My third visit to this Restaurant, and third time getting a dried out, over cooked spicy chicken deluxe! I couldn't eat it because it was too damn hard. My fries were absolutely tasteless! And the Diet Coke was syrupy! Ewwww!!! Can I get my $15 back please???!!! I wasn't able to check my food prior to leaving and I couldn't return it because I had an appointment. Next time I'll be going to the Long Beach location. No matter how long the drive through line, my wait is never longer than 10 minutes. The drive through service over the intercom was horrible. Felt like as if I was getting a teenage rebellious response and I was the nagging parent. I am the one who greeted. I wasn't asked what kind of drink so I kindly said what I'd like, and I get that type of attitude again. Why do I feel like I am their burden while I am trying to be nice and just order my food? This chick-Fil-a is good in that it has a smaller line than other locations. With this chain you come to expect certain things. As I came up to the drive up window, the Asian guy didn't seem too friendly. Additionally I had to ask for ketchup. I'm always asked if I want sauces or ketchup as I'm being given my order. We came to this location expecting a delicious meal for the end of the night but we were disappointed because the chicken nuggets that we ordered were extremely salty and the fries were burnt and unseasoned. My mom and I had lunch here on Monday during Holiday shopping. The center was quite busy, but we were able to park in handicapped parking right in front here at door. This was our first time at Chick-fil-A and the customer service here is excellent. We were politely greeted coming in by an employee. I had a question regarding menu and employee came to our table to answer our question, very polite. I noticed coming in that the establishment, everything was very clean and neat. We just ordered the chicken sandwiches and split an order of waffle fries. The line was long but the cashiers moved everything along speedy, I was also surprised how fast our food came to the table, served hot. I really like the chicken and the waffle fries were served nice and hot, the waffle fries were good. I like the condiments offered, the basics along with buttermilk ranch and also honey mustard. An employee did come to our table and asked how our food was while dining. This was a nice place for a quick lunch that hit the spot and not overly filling or heavy. This will be one of our places for quick lunch when mom and I are out shopping. This Chick-fil-A has employees here who are polite and efficient, every employee we interacted with was exceptional, great customer service! read more

