This place has the worst drive thru service. If you're not ordering on line and picking it up yourself or having post mates delivering then just be prepared to make a long line that curves from Wells Fargo around the corner where Verizon is and coming down the entry way from campus and 19th street. Then once you've waited in that long line and pull up to the window, guess what? Your order is not ready and now you have to find a spot to wait for someone to bring it out to you. SMH. The food at this location tasted the same compared to other Chick-fil-A restaurants I've been to, so it was tasty. If there was anything to gripe about, the waffle fries were a little stale and the drive-thru line was just really long, probably because it was dinner time. I love chick fil a. I'd recommend everyone gets the 30pc chicken nuggets, they even let me order milk. When I ordered the kids meal they mixed my milk in with my fountain drink the staff is so nice they mixed it so well. I did have to potty though and couldn't finish my food because I didn't make it to the potty in time. My only complaint is that they don't have enough mayonnaise packets so I have to bring my own. read more

My husband and I stopped at this location for breakfast on our way to Disneyland. Chick-fil-A is one of the cleanest fast food restaurants that I've been in. They employees are super friendly and makes for an even better experience. We ordered the wheat bagel with chicken and cheese and it was delicious. I love that their hash browns aren't greasy, but deliciously crunchy. The restaurants were good and clean and they also offered complementary mouthwash to freshen your breath after your meal. I honestly don't see how anyone could not love Chick-fil-a. read more

We went through the drivethru. Place our order. When we arrived to our destination, half our order was missing. We tried calling. It went straight to voicemail. We decided to drive back. We asked an employee who was walking out. Since they were already closed, an employee came out and told us they were closed and didn't have any food left. She gave us some cards for next time. Didn't give us our food or offer a refund. Yet, gladly took our money originally for the food we didn't receive. We left, and should've gone with our original decision. And still went to the In-n-out we wanted to go first. Not too happy. And still hungry. Someone should really do something about this really horrible service. This location use to be great! I am always loved chick fil a but recently this location has gone down hill. I have complained to them in the past but it never seems to help. They just give you a free ice cream or sandwich that usually expires in a few weeks. Recently after leaving the drive through, they forgot all the dressings and sauces so I had go back into the location and get them. Not that big of a deal but who wants to eat a dry salad. They also never fill up the fries to the top. So you pay extra for a large fry and you get a small amount. A few times ago they gave me someone else's order and then took it back after my hands were in the bag. They then gave it to another customer and he drove away. It just seems like this place can not get it together. It sucks too because my children love their food. Hopefully they figure it out soon if they will lose a lot of business. read more

Picked up an order to go today. The food is great. Never disappoints. I usually order the chicken tenders and the side of mac n cheese. Their mac is surprisingly good!! Not at all like the fake mac you usually get at most places. This one is topped with real melted cheese. Yumm! My one complaint is this location doesn't have pick up parking spots. You have to park and get out the car to pick up your order at the door. Wouldn't be a problem except it leads to people gathering in a cluster right at the door. Just seems unorganized and is a bit frustrating. Also takes forever even after they notify you that they're bringing your order to the pick up spot. read more

So let me tell you what my all time favorites are.... #1 meal- that's my fav! I like the original chicken sandwich because it's perfect! You can't mess with what them a sensation in the first place! I love that the flavor of the oh so perfect chicken is not disguised by lettuce or tomatoes or Mayo. It's just the chicken, the delicious bun that only has a little butter on it and a few pickles. Oh my. Talk about perfection! It comes with the best waffle fries. Love them! Always cooked to perfection with the perfect amount of crisp on the outside and soft potato goodness on the inside. My drink of choice- I thought I died and went to heaven when I tasted their Diet Lemonade. I have bought it many times there by the gallon. Yes! They sell it that way and don't hesitate. It's sooooo good. Yes. It's just that dang delish!!!!! A bright tasty TRUE lemon flavor cause they only use real lemons! No chemical artificial sugar flavor. It's perfect. It's not overly sweet the way some artificial sweeteners are. I have no idea what they use but whatever it is I'm happy! My fav dessert- Chocolate Chip cookies!!!! Had a quick stop here on the way big bear since we were starving. I got a reg chicken sandwich and My bf got the deluxe chicken sandwich and it was far from deluxe. When we got to the window the transaction was fast and the cashier was nice. After getting our food we pulled off and heading on the freeway. My bf was starving so he asked for his burger, after he opened his box he had a pause and said in disbelief "there's no top bunnn?!" I look over in his box and replied "yeh they forgot your top bun" smh he was very upset so I halved my top bun and gave it to him. So disappointed that you can NO LONGER order a large shake nor NO LONGER order a large ice cream cone. Now they only serve a tiny kids cone with very little vanilla ice cream. Which is ridiculous!!!! The new drive thru merges two lanes into one and then splits into two lanes after you enter the restaurant property. Then, within a confined space, it merges into a single lane again to pick up your order. Nonsense! Who designed this set up didn't consider large vehicles like SUV's and trucks! The drive thru line is also so slow, this can't be fast food! If you are in a hurry, don't bother to drive thru because you'll sit for at least 20 minutes. read more

Food is always good but their drive thru system needs works. I currently 1 of 4 cars parked off to the side because orders were not ready. When, approaching the drive-through, I was directed to go to another lane, but nobody came to check me in. I had placed a mobile order hoping to expedite thing. I noticed the cars behind me were being checked in before me so I stuck me head out the window and got someone's attention. She was extremely apologetic and made sure I was checked in but I knew this would result in me being pulled over to the side. Not very safe to have cars waiting alongside red zone in a very tight parking lot when there is plenty of room in the drive thru line. It was bad the food was soggy and not good it was somewhat eatable but I just couldn't finish the meal I got the 12 nugget combo not goo nuggets texture was not good fries nasty. This location used to be my favorite before the remodel. This crew does not know what they are doing. Drive thru does not know how to enter specific combos, and I hate getting my food in the drive thru without being able to go. My food starts to get cold before I could pull out of there - waiting for other cars to get their food. Weird concept.
