle. Definitely the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. I use to wonder why this location was NEVER busy , especially being next to a University Hospital ( all chick fil a lines are normally always wrapped around the building). He proceeded to ask could he just order since the lobby was closed. She said no you can do the app and wait for curb side pick up . He stated he didn't have his phone hence he just walked over from work ( he was a surgeon who got to work at 6AM and was getting food before his next case ) . He started to walk off and I offered him to get in the car with me and we went thru the drive thru . The lady who took my order said ok and I pulled around. She handed me my #3 and a Large Sprite . I told her I ordered a #3 with a sprite and a L Fry. She said oh ok so you wanted a large fry not a L drink ? And I said correct . She then said it'll be 2-3 minutes and I said ok can I get my drink ( the drink was literally in the window) ! She said Oh I thought you wanted a Large Fry instead of a drink . What kind of sense does that make when I ordered a meal !? And specifically said a Sprite ! She then said it'll be 2.16 ( or some like that) to get the L sprite that was literally sitting in the window ( even though she messed up the order at this point 3 times ! ) I told her don't worry about it . And she told me to pull up and wait for my fries. Ok so I pull up and wait for my fries about 2 minutes and there is an employee walking out with a bag in her hand but she passes my car and walks to ANOTHER VEHICLE WHO JUST PULLED UP.
