Wow Wow Wow, I have been going to this place since they opened and have not wrote a review. How did I forget about doing this. So, they have been my go to place for CFA. I have not gone to a CFA that has a faster drive through than this place. They know how to get you your food fast and hot. I have had very consistent food and service over the last 6 years. I would have to say that the app they have is a game changer. We have got so much free food because of it. But I would have to say the options of ordering on the app and picking it up inside to go, or the ability to sit at a table and put your table number in the app and getting the food without having to stand in line is amazing. Now, because of all the social distancing going on, they have in car pick up. Just drive into one of their numbered spots, punch the number into your app, and they bring it out to you. Excellent. Great fast food and customer service! Servers are super nice and the food is tasty. They bring your order to you and they don't skim on the sauces. Places like Mc D's charge a quarter for their sauces. They give out soft cones for first timers. The one we went to was in Vacaville and the servers there ROCK! read more

Okay so I have never experienced sub par service at any Chick-Fil-A BUT the location in Pittsburg off of Sommersville is by far the worst restaurant I have visited. What chick-fil-A can you roll up to and no one is in line....hmmmm that's suspicious already knowing the constant traffic jam in these drive thrus!! Doesn't matter if you're grabbing breakfast, lunch or dinner, there is never a line for this restaurant and probably for good reason. Staff is not the usual friendly staff you see in the commercials, not the expected customer service as we see on tv, really really slow getting you're good although you're the only customer, Just bad energy - I can't really put my finger in it!!! We were so excited to have a CFA within 10 minutes, but this place is so horrible, that we drive all the way to Walnut Creek to visit that restaurant instead!!! Stopped in to grab a bite to eat before heading over to see family. I got a grilled chicken sandwich and my bf got a Cobb salad. We were very pleased with our order. Our food tasted great and was brought out to us very quickly even though the restaurant was fairly busy. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Being from the greater Reno metro area, which does not (as of 2015) have a Chick-Fil-A, getting to go to one is a treat for me. While I normally patronize the Folsom and Roseville stores, I've been going to the Bay Area more often, which means a stop here or in Fairfield. While the chicken is the same as any other store, I have a feeling that the staff, especially those who work in the morning, don't give two hoots about the store. As an example, I had to wait over 10 minutes for coffee two mornings in a row because they didn't have any fresh coffee brewed, and C-F-A mandates that any coffee sitting for an hour has to be pitched. I asked the manager on duty about it, and she said, well, we forget to brew a fresh pot sometimes. This also carries over to the cinnamon clusters - my mom received hers cold, when it should be warmed up. The hash browns were barely edible. I love this Chick-Fil-A, but man, 23 minutes in the drive thru, is waaaay too long. There seems to be a lot of workers "doing something" but not a lot of coordination. 4 people taking drive thru orders, 3 more standing with another girl, looking at her screen. One person taking money, and taking orders at the same time, and another 4 people at the pickup window. Not sure if that's just new people shadowing other employees, but there needs to be a better workflow. I used to be able to blast through this drive through, with 8 cars in front of me, and get out in under 5 minutes. Today was just painful. And it's been like this, for a few weeks. I'm usually a big Chik fil A fan. Today I ordered door dash and I was really disappointed with what I received. I wanted to try the kale crunch salad, which was very good- but had way too much dressing on it for such a small salad. The Mac and cheese I got had burnt cheese in it throughout and screwed up the overall taste. The chicken strips were the biggest disappointment ... I only got three pieces and all three were pretty pathetic. Small, and mostly breading, barely any meat to any of them. One piece I bit into was fatty and I hate biting into chicken like that because then I usually lose my appetite for it. I had the chicken strips for the first time last week and really liked them which prompted me to order them this time... but now I may reconsider making that choice in the future. They host many fun events throughout the year like family night, daddy and daughter date night and mom and son date night and in addition they also do fun giveaways. I love Chick-Fil-A except this one. I think the issue is because they are privately own so less oversight. I order through the mobile app and select curbside pickup. The last 6 times in a row something has been wrong with my order. Every-time I call and every-time it takes them 5-15 mins to bring the missing item which mean the other food is cold by this time. I know they are busy, but there should be QA to make sure that the order is correct. The last couple of times I've called for them to correct my order they have been really rude. To asked for a manager today and Andrew comes to the phone saying , "whats up". I tell him my issue and let him know I'm calling the location directly before I call corporate. Apparently he did not care, he was very nonchalant. His attitude was if we fixed it what's the problem. The problem is you Andrew, if you think this is ok. I usually stop by this Chick-fil-A when I'm driving up to Oregon. It's usually pretty good and never have had a problem, until this time. Due to COVID-19 you can only utilize the drive-through. After getting my food from the clerk at the window she accidentally hit the bottom of the cup, with the plastic container they hand you, your food in. Never had a bad experience at Chick- Fil-A until today. Several people working and they could not get our order right. First they lost our order, then at the window, we gave them the order again, and they still gave me the wrong sandwich, and it was old and the bun was glued to the chicken. One of the things we like about Chick-fil-A is the customer service and how everyone is so nice. This time service was lacking. My husband said no one looked him in the eye as they were handing out orders and the girl who did hand him our order was taking to the workers behind her, and then said - have a good one as we drove off. My husband and I decided to try Chick-fil-A for the 1st time ever. Not a fan of sitting in a long, slow drive thru but wanted to see what all the hype was about. Even though there were 2 employees taking orders in the drive thru, it took 15 minutes to get our food. At about 10:15 we were politely told that lunch items are not available until 10:30 so we might have to wait 10-15 minutes. We said that's fine and paid with a debit card. We get to the window at 10:23 and we're apologetically told we can't have the mac and cheese because it's not 10:30. We asked if we could wait. Apparently no, that's not allowed. Just because you can't order the mac and cheese until 10:30 doesn't mean it will be ready at 10:30. Wait... what?! The waffle fries are bland, the sauce was gross IMO, and the sandwiches were ok. 3.5 stars. Ordered the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich which is the chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato and cheese. You get to choose your sauce (Chick-Fil-A sauce was good. Polynesian was too sweet). Overall, I enjoyed the sandwich as it had a light crunch, but it was a bit salty. Maybe the cheese combined with the salted chicken patty was too salty. I also had the strawberry milkshake and that was creamy and really good (and thick). It was white with bits of strawberry seeds in there. read more

They had 3 employees out in the rain taking orders... 1 collected money.... I literally had to roll down my window with it raining inside my car to place my order with a SOAKED employee. I pulled up to the window to get my food, I asked for the manager.... A supervisor came and I asked if she could have the employees come in because it was POURING down raining and I felt it wasn't safe and unnecessary! The supervisor told me no, and said they had to stay out there and that they would be taking turns outside. I said excuse me?? She said it is mandated by the managers. #Unbelievable!
