Been to this place many times for lunch and it's always busy - but the staff is always so polite and sincere! I recently completed a taste test of the basic sandwich with similar offerings from McDonald's, Sonic, and Wendy's - frankly Wendy's was the best. Sonic was the worst and least-tasty. McDonald's was number 3 with Chik being number 2. Gosh darn it though, I will feast at Chik even with them being in 2nd place because the folks are just so nice that work there. I don't come here often but the other night they were super busy and the employees were still extremely pleasant and I got my order taken and received my food surprisingly quickly. Amy, my cashier, was awesome! I brought in my Nuggets ticket stubs from the night before as the Nuggets had put on a "missed free throw" promotion for free nuggets. Amy wasn't familiar with the promotion but she quickly got the manager and the discount was applied. Amy was so sweet and helpful, thank you! read more

I love Chick-fil-A and I hate to leave anything less than 4 stars, but whenever I get fries at this location, they are always half full. I thought about doing only two stars due the the consistency of this truth, but I really don't want to. If you want full fries, go to another location, but if you're not a waffle fries person, which is strange altogether because potatoes, then this location is fine. read more

This place is decent, and the lot sure is full during lunchtime, probably because it's near Interlocken. The REASON why it's closed on Sundays (as many reviewers have noted) is because you basically have to be Christian to work there. The whole chain is owned by born-again Christians, and they actually hold religious-type meetings AT the store. This is all over the news sites on the Internet. So yeah, that's why they're closed on Sundays and why (as one reviewer noted) they're always so "Stepford Wives" cheerful. Just sayin'. read more

They have a great staff and not only that they also serve great meals when your heading out or staying it feels like it has a great atmosphere to it. I can tell that the cows can create great slogans for this place even though that they don't want to be used for food. Chickens area very liable source for this place as well. read more

I love Chick-fil-a. I have loved it since first bite. Their chicken sandwiches are to die for. The waffle fries are always perfectly seasoned & cooked to perfection. Their coleslaw is delicious. Instead of shredded cabbage, it is diced. The honey roasted BBQ sauce is delicious. I ordered catering from them today. I ordered online & then received a call from the Catering/Marketing Director Stacy Swanson. She was terrific. She answered all my questions, took the payment, and had the delivery for 9 people here in a timely manner. Hot items stayed hot, cold items stayed cold & afternoon coffee was perfect. They left a pamphlet with nutritional information on the table as well as provided me a copy of the bill. I will definitely order from them again. If you want waffle fries included, they wont deliver those. Just order your catering order to go & when they call to confirm the order, request the additional fries ordered for pick up. I got the boxed lunches with the chicken sandwich, pickles on the side, with chips (lays), a cookie, and a fruit cup, along with a box of coffee that came with flavored creamer, assorted sugar & cups with lids & sleeves. They have amazing service & I highly recommend them for your corporate events. read more

Its ok but they constantly mess up my order i drive through. It's usually minor things like not putting the condiments I ask, or giving me a regular sandwich when I request the premium one with cheese, lettuce and tomato. I just go to the one on Federal now. read more

Usually I would give this place a four,however on this trip I skipped the long line for drive thru and hoped to save time by going inside to order. Now I know that service inside even without a line is much less friendly and slower. Also got to see the manager sneeze and not cover her mouth. Kind of left a gross impression in my mind. Edit: Used to be the best Chick-fil-A in the state. Not sure why they changed their model, but they've reverted back to taking orders through the box, rather than having the staff out taking orders personally from the line of cars. I had always found this location to be incredibly efficient, but now sitting in the drive-through line for 15 mins is the norm. Off to Freddy's for me. read more

Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a fast food restauraunt/sit down restauraunt period. Came in with family during busy lunch rush, we did not feel rushed at all by the staff who were very curtious. Our food was ready before we even found a table for my wife, my 1 year old, and myself. They followed us over to our table with our food and asked if we needed anything. We asked where the high chairs were and she want and got one for us including a bib and placemat instead of saying ohh its over there like you would expect elsewhere. They even came to our table and gave us extra suaces and refills on soda. The sheer amount of customer service that was permiating the air made this my favorite place to eat, not to mention the delicious food. read more

Listen, if you read just ONE review of the Flatirons Chick-Fil-A. This is the one. My credentials include a 10 year stint in ATL where I was about a mile from first "Original Dwarf House", and a few miles away from several other Chik-Fil-As. As a regular at the chain since 1990 in it's home town, I can tell you, I know me some Chick-Fil-A. With that said, on to the review. Dean Laws, the operatior, is a Chi-Fil-Mad-Man. He's a great guy and very talkative about his store. Incredibly friendly. Incredibly dedicated to his business. The employees are the BEST fast food employees in the whole world. I have never met people as friendly, cheerful, polite, and generally happy to be there. Special acknowledgement goes out to his management crew and to Jazmine. Who are the best of the best. The food is the best I've ever had at a fast food chain including other Chik-Fil-A locations. The breakfast is especially well done. The sweet tea is spot on. Trust me, I'm Southern. The restaurant dining room, bathrooms, and kitchen are all spotless. You can find out too, since they do kitchen tours now. The play area looks stunning and very clean, though I don't have kids so I can't speak much on this aspect. Over all, this place gets 5 stars, two thumbs up, and an A++ Lastly, and as a very liberal person, for those of you who put an embargo on Chick-Fil-A for it's owners stance on gay marriage, I ask you, why don't you take half an hour and research what other businesses support ideas/beliefs you don't like. Then once you discover that a majority of corporate entities support things you don't agree with, let us all know about all the other things we shouldn't buy/support. Try these searches. "Companies that use animal testing" Companies that support anti-abortion" and "Companies that oppose gay marriage" You'll be surprised the volume of things you'll have to embargo after that. read more

To start off here, the only reason it has two stars is the food, my complaint is is about the employee treatment as I would like to point out that about 50-60% of their workers are still in high. As a worker of chick-fil-a I am disappointed that I don't get a free meal. Now hear me out I understand how dumb that sounds but as an employee that is only 15 I legally can't work past 7pm and I get out of school around 3pm meaning I pretty much can't get a meal cause I can only work 3 . My other Co-Workers can get free meals because they work 5 hours. 5 hours is the minimum amount of hours in order to get a employee discount of a free meal. Now I can never get my meal which as a teenager is the only thing encouraging me to get through this awful place. My co workers also agree with me on this even though they get their meals for working 5 hours. I'm sure you all know as 15 I get paid minimum wage so in my opinion I think getting a free meal is a perfectly fair compensation for making like around only 120-180 for 2 weeks of work. Getting back home around 7:40-8 my family is already done with dinner, the dinner my grandparents make my family because we don't have fast easy food, because I don't exactly know how to cook. So how exactly am I supposed to get dinner the nights I work. read more

Love the food, the service, the speediness, the cow...kinda sad that they don't offer sunflower seeds with their side salad anymore but I'll live.