Their chicken is amazing!! Love Chick FilA so regardless they are always a 5 in my book. I'm writing a review here because of an experience I wanted to share about the kind souls at this location! I was going through the drive-thru at Chick Fil-A and right before paying, I ran out of gas (my dumb fault of course). They saw I was out of gas as I was stopped, they immediately offered to help and push me out the drive-through. They didn't make me feel bad about it, although I was beyond embarrassed! They still gave me my food with a smile and not only just got me out of the way for the next drive-through customer to go through, but they pushed me to the nearest gas station. I was soooo embarrassed, nothing could've changed that but it did make me feel better that they were so willing to help without hesitation and didn't make me feel worse. No scolding nor belittling, just genuine help in this heat. Chick Fil-A you are awesome, the best food and best service! THANK YOU!! read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Went in with my family for a nice lunch. Well the order was all messed up and the manager Viola was the one to take care of things. One problem was our order of Mac n Cheese. I ordered the bowl not the cup. But was charged for a cup and got a cup. So I asked her if we could fix this. She said she can charge me another $3.50 for another smaller cup. That would have cost me $7 for two cups. But a bowl was $5.50. So I told her no I'll take a refund and buy the bowl. Well after an eye roll from her we headed to the counter to fix it. Now that was just one problem. We had missing food and wrong food as well. So later in the meal my kids 3, 9, & 11 go to go play in the play area. My older kids are small but are taller the the line on the door but have never had issues playing in there before. Well this time another customer took it upon herself to stop my kids from playing by standing in the way. After a few mins of my kids being in there still. The customer go and get Viola the manager to kick them out. So they come and tell me the problem. I told them it's ok you don't need to play in the tubes anyways. Just sit and watch your brother while he plays. 10 minutes later Viola kicks them out again and let's them know they can't be in there playing. Now I was watching to see if they where getting in the tubes, which they weren't in the tubes at least. So when my kids came up after that. I told my son to go sit down and watch your brother. Now I'm watching like a hawk. Man it only took about 5 mins before she kicked them out again. Ok so now it's on this is getting personal. So I go and confront her and ask her why he can't be in the watching. She tried tell me he was playing, so I let her know she was full of it I was watching it like a hawk. She still insisted I was wrong. So we argued back and forth for a bit. I decided to cut it short and went and asked the other manager for the corporate number. He gave it to me no problem. By this time she now up by us. I'm now beyond pissed so I decided to let her now how sad she is because she had to pick on little kids because I mad her mad with the refund and that she had shitty customer service. So at this point she started to scream at me and charge at me. The other manager had to get in front of her and push her back. I'm sorry but if you decided I'm wrong or right(which I don't care if you do or don't) you DON'T charge or yell and any customer. But most importantly when you work for a company like Chick-fil-a who is proud of the customer service they provide. Normally I don't want anything to happen with the employee if issues arise, I normally tell them just school them no punishment please. But this time I do feel something needs to happen. I have always had great service at this Chick-fil-A and have never had a problem with their food tasting poorly or badly prepared. They once forgot an order of fries from a drive-thru order that wasn't noticed until we were home but, they fixed that by giving us a free sandwich the next time we went. I am beyond disappointed in this Chick-fil-a location to the point where I will never be back. I visited this location on NYE as I was working an event in the area. The first thing I noticed was how slow the drive thru line was moving while I sat in it. Secondly, once I made it to the window the male employee was rude. He claimed my card did not work which was not true at all. He said the card read "error" so I instructed him on what to do because sometimes the chip malfunctions. He just stood there like I was talking to myself. I was not about to pull around so I had him try it again. He passed the card onto a female employee which said the same thing. I took the card back and pretended like I was switching the card out but in fact handed her the same exact card which worked. She handed me the card and receipt and walked off. The guy returned and started placing the items for the car behind me in the window and just looked at me like why am I still there. I requested my food and he just walked off. He came back again as though I had said nothing so I repeated myself. He then proceeded to go ask about my food because apparently it was not in order. He handed me my stuff with out a word. I get to my destination and am beyond irritated not only at the service but also because I paid for a 4 count strip and they gave me a 3 count. I asked for 2 honey mustards and only had 1. Fast food is not that difficult of a job. Young or old if you do not want to do the job properly then make room for someone who would be happy to have your job. read more

I'm a retired Army veteran, retiring after 32 years. On a recent visit I noticed other Army vets in line in front of me and they received a discount for being in the Army. When I was ordering my food I showed the cashier my retired Army ID and she told me the owner doesn't give discounts for retired vets only those on active duty. Elijah is AWESOME! He is very personable. He suggested his current favorite sandwich (spicy chicken with double pepper jack cheese, bacon, no pickles, ranch, and honey mustard. Put a couple of fries between the bread and cheese and put the sauces on the fries. This holds the sauce in so it does run off the sides). Both of the people he suggested it to, loved it! I appreciate his warm and welcoming attitude and personality. He was walking around the restaurant after toking our orders and talking to everyone. He checked on those he recommended the sandwich to. He talked to a family with a couple of small children and made sure they were having a good time and talked to the children and made sure they were part of the conversation. He made sure he said goodbye to us as we left. Chick-fil-a, GREAT customer service like this isn't the norm anymore. You have a winner in Elijah! I never write reviews, never felt like I had to. My family and I love chick-fil-a but for some reason this location is always messing up our orders. The last 3 times I've order from here, I get home and something is missing. Tonight I went and I placed my order. I get home and something I order was not in my bag. I check my receipt and it wasn't even on my receipt. So the person who took the order did not take it right. I also order a few sprites and something was wrong with the carbonation, they didn't taste right. I go back through the drive thru and explain that My order was not taken correctly. I had to re-order what was missing and ask for my sprite to get replace. I pull up to the windows and I get handed my order and a sprite. I start to drive away and take a drink of my sprite and it was still bad. I turn around and go back. When I got in I explained again what happened. They said they had to go to the back fix the soda. I waited for over 10 minutes. And I just asked one of the other workers if I could just get my drinks replace by lemonades so I could go. He did and I left. No one cared. No Apologies. read more

