First time for a Chick-fil-A visit anywhere for me, and I am impressed! This location was busy, but kept the line moving. Plenty of indoor seating, and a large counter for ordering. They bring the order to you, and if you need a beverage refill you bring it to the counter and they'll refill it for you - first time I've seen that in a major chain. The dining area is clean and well laid out, with a kids play area of the dining area. Ordered a simple snack - some shakes (cookies 'n cream) and a peppermint chocolate seasonal shake. Also decided to try the side of mac 'n cheese'. The food arrived quickly, and the shakes had open tops with room for whipped cream and a cherry. The peppermint chocolate was pink with a few small specks of chocolate. It was tasty, not too chocolatey and just enough peppermint, the mild type - not as much like a candy cane. The cookies 'n cream are popular and good here. The shakes were thick, and a spoon came in handy to start them. The mac 'n cheese was tasty as well, hot and creamy and with a "burn' layer which I'm nit fond of but others in our party found delicious - something for everyone! The counter staff were great, friendly and efficient, as was the staff who ran us our food. A great experience, will be looking forward to my next Chick-fil-A visit. read more

I love Chick-Fil-A except this one. I think the issue is because they are privately own so less oversight. I order through the mobile app and select curbside pickup. The last 6 times in a row something has been wrong with my order. Every-time I call and every-time it takes them 5-15 mins to bring the missing item which mean the other food is cold by this time. I know they are busy, but there should be QA to make sure that the order is correct. The last couple of times I've called for them to correct my order they have been really rude. To asked for a manager today and Andrew comes to the phone saying , "whats up". I tell him my issue and let him know I'm calling the location directly before I call corporate. Apparently he did not care, he was very nonchalant. His attitude was if we fixed it what's the problem. The problem is you Andrew, if you think this is ok. I really hope they tighten up their customer service and QA which usually separates them from the rest. read more

The worst Chick-Fil-A I have ever been to. I ordered a CFA sandwich and took a bite into it and it was soggy and nasty. I ended up throwing it away. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich I also ordered was the size of a chicken finger. Within 15mins of eating here I started to feel sick. I will be calling the corporate office. I should have spit that CFA sandwich out... I would have went back but I was already on my way and had an appointment in the Bay Area I needed to make. One of my favorite fast food restaurants ever! There isn't one in Davis, so whenever I go shopping in Vacaville, I make sure to stop by the Chick-fil-A. Service is awesome and fast. Food quality is always great, employees always friendly and patient. I doubt this is an issue with the Vacaville store, but portion sizes seem to be shrinking. They recently changed the delivery method for their full salads, and it seems to be smaller, though I don't know for sure. It's still a great salad, but pricey. I got a 4 piece chicken strip today, and the chicken strips are slightly bigger than any fast food size chicken nugget. I understand the difference in food quality, these are not McDonald's or Burger King level chicken, it's much higher quality. When I go up from the bay, it's always nice to get some Chick-fil-A and this location is the preferred stop rather than stopping earlier in Fairfield. Wonderful and nice staff that's much nicer than other Chick-fil-A locations are present in this Chick-fil-A. Like other locations, the staff is really nice and always does their best to sound really happy and welcoming; this location, however, rarely messes up an order. No mess-ups and mix-ups means our food arrives or is received in the drive-thru and everyone eats happy unlike some locations (*cough* Vallejo *cough*). On certain occasions, when we got our food, they even decided to give out free cookies because they made too much. Customer service is amazing here. They are attentive, fast, and very friendly. All fast food restaurants should take note. The play area are especially clean with hand sanitizer at the kiddos disposal. Bathrooms are clean, dinning area is clean too!!. I've never had a bad experience, but I just recently got food poisoning from here at this Vacaville location. People just please beware!! I got really sick. I normally love chick fil A (and still do) but the bottom bun of my spicy chicken sandwich was cold!!!! The top was warm but the bottom felt like it just came out of the fridge. Although I try to not give my money to corporations that are anti-equal rights, my mom really wanted a chicken salad from this place so I had to come here. The drive through went by pretty slow, with two cars in front of me, but when I got to the window I paid and left quickly. Really good customer service over the monitor and by the woman who gave me my food. Positive: their chicken actually looks like chicken! This Chick Fil A is definitely one of the faster locations that I have been to! It must be usually crowded because they had 2 workers walking the drive thru taking orders and finish transactions with customers so that all is left is the customers receiving their food from the window! They even have a sign that says they attempt to serve 110 customers per hour which is really efficient! Especially if you compare it with the time you spend in a drive thru at a place like innout! At Chick Fil A my go to order is a spicy chicken sandwich with a wheat bun! Once I tried it, I became hooked! They also have delicious waffle fries that you can dip into a variety of sauces. My favorite personally is the chick Fil A sauce and I use this for my burger too because this sauce just does it. So tasty, flavorful and irresistible. I always look forward to my visits to chick Fil A when I'm in the Vacaville, Roseville or Arden area! Part of the new food boom in Vacaville, Chick-fil-A took over the vacant KFC building near the Target/Safeway shopping center. I have only eaten at Chick-fil-A a few times and for the life of me I don't understand why some people love this place so much. People it is just chicken! I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich combo. The sandwich was okay, nothing special. The fries dipped in the Chick-fil-A honey mustard sauce however were excellent. I also tried a side of coleslaw, cuz I love coleslaw and it was disgusting. Imagine KFC coleslaw put in a food processor and turned into baby food, that is what Chick-fil-A coleslaw is-YUCK! Service is fast and polite, prices are inline with other chicken spots, but really the only thing that stands out is the delectable Chick-fil-A honey mustard sauce.
