Kiosk is first thing you see when entering. Three were no customers at counter however there 3 employees standing there. First mistake was ordering at kiosk. Only 1 customer was in dining room. As we sat in dining room, we watched people enter restaurant, walk to counter and leave within a few moments with their food orders. My friend went to the counter and asked about order placed at kiosk only to be asked "What order?" (Picture of order on kiosk was 2 pieces of chicken, side of mashed potatoes and a biscuit. Drink was extra.) Female employee kept looking at cash register and at counter. She never touched register. Another female employee began gathering food and first employee asked for payment. Interesting that she asked for money as she never entered order on register. A male employee entered order and after yet another employee got involved, I had my meal and my change. PS.....they dont use pennies anymore so beware if you're paying cash. I was due 3 cents charge so they gave me a nickel. Ordering via kiosk was unnecessary hassle. We ended up having to pick up some late dinner June 6 2026 10:00pm. I ordered the 10 piece family meal only to be yelled at by the employee saying "it's Monday" very loudly (female employee). I said what do you mean. She said I thought you said the 10 piece for $10. We don't frequent kfc enough to know the menu. When we ordered she said we don't have any chicken it will be a 16 min wait. I said I'll wait the 16 min. But we made the connection. They close at 11 so of course they would say they don't have anything available. Food service has gotten so ridiculous. This KFC has gone down hill. The new district manager only wants them to change their cooking oil monthly instead of when it needs to be changed you know when the oil changes color. Soda machines never work. Tea was watered down. Gordon Ramsey needs to pay them a visit. Employees were friendly though. But the quality of the food really was disappointing. Do not order online for delivery for this location. They use DoorDash which is fine but, the dasher stole our food! We called the restaurant and told us they used DoorDash and that was it. I ordered 8 piece crispy family fill up meal, this has to be the worst chicken I've ever had in my life, the chicken was so over cooked just before being burnt that it made the breast and wing so dry you absolutely can not eat it. I attempted to eat the thighs but it had such a funny taste it was impossible! It seems they used old oil or old chicken reheated in the oil. I called to let the manager know let's just say she wasn't the most professional person. I started my conversation letting her know I'm sorry and hate to have to complain but I can't let it go. We ordered a mixed bucket of crispy and grilled chicken, slaw, green beans and potatoes. Got slaw, double potatoes and no green beans, no grilled chicken at all, and something the Colonel would never recognize as any of his breading. Great staff! They were courteous and very professional. The food was the complete opposite. I ordered hot shot bites and for those who are unfamiliar, they are *italicized* usually very soft-breaded pieces of white chicken meat with a side and drink. In this particular instance, I had just had some wisdom teeth pulled almost a week and a half ago and after eating these rock hard hot shot bites, the front of my mouth hurt just as much as the back of my mouth. My experience wasn't perfect, but the customer service was, so I have to give 4 stars. I went close to closing time. I wanted pot pie but they were out and it would take a while to make more. So the lady patiently waited while I chose something else. When I got to the window, she apologized profusely about the pot pie. I told her no problem because she had handled it really well. Then it took a little while to get my food and she apologized a couple more times about the wait. Again, I didn't mind because she was being so courteous and professional about it. Unfortunately I didn't get her name so I can't give her a shout out, but I was there on 2/23/19 at 10:00pm, so hopefully someone at KFC can figure out who she was and let her know how much she is appreciated. I have been coming here for years now. I love KFC. The people that have worked here over the years have been chosen wisely as they are nice and courteous. Never had an issue with this store. My only complaint is why it is a 4 star and not a 5, is that sometimes their popcorn chicken is over cooked and my daughter only gets about 1/2 of the original order. When he got there they of course tried to up sell their promo items, when he said no and started to order the associate had added on one of the promo items anyway. He asked to have it removed. When he got home the only thing in my box was a mash potatoes and a brisket. Missing my chicken fingers and potato wedges.
