When I got there the two people takings orders were more focused on finishing their conversation before they took my order. The girl who took my order is more focused on the boy across the way and what he was doing. Girls at the window are very nice. This was my first time at chick fil a, made sure I knew what I wanted before I showed up. I give this location a solid "B" rating. It's a bit of an awkward location with tough access on and off the freeway, the drive-through line is always long (and fairly slow versus other locations), and I always have small issues with my order. During a recent visit, I ordered the #1 meal with a large drink and fries. They gave me a large fry with a smaller drink and when I called it to their attention, they mentioned they hadn't charged me for it and asked me to pay the additional $.30. While this wasn't a big deal, it was their mistake and they actually re-ran my debit card for those pennies. The employee working the drive-through seemed annoyed and I didn't get the "My pleasure" spiel. Oh well! My go to spot for a quick chicken sandwich and some nuggets and fries for my kid. It can get busy at times. So be prepared.

Love the place. Great for kids. They have a play place so the kids love running around and playing. The food is great (though apparently I still need to try Popeye's chicken sandwich). Today @ about 9:40 pm I witnessed some male employees (one wearing a light blue collared shirt, and the other wearing the regular uniform with long hair) being inappropriate with the young man working the drive-thru window. It did not sit well with me, formerly being in the service industry this type of stuff would happen all the time and no one would do anything about it. Ever since the reopening of this location the service and quality of customers orders has suffered greatly. My go to drink is half sweet/ half unsweetened ice tea, however these "pleasurable" employee still somehow manage to get it wrong and serve me an entirely unsweetened tea. This location is extremely unfair and skimpy on their portions, their breakfast burritos have consistently been made to a size that would leave a 5 year old asking for more food. The management of this chick-fil-a needs to make retraining its "pleasurable" employees a top priority. Save your money and your time and go to another chick-fil-a location. read more

It's the only "fast food" restaurant I will ever eat at these day. They are open for breakfast as well! Remember... Closed on Sundays. You are always greeted with "How may I serve you today?" and thanked with a "My Pleasure". In the past, I've tried their wraps and salads, but who am I kidding? I only want to eat their delicious Chick-fil-a nuggets or Deluxe Chicken Sandwich with Waffle Fries and lemonade! Free refills on drinks, but you have to ask them to refill it for you. Note that their nuggets come in 8 or 12 pieces and are made from all breast meat pieces and pressure-cooked in peanut oil. You can definitely taste the quality. (McDonald's only advertises "white" meat chicken nuggets and for all I know.. they are dyeing their meat white! Even my dogs won't eat McDonald's nuggets! They spit it out on the floor!) At this location, they used to have all the sauces out by the ketchup, but now you have to request for them. My favorite sauces are the Barbecue, Honey Mustard, Polynesian, and Chick-fil-a sauce. The fried chicken sandwich is soooo veeeery salty, and that's so unhealthy. Why a lot of the fast food places add so much salt to the food is a mystery to me. How can you even taste the food with all the salt on it? All you can taste is salt!! It's ok to use salt, but you all are very heavy hand with it. Maybe try to lower the amount of salt you're using so that a customer can taste what you actually cooked. Your chicken tastes like seasoned salt, not chicken. I can't eat your food any longer. We went to chik fil a early today. So early that I had to wait 15 minutes for our sandwiches which was fine. It was 32 and change. We got one deluxe chicken sandwiche and two reg chicken sandwiches with pickles two fries and two lemonades. All the lettuce tomato and pickles were not fresh my pickles were so limp they were almost non existent. They had just started lunch so the vegetables should have been fresh. For the prices . This review is for the customer service I experienced on Saturday, Sep. 30,2017 at 10:30 am. I ordered my meal through the app and was directed to go inside and stand at the pick up station to receive my order. When I arrived, I stood at the pick up window and waited, and waited, and waited. No one brought my food to me. I stood there and a manager walked past and looked at me and didn't say anything. Another manager would look at me off and on but not once did she acknowledge my presence. I stood there for over 2 minutes before someone finally noticed that I had been standing there for a while and maybe they should ask if I needed something. I'm very disappointed in the service I received and will likely not return to this location, in hopes that another location has better service. Also, I observed the ice scoop being left in the ice container. The manager even used it and stuck it back in the ice container and closed the door. This is how your ice gets bacteria and infects customers. This location obviously needs another course in food safety. read more

This review is specifically for the playground, not the food or service. The playground there is absolutely disgusting. I would not recommend taking kids there. Last time I went, there was a dirty band aid stuck to the inside and dried blood in the slide. It's very clear that no one cleans this playground. Completely filthy. I wanted to take my kiddos there but when we left after playing for one hour, the bottom of their socks were completely black. I had to ask an associate to clean the band aid and dried blood and all she did was take off the band aid and leave the blood there. I asked another associate who was much friendlier and more helpful and she cleaned the dried blood. Absolutely disgusting. The Chick-fil-a in Glendora has a nice and clean playground that is clearly taken care of by the workers. This playground is very obviously never cleaned. read more

I brought my 4 rambunctious grand children to Chick-fil-A on Tuesday, October 17th. After a confusing order, and being interrupted by each child, I finally proceeded to sit down and hand out each of their food items. The gal at the counter was very patient as I ordered this confusing order. Then when I realized I subsequently forgot to order a sandwich for myself, I went back up to the counter to order it. The manager immediately came and said he would take care of that sandwich for me, and didn't want my payment. WOW! When does this ever happen? He also came to my rescue when each child was in need of more sauce & ketchup. I didn't get this managers name, but I thank you for your kindness and giving me supreme service while I was at your restaurant. I am so impressed. What's the deal with having cars go through the drive through then have them pull in the parking lot with flashers on and wait for their food? I was told to pull in the parking lot and wait. Their was 4 cars parked along the curb and 5 cars in parking spots with flashers on. Then I get home and my sprite is not even drinkable. I get it you want the fast window time or something like that right? I guess I will just go to In N out next time they won't tell me to wait in the parking lot and my soda won't be flat.
