I love chick-Fil-A love it love it love it love it. My favorite is the grilled chicken sandwich with the waffle fries and a frozen lemonade. It's always clean in these fast food restaurants and the food is made to order not sitting under a heat lamp. My only gripe is that since everyone loves it just as much as me there is always a large crowd during lunch especially at the Medical location. But the wait is always worth it. I like how they are are Christian company as well and have good values, and from what I can see treat there employees really well. And there commercials with the cows telling people to eat there are adorable. It's my favorite fast food, in fact I hardly even consider them to be fast food, since the food isn't gross and there is a bit of a wait. As far as the price, for what you receive it's worth it, but it is a little more than your typical burger joint. read more

This chick fil a is super busy but if you mobile order they have a designated lane, you scan your QR code, and you get your food so quickly! I haven't had any issues with accuracy and the food always tastes great. I recently tried the smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich! The bbq sauce and candied bacon really elevate the sandwich and you can get crispy or grilled chicken. read more

We've been to this CFA location so many times, I've lost track. Food has always been great and the service outstanding. Yesterday (Saturday), about 5pm, we went inside and ordered a cool wrap, a honey pepper pimento chicken sandwich, unsweetened iced tea and chocolate milkshake. My friend's wrap was a 5 out of 10 and the tea was sweet. It was replaced upon request. I've eaten this sandwich at another CFA location and it was wonderful. This time, honey pimento spread was old, thick and lacked taste. A CFA associate came by our table while we were eating and asked if we needed anything. Though we advised we didn't, she looked at my sandwich and offered to bring 2 containers of sauce, my choice. Using one container of CFA sauce only made the sandwich wet. Milkshake had very little chocolate syrup. Perhaps the kitchen was having an off day. Perhaps customers should rethink eating here at 5pm on a Saturday. read more

PLEASE READ: This Chick-fil- A is getting one star from me for different reasons. 1) They did not give me a cup full of fries as they should. See picture. Not sure if they're being lazy or being rushed but getting this amount of fries is ridiculous. 2) Called Chick-fil-A when I was at curbside because the app was telling me my order had been delivered. Where? I've been parked here for awhile and no one has been by. So I called them and the girl who answered had an attitude. She's like "oh no your order is here". So either the app has a huge glitch or employees are lying. 3) Took 12 minutes at curbside to receive my order. A coworker of mine went to the drive thur at the same time I parked at curbside and they left within minutes. My advice is : avoid curbside and do drive thru. Bad experience with this location. There is no point of the mobile drive thru side at this location. During prime time they can't keep up since it's a one vehicle drive thru. If they don't -which I haven't seen yet- start having people hand out the orders that are ready. And the merge is horrible but that's out of the workers hands. Other than that the service is great and the workers on the tablets are quick. I think that's also a perk but backs there line up. read more

I sat at the drive thru order board for five minutes waiting to give my order. An employee came outside to take orders in person, but she went to the three vehicles in line behind me, but never came to my vehicle to take my order, and no one responded to me at the order board. I had to move forward, and then wait in line to be able to get out of the drive thru. I told the employee handing out the food orders that I had been ignored, and no one ever took my order. I like to stop by this location for breakfast on my way in to work. I love how Chick-fil-a offers customer appreciation every so often by offering free chicken biscuits or chickn minis for breakfast for a whole month on Tuesdays. Only thing, they are very slow taking drive thru orders when with 2 drive thru lanes. The food is just as good as any Chick-fil-A, with tasty chicken sandwiches and their famous waffle fries. I would also recommend the chicken wraps for something a little different order with fries or a fruit cup. Check out their app and get credit for each visit towards rewards for free items! I came here for breakfast around 10am on a weekday. There weren't a lot of people when I went in the store, and I was able to be assisted right away. I was able to redeem my surprise reward in the Chick-fil-A app for this location. I normally know about these rewards when I get a Just Because email (it is always a surprise) because I don't regularly check my app. Whenever I come for breakfast, I always get their hashbrowns with the chicken biscuit. I love how their hashbrowns are so crispy and easy to eat! Their chicken biscuit is also a good amount for breakfast to satisfy me. Someone behind us in line wanted a chicken sandwich before 10:30am, and they were able to order with a 5 to 10 minute wait since Chick-fil-A makes it fresh! I visited this Chick-fil-A about a month ago for their first ever Chick-fil-A Trivia Night. It was so much fun!!! My mom came into town for the first time since I moved, so it was a fun way to learn more about Chick-fil-A! We heard from other trivia participants that this Chick-fil-A does a lot of other cool events such as kids events nights, story times and so many other things! It sounds like they are very involved with the community and provide fun events often. This location is drive-thru only at the time of my purchase. All of the employees are in PPE (gloves, mask). One of the more innovative things to come out of this pandemic is their efficient drive-thru ordering. I kid you not their line was into the next parking lot. They had employees with tablets taking orders and cars in two different lines. I had my meal in less than 10 minutes. Compare that to any other fast food chain with two windows, single-file line, and occasional wait in parking spot afterward experience at peak eating time (lunch). You really can't go wrong with anything on their menu, but here's what I get Breakfast - chicken biscuit with Chick-Fil-A sauce and an order of hash browns. Get your chicken well-done for that extra crispy skin. Honorable mention for their breakfast bowl or mini chicken bites Lunch and Dinner: Lemonade (Kanye West wasn't wrong), spicy chicken sandwich (well-done or extra crispy) and large fries. Ask for sauces! Chick-Fil-A for a honey mustard mayo sauce or Polynesian for a sweet tangy sauce; both go great on the sandwiches and waffle fries (surface area). And of course, who can hate a franchise whose employees say "my pleasure" after being thanked and refill your drinks (at dine-in)? What can I say, usually Chick-fil-a is reliably consistent except for those one-off locations on other parts of town. That definitely isn't the case here. I've yet to have a mistake on my order and I love the ease of their app for ordering. Currently accumulating points cause I got my eye on a complimentary order of nuggets with Polynesian sauce :p Try their mac 'n cheese cause it's surprisingly yummier than you'd expect. So I've visited this location multiple times and the one word I'd like to use for these guys is consistency. The food quality and quantity is always consistent. The service speed is always consistent. The politeness and willingness to help is always consistence the cleanliness is always consistent. The restrooms and attention to it is always consistent. The taste, temperature and speed of the food is always consistent. Always. I have never had an experience here that even slightly deviates from it. Always consistent always good.
