The line was pretty long but it went by quickly I ordered the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich and it was super good and our food came out literally so quick I was shocked . I had never been to a Chick-fil-A, so I was happy to see we were getting one here in WC. I love a good chicken sandwich so decided to give them a try. Mistake. The chicken was dry and flavorless. I got a spicy chicken sandwich thinking it would be .... spicy. It was so not. Also it was just chicken and a bun. No sauce, no lettuce, no nothing. The parking lot is a mess. You have to squeeze through the drive-in line to access the parking stalls. The line to order was long and then when we got home we realized we were missing an item. No one answers the phone so good luck getting a refund. read more

One Word: AMAZING, I've been waiting years for a chick fil a to open up around here, and it's worth it.

Well it looks like I won't be eating here anymore. Today was my 4th day in a row stopping In before work to grab some food for a long shift. I spent about $47 in everything in my order was completely wrong. This was the 4th day in a row they got my order completely wrong. I was missing a drink and I brought that to the attention of the woman serving the drinks and she said it looks like you only ordered one I'll be more than happy to ring you up for another 1. Also the sandwich is that I ordered were completely backwards. When I brought that to the attention of a staff member she looked at me confused and we just stared each other for a couple of seconds. I'm so tired of dealing with this gross incompetence that I simply left all the food they're turned around and walked out the door and I went to a competitor up the street who got my order completely right without an attitude. I would think that spending 46 to $50 A-day in a single restaurant would get you a little bit of customer service. Maybe get your order corrects. I heard the hype and had to try. Bleh! From the first bite, I could taste the fake butter crisco flavor that permeated the sandwich. Was it in the bun? I don't know, it was terrible.. The chicken itself, while yes, a real piece of meat, could not overcome the badly spiced, uber boring and awful thing that passed for food. I wanted to like it, I really did, but the flavor combination with the sorry piece of lettuce and floppy thing that passed for a tomato was depressing. Have you ever received your food at a fast food restaurant before you finish paying? Well I can tell you they certainly take the 'fast' in fast food to a whole other level. When it's a bit busier, the staff still seems to have a photographic memory of my face since after ordering and sitting down at a table to wait for my food, they can usually track me down even from a mile away to deliver my food to my table, and remembering exactly who ordered what. Ok, I don't go here for the chicken, since I'm vegetarian. I only come here for biscuits after a workout next door. We also got the waffle fries and milkshake before. I was kinda hoping this place wouldn't be very good, since I wasn't happy about the political opinions or influence the company is apparently well-known for. But after some thought, I realize that lots of other companies do certain things that I have trouble with, so I try to keep it in perspective. After all, I could avoid most grocery stores that sell things like cigarettes and such, so we have to pick our battles or we just end up being angry all the time. Anyway, this place is usually spotless, and the employees all seem friendly and pretty good about pleasing the customers. I will complain a bit about the parking spaces taken away from the gym, who desperately needs them. I have a pretty good idea that Chick Fill A doesn't fill up their other spots, and doesn't need them. I don't know what agreement they have, but there must be a way that customers of 24 Hour Fitness can use them when Chick Fil A is closed or not remotely crowded. Worst service I have ever received at a Chick Fil A. I live in Southern California and came up to visit family and we drove 20 min to come here and the lady with bangs and glasses short and Hispanic was VERY rude and disrespectful. I thought Chick Fil a had a high standard for the employees but I suppose not. She told me that I couldn't switch out my drink for a lemonade and then told my friend she can't switch out her lemonade for a coke. If I could give ZERO stars I would! The service here is absolutely horrible especially the follow through from the manager and owner is absolutely horrible. Went here during a lunch break and they got my order wrong, unfortunately, this is not the first time, more like the 3rd. However, since they are close by I chose to come here as I was on limited time. I called them immediately when I got back to my desk because my sandwich has cheese on it and I am have serious allergies to American cheese and literally break out into hives. I let the manager know what happened and that this is not the first time and that I still have the receipt and would like my money back. She refused, basically said we will take your name and number and send you something in the mail. I kindly ask what will be coming in the mail and she said things we send customers when we get their order incorrect. I stated I would like a full refund as I will not be returning to this restaurant and that I now have no lunch because of my order being incorrect and unable to leave the office to bring the order back. She basically said there was nothing they could do. I asked for the owner on the receipt, she said he was out of time and would be back "sometime" next week which as a customer was an unacceptable answer. I reached out to chic-fil-a corporate who filed a complaint, stated they would work to get my money back and that the service was not acceptable. I explained the run demeanor of the so called manager and my disappointment in the service. Here I am almost 3 weeks later and no call back from the owner, multiple updates to the case with the corporate office and a better business bureau complaint. I would absolutely NEVER come here again as they do not live up to the customer service mentality. The least the owner could have done was call and apologize. Mind you when I called earlier this week, one of the workers said the owner had been back since last week, so in fact, the manager lied, and the employee told the truth and that they were aware of my complaint and were waiting for him to come in. Just horrendous!! 20 days and 6 reports (corporate relations) later still no response from the operator to even apologize for the issue. The service here is absolutely unforgivable. read more

I wasn't impressed with the food enough to ever return and brave the RIDICULOUS driveway, parking lot and NO access to handicapped parking. Not only due to really bad design of the parking lot,but the excessively high number of self absorbed, rude and ignorant patrons. Trying to enter the very small portion of the lot where handicapped spots were spotted was impossible. Even entering the main lot from the street was an exercise in patience and tolerance. Then attempting to find even a regular spot in the shared lot, within reasonable walking distance for a disabled person (mobilty challenged), was unsuccessful. I was able to send my daughter in to get our now take out order but after all the parking lot stress it did not hit the mark for me. Perhaps if the food was exceptional I'd feel different. Maybe I'll try one somewhere else someday but not this location EVER again. read more

Best Chick-fil-A in the Bay Area. Not much competition there, unfortunately, but the staff is great and the food never lets anyone down.

Delicious spicy chicken sandwich can be ordered extra crispy. A little too salty and breading could be thicker but nevertheless, I couldn't put the sandwich down once I bit into it - each mouthful is so addictive. The chicken nuggets are good as well but kinda small and low in breading. The employees here are really nice and do much more than at a typical fast food biz. read more

The food is great, service fast and efficient. Even got a free iced tea refill when the asset. Manager came around to check on our experience. He also inquired if we wanted anything else like sauces, napkins etc.. I'm very impressed with the quality of this place. The only negative point is that they create such a great experience the line inside and in the drive-thru are long. I'm ok to wait a little for such a great experience.