The 3 stars are for the food and Matthew. I was there yesterday and was helped by a lady in a burgundy shirt, who seemed a little irritated. I gave her our order and after I gave her 40 dollars she kept tapping on the screen and asked my name again. While we were eating at the restaurant my nephew said he couldn't finish the nuggets because they were too many. I looked at the receipt and noticed she gave me a 12 piece instead of an 8 piece. I was charged for the 12 piece. Matthew brought us our order and was very sweet. I decided not to say anything about the mistake even though she had repeated the 8 piece. I heard Matthew apologize to a customer and said it was his fault. I'm really not sure what happened but he seemed apologetic and embarrassed. I saw that same lady with the burgundy shirt behind him and she was telling him things pretty loud. She was really upset and everyone in the restaurant knew it. I was upset that she handled the situation so unprofessional. I wanted to go tell her about the mistake she made, but I didn't. The little boy who took my order had the worst attitude rolled his eyes two times and really made me feel like an inconvenience, my food is fine but when I got home I called back and told my experience to a manager. He couldn't find my order in their system and just said "well your foods okay right?" And i said "yes but i was just calling to tell you about the person who took my order" and all he said was OKAY. i don't expect free food or a deep 10 minute apology but if you're okay with your employees acting like that then I don't need to be coming here. read more

I understand why this chick-fil-A has 3.5 stars. As a delivery person, I drive OC from North to South. My favorite place to enjoy my breakfast and or lunch and sometimes dinner is Chick-fil-A. The one that stands out is the one off EL Toro in Laguna Hills/Laguna Woods. The owner personally greets you and makes sure everything is perfect in your order. The rest of employees follow the model set before them. So far, unequal to the many other Chick-fil- A I've visited. With that said, this chick-fil-A falls excruciatingly short. They obviously didn't get the memo stating that Chick-fil-A is suppose to stand out above the rest of similar food enterprises. I walked in, no greeting. I was standing alone at counter with no-one else waiting. Waited a few until a young asked if I've been helped; obviously not. How can I help you? Good morning! Was your order this morning? Etc. Etc... Ok, I'll save you from the mundane order parameters. I ordered a simple egg and cheese biscuit and coffee. Got my coffee, marker and sat down by the window. Placed marker on tablet. The server walked through the middle of the tables. Came around my back and placed an order on a table diagonally behind me. Checked on trash bin by the entrance of the play area. Looked at her phone and walked back to the counter order area. She left the order on the table mentioned. I didn't know If that was my order or not because by then other customers had walked in and placed orders. Beside that, she never came to my table. I had to go to the young man that took my order to see if my order was ready. Indeed, the order she left unattended was my order. No apologies from her, she went on her double break. So, I heard. This chick-fil-A is operated very nonchalantly and uncaring for detail. Unlike many of the other Chick fil-A's I've visited. I'm extremely disappointed. I'll definitely avoided when in the area. Lastly, the demeanor of the employees seemed negative, not really enjoying the job. Also, there's a formal and a vernacular Spanish which doesn't belong in a place of business. Yes, I'm for speaking another language. However, keep your street Spanish at home away from work or speak correctly. read more

Wow my fiancé and I usually have an awesome experience at this chik-fil-a, but today was not great. 1. When we order we usually are greeted with a smile, but today the person taking my order was very standoffish. Then the person giving the receipts under the umbrella was just standing there and didn't acknowledged me until I asked if this was where I get the receipt. 2. They didn't pack the correct sauces ordered (5 ketchup, 5 Chick-fil-A) instead we were given 3 ketchup. 3.When we arrived home we noticed our large fry was half well done and the other half were underdone. The medium fry had a couple of underdone fries like the oil didn't cover it fully. Overall very disappointing experience considering this location is fairly consistent. Usually I can count on chic fil a to have wonderful food time and time again, but this is the first and only time I will ever go to this location. Breakfast chicken minis is an absolute must. I would have to admit that 95% of my visits to Chick Fil A have been for breakfast and that is for one main reason, the Breakfast chicken minis. The chicken mini which is battered chicken fried and placed between two small pieces of bread that is brushed with a buttery flavor with a touch of sweetness. The chicken mini's can be ordered as a 3 or 4 piecem and served only during breakfast hours. Asides from minis are breakfast plates, sandwiches, nuggests and more. The lunch menu is even more with plenty of items to choose from including grilled chicken sandwich, fried chicken sandwich, salads, fries, shakes and list goes on. Prices are a bit higher but quality is there, service is great and food is great. Chick Fil A, one of my top fast food chains. read more
