I visit this Chick-Fil-A almost weekly and it is consistently a positive experience. There is a high volume of customers during lunch but the team does a great job moving the line along using tablet ordering and fulfilling mobile orders. The food has the uniformity and deliciousness we've all come to know and love from CFA. The reason I'm docking a star is that the service falls a little short of the CFA standard. While there are some team members like Anthony and Daniel that provide exceptional customer support, there are others who sometimes give attitude. read more

I love chick-fil-a. It's great food. I'm not going to go into details on how the food is here. It's great, and it's the same at any other chick-fil-a. I will describe a bit my experience here. I came here with friends to grab some dessert after dinner at a nearby restaurant. A few of us went up to order and noticed that the employees did not greet us. It was an interesting feeling because chick-fil-a is known for its friendly employees, so it was a little off putting since I always expect it. It felt like I was at a McDonald's. I shook off my initial shock and ordered my dessert. It came fairly quickly, so I was happy with that. The space in this store is not particularly stroller friendly. It's more cramped than I like, but not a big deal. I still brought my stroller in and grabbed a high chair for my baby. Chick-fil-a is so family friendly. No one bats an eye when my baby screams. Ultimately I love chick-fil-a, and I love that this location is here. I think it was just an off night for the employees, so I will be returning soon. read more

Contrary to the super whiny "bring back the spicy chicken biscuit" wah wah wah, I just tried the egg white grill and it is AMAZING. So good, and high in protein. Where can you find a decently healthy breakfast sandwich in most of the popular fast food chains? I'm glad Chickfila is taking a stance to combating obesity by improving their menu to add healthier menu items. Not to mention, the sandwich was only $3.45! So cheap for a grilled chicken breast and egg white patty on top of a wheat english muffin? Those things normally aren't cheap. Unfortunately the app wasn't working today so I Was super duper frustrated with not being able to get my free chicken minis but I'm kinda glad, cuz then I wouldn't have tried the egg white grill sandwich. Service is great here, I was greeted with a super cheery welcome (one that I like to give to other people when I used to work in food biz) and I got my sandwich within a minute or so. Great Customer Service . Currently Due to COVID no Dine In and Limited Patio Area. Quick Service . 4 stars due to ordered 12 piece Chicken nuggets and received 3 Chicken tenders ..otherwise the order was complete and accurate. The chicken was moist juicy on inside and crispy on outside and great flavor and taste . We enjoyed a great meal of chicken sandwiches, waffle fries and chicken nuggets We also enjoyed the seasonal peach shake and lemonade .The kid's meal was awesome value with a great educational and interactive book , stickers and mat with games . Came here for opening week. Staff was really friendly, as they are at every location, and efficient even though the place was packed. Got a cow at the door as their opening gift ( you can see it in the pictures). The food came quickly and hot. Really happy this place opened in Tysons and we foresee we'll be coming here pretty often. read more

What can I say about this place? It's chick-fil-a. The food is good, the place is clean, the staff is all exceptionally friendly, and everything is predictable. Parking is easy. This spot gets very crowded for lunch during the week. I've been a couple of times and even though it was packed, the service was always top notch and the food always delicious. What I really came to review was their catering service. It was quick and simple to place the order and pick up time online. Almost immediately after, I received a call to confirm everything and they asked if I needed napkins/utensils --- awesome service even via the phone! I came in about 15 minutes before my scheduled pick up time to pay and see if anything was of concern. Definitely one of the better Chickfilas out there, and definitely one of the better fast food joints in Tyson's Corner. Service is quick and reliable, food is always on par to where it needs to be, and the place always looks clean in terms of an acceptable standard for a fast food joint. The restaurant itself looks pretty modern for a fast food place. The only two gripes is that this place can get PACKED during the lunch rush, and based on its location, it can be an absolute pain to get to because of how traffic around Tysons in the morning and evenings are when the blue and white collar are going to and from work. This review is for the Peach Milk Shake, I mean every one already knows the chicken sandwiches are amazing so no reason to review a sandwich. But the seasonal milk shake was surprisingly as good as the rest of the menu. I've never had a Peach Milk Shake and originally thought it would have a weird taste but this really tasted good. I usually enjoy my meals at various Chick-fil-A restaurants however the restaurant that is located at 8461 Leesburg Pike in Vienna has absolutely terrible terrible customer service except for the young man delivering items to the curbside pick up customers. I Did not download the app so I checked "pick up" instead of delivery. After about 45 minutes the young man had asked me if I was possibly in the wrong location and we were able to figure out that you can only get curbside pick up while downloading the app. I eventually had to go into the store With great issues due to a pre-surgical foot condition,to get my order and get it clarified letting them know that you are not given the option for curbside pick up when you just go to the website. I left, came back to my car and realized that I needed to order three more bowls of chicken soup therefore I sat in the parking lot downloaded the app as I was told to do so, ordered the three bowls of chicken soup , went to go pay and have it brought out to me since I'm non-ambulatory at this time and I got the above error message. Upon calling the store I was told by an employee that I was doing things wrong - it was not an issue on their end it was a mistake on my end and that I was incorrectly ordering. I eventually asked to speak to a manager and the gentleman came out to talk with me where I showed him that not only did I take the time to download their app while I was in a parking lot I also attempted to pay through PayPal and through credit card. He then offered or suggested that I come into the store and can try to pay that way which defeats the purpose when your non-ambulatory not to mention I had been in the parking lot for close to two hours now for a chicken sandwich and a bowl of soup. It was a very difficult situation and I am not sure what I expected but I never got my bowls of soup nor even a complementary mint. First of all, I love that Chick-Fil-A has returned to Tysons. I stopped by on Friday night for the original chicken sandwich meal. My fiancé got his usual nuggets and fruit. You could tell this location still definitely has some kinks to work out, the food took longer than usual Chick-Fil-As do, and our order was messed up as they forgot to give my fiancé fruit but we were dining in so this was an easy fix. The chicken sandwich was delicious but my fries were stale. By stale, I mean they did not taste fresh and their taste resembled cardboard. They were also very hard. I love Chick-Fil-A, so I will be back at this location, and I am hopeful the kinks of opening week will work themselves out. read more

With staff members ready to ask you for your order before you hit the registers to employees walking around the store with mints and hand wipes, I cannot see better service from a traditional "fast food" establishment. Although, the only thing I did was go in to order breakfast to-go, I didn't feel as "welcomed" when I walked in. Not the best chic-fil-a I have been to. Not clean. Not very well organized. Makes a lot of mistakes on the menu. If you ask for something to be made differently, there will be a lot of confusion. Super busy, there could be six of these restaurants in Tyson's and they would all be busy. I would say this is the least well run of the chick fil a 's in Arlington / Tyson's area. The chicken and waffle fries are never consistent . You don't know if you will get the greasy overcooked fries or perfectly done . Same with the nuggets . The staff steps on its toes and the level of attention is low.
