This location is incredibly dirty, slow and has no food safety standards. Our table had food stuck on and all over the the tabletop and chairs. The floors were dirt and food covered. The food safety was sub-par. We watched as an employee made our shakes, they were overflowing so he used his finger to level them off and flung that onto the floor...then handed them to us. The food is great and making some progress with tHe staff. It is imperative that the staff continue to keep the restaurant clean. The floors were clean and they were constantly working on them but it was hard for me to find a clean table. They need someone dedicated to keeping all the tables clean! The food is great, most chic-til-a's but this location has the slowest drive through. You expect to wait awhile but there were 10 cars in front of me and we wanted an hour in line to only get the wrong order. Very disappointed since I was so excited for this location to open up. They get my family's order wrong every single time! We have ordered online and using the drive thru, but every single time they get it wrong! The employees also read off our receipts and everything is correct on the receipt, but wrong in the bag! I suggest giving smaller orders since they can't seem to handle bigger "family-sized" orders! Obscene wait times. Parking lot is a chaotic mess. Don't even think of coming here till the kinks are worked out and they maybe hire some police to direct traffic. Every senior citizen in a 50 mile radius is trying to navigate the drive thru and they're clogging the parking lot in confusion about where to go. The wait time is absolutely horrendous. We were there this past Saturday morning (2/15/20). There were only four cars ahead of us and we had to wait twenty minutes from ordering to getting food. It's obvious they haven't hired enough people in the kitchen. The girl taking the orders was very slow and was repeating and asking for the order to be repeated. I talked loudly when ordering to make sure she could hear since she asked me to repeat and finally she said, "I'm just doing my job", which is the last thing you ever say to a customer. The slowness is a recurring problem, and they've been opened long enough to have that worked out if they were concerned about it. The Chick-fil-A on W 86th St is always super busy, but we've never had to wait that long. They're very efficient. Once you get the food at the Whitestown location, it's prepared well. read more

This is the slowest Chick-fil-A I have ever visited. Had a crying baby in the car and frozen groceries (now thawed!) and in the drive up. Nobody to take your order like other locations. Set in drive up for 45 minutes and two other cars got their order taken before I was able to get my order in. Where is the manager ??? read more

Last time I visited this Chick-Fil-A with my family, it did not disappoint! Our order was taken by Cole and served by a nice girl. The fries were piping hot! And the food was excellently proportioned! The chicken sandwich was super juicy too! The dining room was nice and clean, and one of the employees were cleaning tables and sweeping while we were there. My family and I will definitely be back! read more

Once again, I'm dissatisfied by this Chik-Fil-A location. Ordered breakfast on my mobile App a little before 10:00am. Pulled into the drive through as there were Zero vehicles in front of us. We told the attendee we had a mobile order and she confirmed the order name and instructed us to pull around (10:09am). We then waited at the window chatting to the young man for more than 6 minutes as our order (two Chkn burritos, one Chkn mini's) was being prepped. It was awkward and frustrating to know that an order took so long to have prepared even after submitting it 15+ minutes earlier on my phone and with No other customers in the drive through. I frequently attend the Plainfield location as it is closer to my work and they are much more efficient and responsive to their customers! Something has to change!!!
