Just wanted to shout out Miss Penny and Tony working the drive thru window tonight ! The line was pretty long today and I had a large order but they parked us and had all the other cars behind us out in no time. They did a great job directing the employees inside to see where all food was at and Penny was great at making sure to communicate how good her coworkers were doing taking the orders via her walkie-talkie. I've been coming to this chick-fil-a since grand opening and it feels like lately it's becoming sloppy for getting orders out. Every time we order, there's something wrong. I ordered a Cobb salad w spicy grilled fillet. I always end up receiving it w spicy breaded fillet, regular chicken nuggets, or the spicy southwest salad instead. This time, I called after placing the order for a supervisor to please look over the order before it's sent out because we were ordering via DoorDash. And sure, this time I got the correct salad, but we're missing the dressing this time. I can't believe we waited so long to try this place. I have never been much of a fan of fast food chicken and we were extremely disappointed when we tried another chicken chain that recently came to Stockton. Ive visited man locations and have always enjoyed my visit. They have consistently great customer service and the food is always high quality. Occasionally there is a wait and that is really just part of the experience of visiting a place so popular. On this occasion though I really had to found the experience to be lacking. We had ordered food in the app for pickup as we were passing by. I always give slack to the expected time on when my food will be completed and its nice that they have food hot and ready. I feel like this time that system broke down. Part of the process is checking in and it seemed like that was pretty straightforward. But the wait was much longer than what I experienced before. This by itself would have been acceptable, but the location is also not great. The parking into spots was not great and as it was extremely busy it was a bit of a hazard with all the impatient drivers. Parking and then getting out of the lot was a stressful experience.I know that this is somewhat out of their hands but it is still part of the experience and location and quality of the lot was not great. 3-6-21 I decided to come back after I was disappointed with my experience last summer of 2020. To avoid any of their screw-ups, I placed a mobile order. I went to Chick-fil-A around 1 PM on Saturday. Initially, I selected the curbside option for my mobile order. However, there were no curbside spots available. I had no choice but to wait in the ridiculously long drive-thru line. I believe I have waited for a good 35-40 minutes. I understand that it's busy and they are trying their best to accommodate everyone. The employees were subpar with service. I am used to the "My pleasure" statement from Chick-fil-A. Out of the four employees I interacted with in the drive-thru line, only one person had said it. I am thinking because they were outside in the heat and they don't want to waste their breath in saying it. For the next visit, I would avoid coming at this time. Perhaps, it would be better to come during dinner time rather than at lunchtime. read more

My last 2 experiences have been less than great. I work at a Chick-fil-A in Nevada and I know some reviews can be exaggerated but I'll leave the time and date so cameras can be checked ‍ This last time at 9:11pm October 22, 2022 there was a very long line and there was no sense of urgency. There was one girl at the register and a few standing around with seemingly no purpose. Even if they were clocked out, standing around the front looks like they are ignoring guests because from my perspective I don't know if they are clocked in or not. The girl who helped me had no recognizable uniform and was wearing a personal sweater as well as no name tag. (If she was signed in to the till the name is Alannah, though she may have been using someone else's. She had long black hair and it wasn't pulled back at all. When I first was in line she was by the door to the kitchen, hair down eating a wrap, then by the time I got to the front she took the register. I saw her take the order after me and her hair was touching a cup sitting on the counter, so I'm glad I didn't get a drink. I could foresee her getting hair in the icebin. This just was a frustrating experience. I'd like as a guest to feel that my order is a priority and that my food won't have hair in it. The experience prior was similar with the line being long and sense of urgency being nonexistent though I don't remember that date. A few minutes after I posted my review on Google maps my friend got his food and pulled out a fry with a hair in it. I went up and showed them and the lady said ok what size was it and gave me a new one but showed little care. read more

As far as fast food goes, Chick-fil-A is one of the most consistently satisfying. Takeout was very well organized, with multiple car queues snaking around the repurposed parking lot. When it comes to individual orders, this place is great, but for whatever reason when I do a catering order for a small or bigger group, they don't receive and prepare my order in a timely manner. Honestly I'm not a huge fan of the nuggets, the sandwiches are ok, the drive thru line is always ridiculously long and the prices are a bit high for fast food. However, their Chick 'n' minis breakfast sandwiches are BOMB!!! I could eat those all day long! We stopped by here on our way down south on the 5, the weekend before Christmas. As expected, the parking lot was quite full, even though we arrived halfway between typical lunch and dinner times. Our usual order of chicken sandwiches, nuggets, waffle fries, a fruit cup, and a cookies n cream milkshake did not disappoint. They did forget the requested sauces, which we unfortunately did not notice until we drove away, but it was so busy inside that it's an understandable oversight. There was one major disappointment about this Chick fil A: the drive thru is very poorly designed. If it looks like a long wait, it will be, and next time I'd mobile order and carry out instead. The line starts out as two separate lines then merges into one. Unfortunately the wait was long, but thankfully we got Chick-fil-a food at the end, so that's a plus! The employee working the food service window was so nice and friendly and made pleasant conversation as she handed us our food. Props to her! read more

First off, I'm glad that Chick Fil A is making its way into the valley. Being from the south, and specifically Atlanta, which is the birthplace of Chick Fil A, I have grown accustomed to this chain's culture. I've even had the pleasure of meeting its founder, Truett Cathy, and many members of his family prior to his passing. This location is trying, but I don't feel that it lives up to the standards. You really can't teach southern hospitality. The care and the attention to detail that is typically associated with Chick Fil A is missing at is Stockton location. Getting a spicy chicken biscuit for breakfast should be "my pleasure" and should be offered at about the same cost as the regular chicken biscuit. Also, the tea isn't brewed nearly long enough. It tastes like sugar water. I shouldn't be surprised because sweet tea is a southern thing, and California is overly health conscious about everything, but when I order sweet tea, I expect sweet tea. 3 ingredients: water, TEA and sugar. A good amount of sugar. Lastly, please check your food before leaving. They're always busy and they get overwhelmed with even the simplest of orders. Quality Control is definitely lacking at this location, but they seem to all try to stay positive. The bathrooms and dining room is always clean though, so that's a plus. I've been a bunch of times. I think the chicken in my sandwich could have been a bit bigger in size and flavor and the pickles a bit thicker than the slivers I had. The waffle fries were warm and not crispy and relied on the multitude of condiments for flavor. The nuggets were pretty good and made me think of miniature chicken breasts. The drive thru line was too long to hop back in and I didn't get down to have it replaced because my baby was in the car sleeping. And I don't think I've ever not had to wait in the drive thru for more than 30 min.... but that food is so good. The chick isn't even my favorite part, if I could just come here and not have to wait in line for fries and sauces, I would probably be here every other day. The food is amazing, there is no question about that... the issues is with the lines and the small dinning room. I don't know who designed the drive thru but they really needed to rethink it. My mom wanted to try the mac & cheese since she kept seeing the commercials. She was disappointed because the mac & cheese didn't look like the commercial. I also got the mac & cheese and it was good but not life changing! But my 2yr old loved it!
