I love the regular chicken sandwich. I have honked and swore at people for not moving at the light because they were in the way between me and a large sweet tea and waffle fries. I have gone in at 7AM, ordered 10 sandwiches, boarded a plane and 4 hours later scalped them on a street corner in New York City. Nuff said. read more

Quick option for lunch. Food is always served hot and and crispy. Disclaimer - I have noticed that there are several managers on duty during lunch time. They walk around attentively to make sure customers are happy and maintain the store. One such task is asking if customers wants a refill for their drink, to which I always decline!!! This is because I have seen, on serveral occasions, managers clearing tables or emptying full trash bins and then go straight to serving food to customers or getting refills WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS! Gross. Please have better hand hygiene. I appreciate your efforts and commitment to customer service, but please remember to wash your hands after cleaning or handling trash. read more

Love Chick-Fil-A! This is a great location, and my family considers this our favorite fast food. The employees are wonderful...cheerful, helpful, courteous, etc! he food is always hot and fresh. The employees walk around to offer assistance and refills. During the school year this location offers a certain amount of proceeds to go to my son's elementary school which is fantastic! The children's play area is always clean, and they offer wipes to come and go with which is a nice plus. read more

Restaurant is clean, fast and efficient. Employees were fantastic, happy, enthusiastic, polite. Food was delicious. They ran out of drink carriers that held more than two beverages, so we were given 3 beverage carriers for 6 drinks which wasn't exact easy to set up so the drinks wouldn't spill, but they were apologetic and polite. We made it work. :) My favorite meal is the chicken bites with fries. I use their house sauce/dip which is amazing. I love it so much I even dip my fries in it. read more

I get chick fil a for breakfast every Saturday morning. The staff is friendly and they usually get the order right. I've started using mobile ordering and sometimes it seems like it takes them a while to get the mobile order out, as if it sat on the counter for a bit before someone remembers to take it out. In general the location is too small for the amount of business they do. read more

I went into your store today 2/7/19. My order was just 2 orders of chicken minis. I waited more then 15 minutes with no orders ahead of me. I finally said something and they grabbed a bag off the counter and handed to me. There was so much talking going on between the employees they let it sit there unnoticed. I'm very disappointed. I've only received good service from them in the past. A little less visiting and more customer service. read more

This is, sadly, the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been too. Like, just as an example, the other day I ask for well done fries, but they don't do that because they're a "busy store." What the time difference is, I don't know. I used to work at a Chik-fil-A, and they would just have us put already cooked fries back in the grease, which was already lazy enough. But it's literally what I assumed they were going to do. Anyway, fine, just make them fresh. That's just as good right? Except they weren't fresh either, and in fact were some of the oldest fries I've ever gotten at this place. And only half way filled up, no exaggeration. Like it was spite for asking for fresh, even though it was suggested by the kid who took my order. I don't eat out much, and with the rep Chick-fil-A has and basically being Jesus' fried chicken, they need to stop acting like McDonald's. Especially with these high school kids making like $13 an hour while actual adults are making minimum wage somewhere else. This place needs new management. read more

If you've never been you should. The most polite and friendliest employees you will find, in any establishment. I always ask for well done fries and it's always done properly. Try the CFA sauce, good stuff. Best fresh lemonade around. Service and food is consistent regardless of what store you go to. They also open for breakfast and have catering trays worth purchasing as surprise to take to the office. You'll be the hero of the day. read more

Love Chick fil a but the door dash sucks...They are a total rip off. We did Door Dash for the 1st time and the last. The are offering free delivery until 1/9/21 if you order from the app which we did. So much for free delivery. The bill came to 26.00 but they charge me 32.65, this is a lot for 2 people. I stopped and talked to someone at chick fil a they told me I needed to talk to Door dash well could not figure out how to do that so I will not use them again and I encourage others to do the same.....Be careful Chick fil a they will ruin your business!!!! read more

If i were comparing this to other fast food, it would be a 4 star rating but in general, 3 stars is okay. This location has great customer service and is always fast. The food is good for what it is supposed to be although it is a bit salty. I like having chicken that looks like real chicken breast and you get that here. I try to keep my fast fold intake to a minimum but when I do indulge, I go to chick-fila. The manager David could not have been nicer or more helpful. I am obsessed with Chick-Fil-A!!! Especially this specific location! The food is always up to par and the staff here is probably the best/friendliest staff out of ANY food place I have ever been to. The food is usually piping hot when you get it. I like the taste of the chicken. It's good that the menu has calories clearly displayed next to each item. The staff seem very friendly and can bring the order to your table without any tipping. The downside to this place is that it is crowded on the weekends and it is a small size so there are not always enough seats and tables there. read more

This store has a very good group of people working for them. The managers extremely pleasant. The main issues are, (1) they continue to forget my salad dressing and (2) their fries are not coming consistent. Some days too hot (great cause I can let them cool )but on days they are like warm, we'll nothing like luke warm to cold fries. They are extremely nice and willing to help. But I don't want to keep calling for issues. It makes me look like I'm trying to get freebies. I've had my name I. the book and rarely ever get my items. Don't want my face to stand out as "watch out, freebie alert." But on other hand nothing how about debating whether to choose this salad or that salad and you get home and your favorite dressing (avacado ranch) is missing or the crispy red bell pepper u asked for is missing in action. BUT! the chicken website is the pits! My grandson had a school fundraiser there alot of money. I spent at least $30. But I bought him breakfast the day before and then went 2 days later. What I'm getting at is all month approximate $60-70 spent. How about my free stuff accumulated is empty. Says I'm close? Well when they changed to chick 1 app I lost all my accumulated food. Our first visit here at this location coming home from a cruise, I've been to better locations. Cindy at the front was less than pleasurable during this experience, around 1230pm today. Also there was a lady up front who was wearing street clothes and a gray sweatshirt hoodie, not sure if she was training or what??! Also as an 8 year veteran of chick-fil-a myself, I know that we are supposed to say my pleasure every time someone says thank you. I did not hear it once. We love Chick-fil-A, and eat at this location weekly! The staff is always super helpful, and happy to put down placemats as well as bring our food and drinks to the table, making our outing that much easier with little kids in tow!
