This was my third visit to this Chick Fil A and so today I thought I'd write my review. Service is great but is kinda slow, I always got to wait around for a refill even though nobody is ordering at the register. My food is always fresh and well portioned. I never feel like I am getting ripped off with the portion sizes. The restaurant is always clean, and if a table is a dirty the staff is pretty quick on cleaning it. They have a lot of promotions here and sometimes they give you free gift cards for just dining in. read more

I spent 30 dollars for cold food This type of customer service so surprising since it comes from Chick-fil-A.

First off, my boys love this place. I love it, as I can let them play, and I feel safe they are ok. Service is great! The workers are always so helpful and friendly. When I have my hands full they are there to help. I love that they have fresh flowers and they keep this place clean! Food is good too! I have yet to have anything bad. I do wish they would bring back the chicken salad sandwich again, but oh well. I would have to say that is my only complaint, but that is minor. I'm not a fan of Chick fil a or its politics, my kids however, love the place. I've been to this location multiple times with groups ranging from 2 to 13 people. They have always been polite, efficient, and have never shown how trying a large group can be. The 2 team members that have stood out for me are Victoria and Misty. They are in 1 word: amazing. I work in customer service. I'm a manager in a business that is defined by customer service and I will say this much, I WISH all of my associates were like these 2. I continue to come to Chick Fil A because if I see 1 of these ladies at the counter, I know it will be an awesome experience. I love coming to this chic fil-a location but I was caught off guard when I requested 6 honey roasted bbq sauce and was told by a Sr. director who was working the drive thru I can only get 4 packets for my 4 piece chicken biscuits and hash browns. I've never been told that before, I'd pay extra for those 2 packets. read more

Soooo much better than the med center. Less crowded, quicker service, my order is always correct, and my salad is always full. There's only been 1 time when my fries weren't hot. But the staff is pleasant and the food is good. Must try the sweet siracha sauce. It's soooo good. Curbside service is quick and the phone app makes streamlining even easier! Very disappointed with customer service. My sister and I decide to do curbside for our 2 drinks because we were in a bit of a hurry and thought keeping the car running would be better. I saw the girl come out with our drinks and others meals and after delivering their meal continued to not look for our car and go back inside. This was after at least 8 minutes of waiting mind you. When I went inside I asked for my drinks and they were just sitting on the counter so I confronted them to see what the problem was and they didn't even care. Always have good experiences here but Yesterday my drive through order was wrong for the first time. But I called in and let them know and they replaced my entire order and made sure that everything was correct this time. Food is always fresh hot and good and the kids always love it. I went to Chick-fil-A, because I had a coupon for a free sandwich. I was surprised to find it no crowded being that it was a Saturday afternoon. I was promptly served and by the time a sat down the server was approaching with my food. I ate the basic #1 meal, but as always the food was good and tasted fresh. The crowds have finally thinned out enough To allow you to go through the drive through in a reasonable time . I had the Asian Salad and asked for a extra dressing ( no charge ) and a shake . Loved the salad and will order it next time ( and probably the time after that , it was that good and was so large I had left overs for lunch the next day. Parking lot is a nightmare -- besides the fact that it's at one of San Antonio's busier intersections, so getting in and out can be bad, it also shares the lot with Gold's and people zip and zoom across both lots. Cars continually park in the Curbside Pickup RESERVED spot even though they're dining in and employees do a lackluster job of actually trying to find your car -- maybe implement a messaging feature into the Chick-fil-A app that can be tied into one of those fancy tablets they have? It was a Saturday afternoon and my mom and I were feeling hungry and craving Chick my mom and I have been wanting to check out this brand new location which is not far from home. It was practically dead. We ordered the #1 with a side salad and fries. The food came out in little or no time. The food was delicious and the fries were crispy with a hint of salt. Top it with Chick-Fil-A sauce and you're in heaven! Restaurant is clean and staff is very friendly also. read more

If you're looking for quality, do not get your Chik-fil-A from this location. My husband and I have eaten here twice and both times were terrible. We thought the first time was a result of the restaurant being busy, but we ate there again today (thinking we'd give it another chance) and the food was practically inedible! The chicken sandwich had a SOUR flavor, the fries were cold and soggy, and the sweet tea tasted like it had been made yesterday. Neither one of us could eat our meals.
