This has got to be THE SLOWEST fast food place around. Plan to spend at least 30-45 minutes waiting in the drive-through line.

This place is a joke. Hands down the slowest chic-fil-a I have ever been too. Do yourself a favor go to a different location or saddle up for a long wait. Bring a pillow and blanket because it is going to be awhile. read more

I've been to many Chick-fil-A establishments in and out of PA. I've never had anything negative to say about the service. However, this location doesn't seem to be up to par with all the others I've been to. The team seems to be a bit disorganized and some of the younger team members don't even bother saying, "My pleasure" when you say thank you. The sweet tea is not as good in this Chick-fil-A as in other locations. Overall, it's still good (better than a lot of other restaurants in the area) and one of my go-to spots for a quick bite. With that said, I hope with time, and perhaps a bit more training, they'll be as good as the one in Easton. read more

I am upset with this Chik fil A. If I could give no stars, I would. Pre pandemic their service was not perfect but they did their jobs to make their customers happy. Today was just a total shame. My workplace does not allow us to park onsite during the daytime therefore we have to WALK across rte 611 to get Chik fil A. My coworker wanted me to pick up her app order so I agreed and went thinking I would be able to order inside and do takeaway. I reached the front door, it was closed with only a doorbell for service. I rang the bell and the girl came and I informed her I was picking up for my coworker and asked if it was possible to order for myself. She walked away. 10 min pass, mind you I only have 30 min lunch break, and the girl hasnt returned. I ring to see where she went, since from my previous experience, Chik fil A has very fast service. Nothing. Another customer came and rang. Nothing. 5 min later, a bunch of workers came out delivering orders for other customers. We asked one of the workers if they can check the status of our orders. That worker went in and finally the girl returned but she had the order for the customer that came after me. I told her I was waiting for my coworker's food and I would like to get the managers card. She did not give me the card but directed me to the other door for doordash. So I went and spoke with the manager and all she could do was apologize and offer to take my order. I was upset because my coworker's order was not ready when I spoke to the manager and I had already run out of time on my lunchbreak to order and wait for my own lunch. read more

First time visiting this Chick-fil-a and I am not pleased. I walk up to the counter to order, as I am ordering I ask a question about a new item on their menu, their mac and cheese. As I ask this question, I hear the cashier laugh and respond, "Don't laugh Niya". Immediately I am confused and look to my left, I see a Chick-fil-a manager laughing. Still confused, I proceed to ask the cashier my question. I am displeased on the fact that this manager chose to laugh nearly in my face for a question. I'm out of town on business currently, I went through the drive thru to pick up lunch. The lady taking my order repeated back the correct order to me however when I got my bag, everything was wrong. I order a grilled chicken sandwich, no totmato, large fry, drink and four (4) count strip. I received the normal deluxe and a medium fry and the wrong drink. I hold Chick-fil-A to high standard due to their over whelming positive attitude, accuracy and speed. I have never been so disappointed with a Chick-fil-A before and plan on never returning to this location when I'm here again for work. read more

I mean what's not to love about chick-fil-a. This location was jam packed on a Saturday afternoon. And as typical New Yorkers we thought fast and contemplated just getting back in the car and driving away but the chicken called us in. We contemplated doing a mobile order but as we were taking the order down in the app the line moved so fast we decided not to. I had a 12ct grilled nuggets with a side salad soooooo yummmm. Husband had spicy chicken strips soooooo goood. Mom had spicy chicken deluxe seem pretty happy about that. And my sister had another chicken Sandwich. All in all we were so happy we waited a few minutes. I love that all the condiments are out for you to pick. They even have purell wipes and placemats for the kids I've not seen at other locations. Can't wait to be back in the area to go again! As one other person said beware of the drive thru! They did have staff come out and I think take orders from people on the drive thru line to speed it up. I also saw for the first time a curb side order being delivered! read more

I placed a catering order 2 days in advance for 7:30 in the morning so that I could make it to an 8:00 meeting. I arrived early because I hate being late. When I arrived at 7:10 they had not started preparing my order of 160 chicken minis. I was worried, but the manager assured me that my order would be ready at 7:30. Finally at 7:44 I asked the manager if the order was close to being done. She apologized and said it would be 5 more minutes. I did not receive my order until 7:55. read more

Extremely long wait...wow! The drive through line was super long so we decided to just go inside thinking it might be a bit quicker. Well, that was wrong and we waited onky about 7 mins. To order but then it took 25 minutes for our order to be given to us- 3 piece chicken strips, 12 piece nuggets, fries and a drink. Really? Crazy thing is there were about 12-15 people working but it was not organized and people who were eating in were coming up often about mistakes in their order. So if you are not in a hurry, or wanted a faster food option....don't loom here. Hopefully management works on efficient organization of employees. My brother and I were honestly floored by how long it took. We are getting a Chik-fil-a near us in NJ and this will not fly where we live. Went here around 6:00 last Saturday and it was very crowded. I got my food after a 15 minute wait. The young girl who gave me my food realized I didn't have my 8 drinks, so she went back and made all of them in leass than 2 minutes. I believe her name was Emma. We talked for a little while and she was very pleasant. Learned she wants to be a doctor good for her! I would definitely go again when she's working. She made the whole experience so much better! I hope she sees this and knows how much she's appreciated! read more

Personally, I truly do not get what the big deal is about this slop! However, in an effort to be fair and give them another try I went to the this location. IT WAS PACKED as usual as if no one ever eat chicken before. It was only the other day so everywhere else in America was allowing people to go into their stores to order and or sit and eat. NOT HERE! NOPE, wait in the mile long line in the un-accommodating parking lot too small for the amount of cars. Shared by a Taco Bell only feet away from the Chic-fil-A. As we were walking in a girl who worked their told us we weren't allowed to go in. That our choices were order thru the app. (something I do not do) or wait the drive thru. However, as I passed along the stores windows I could see people sitting in the restaurant eating! I said to the girl there's people in the restaurant eating why can't I go in. Her reply was "that's reserved for special people, like the manager and his family" OHHHHHHH, I see, you're allowed and we're not! WELL, I don't like disparity in treatment so, I won't be trying to make that second effort to see what the fuss over a chicken sandwich could be about. Very very busy on Saturday around 2 o'clock, so busy in fact that they gave my food to someone else and I've been sitting here for 20mins after i ordered, and not one employee asked if something was wrong, showed them my receipt and had to wait 10 more mins for my food to finally come out. i'M VERY VERY HONEST WITH YOU i'M A SENIOR CITIZEN i I actually worked at Burger King in 1975 in New York City my family has restaurant background I ate at this location chicken FILL A twice been very honest with you I'm not kidding I'm not playing games the food is garbage it was terrible twice its bad quality I believe it was old you know at least hours old was in fresh they gave me I boarded $10 sandwich they gave me one sliver of lettuce not exaggerating one piece of lettuce the bread was was was damp like wet the chicken was terrible I can understand why so many young people are crazy for this place the french fries this this special kind of a design of a french fry they will robbery they were not crisp it would terrible they have all these cones up daylight this is some kind of a special event you gotta be a real sucker to buy this food this skimping on the product even by letting them know is bad because these people are very very cheap in the manipulating the exploiting their business to take advantage I cant understand for the life of me why people go back there the food is really bad in their exploiting on the name the name seems to be extremely popular unfortunately probably young people I mean what they given me I can I come it kind of towards the end of the day after 8 o'clock but still the food was terrible and repeatedly bad day like shysters I'm being honest with you for my heart it's a disgrace that place why people think it's so great it's crazy read more
