Still mad at Panini Kabob from NYE, and being in the neighborhood, I gave Chicken Chick a try and it was really good! I love to support a small business and they did a really good job at keeping everything and everyone socially distanced (I ordered at the door and waited in my car). I had to get the juicy chicken kabobs and they were as promised... juicy and tender. Nice flavor as well. My bf got the filet mignon kabobs and I felt they were just alright. They tasted a little off to me. Just stick with their famous chicken and you'll be happy. I also liked how they cooked the veggies all the way (I despise raw onions) and the portions were nice. DELICIOUS!!!!! All the meats are perfectly seasoned and super juicy. Rice is tasty too...so much that I had leftovers and my guest wanted to bring it home! The white sauce (I think it's tzazhiki-ish) is very addicting. I just wanted to dip everything in it. My brother devoured the salad and salad dressing (and this guy hates vegetables)! The food is very good when they give you what you ordered. We have ordered from here regularly, but they need to make serious improvements to their order accuracy. They have made quite a few mistakes with our orders and never are accountable. Today's excuse was "the kitchen is really busy" so I guess that means that we get to deal with whatever the kitchen thinks we want instead of being accurate. When we think about celebrations, Chicken Chick is always our first option and it never disappoints. From the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding. Two days ago they catered to a small birthday party I had for my friend, the food was delicious and the service was delightful and very professional. I recently ordered food online from this place, and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. First, finding the location was very difficult--it was in a rundown building with no clear signage, and it didn't even look like a restaurant. After spending an hour driving back and forth trying to locate it, I finally learned from a rude representative that they use some confusing "locker system" for pick-ups, which was not mentioned when I placed my order. It was a disaster when I finally got my food: everything was spilled inside the bag, cold, and looked NOTHING like the images shown online. The food was poorly packed, the quality was awful, and it was cold. I ordered 2 juicy chickens with rice, I paid $38 for two orders of rice because they hardly put any chicken. It is def one of my go-to items here.The parking in this plaza can be a pain, and the tables are kinda small and uncomfortable, but their food is always fresh and delish. If I could give this place a 0 I would. Their customer service is awful. Every single time I ordered delivery it is ALWAYS LATE. Not 30 minutes, not 45 minutes- but at least 1 hour. If time is important to you, don't come or order from here. Not only were they late today AGAIN- it was 2 hours late. I ordered spicy juicy chicken and it was the wrong order. I called the restaurant and got ahold of the manager and explained the situation. She apologized but she said the best she could do for delivering 2 hours late and making the wrong order is $2 off on my next order. Their way of resolving customer complaints is mind boggling to me. Other customers reviewing this place have similar concerns. Receiving incorrect orders and untimely deliveries. What's the point of eating here if you're not going to get what you ordered AND it's not even on time. This place has legit fresh food, the hummus is super lemony and ah-ma-zing, the juicy chicken is juicy as stated (no false advertising) and is very well seasoned and the rice is also perfectly cooked that comes with a house salad (also super fresh). If a customer calls you to ask for an update you do not talk over them or tell them it's not your problem when the restaurant has made an error. After giving my order to the wrong uber driver instead of remaking it and giving it to my driver who was waiting, she told me she would not remake my order and that it was my issue. After I told them I would not be using them ever again and expressing how bad her response was. She then called my phone three times and text me from her personal phone. Whom ever is training your staff needs to refresh. Taking my contact information off of uber and contacting me outside of the restaurants communications absolutely unacceptable. read more

Yes, I order 2 meals because I like to combine them, while eating part of it for lunch and save the excess for dinner. The chicken has so much flavor and super juicy! I've been meaning to try Chicken Chick for a while since it's right down the street from me. Finally got the chance when I had my Mediterranean food craving. It was a delivery so I can't comment on the interior or service, but I was satisfied with the food that I got. Here's what I ordered - Koobideh Cobination with Cherry Rice - The ground beef and chicken skewers are both juicy and well seasoned. I personally liked the beef more because it packed a beefy punch, but both were really satisfying. It paired really well with the roasted tomato, which added to the juiciness of the whole plate. The cherry rice is unique and I thoroughly enjoyed the sweetness of the cooked cherry. It went along well with the savory long grain rice, which seemed to be seasoned with some Mediterranean spices. All in all, great dish! Next time, I'll need to make sure to order some side salad or something for some greens though. Hummus - Nothing crazy. Just a solid bowl of hummus with pita bread. It comes with olive oil, Mediterranean spices, and one pickled olive in the middle. Nice appetizer or side dish. We'll have to try their other dishes again very soon! read more

This cute little place has some good Mediterranean food. Though it satisfied my craving I did find myself commenting that the hummus wasn't garlicky enough for me. The koobideh combo plate was giant, absolutely enough for two. I enjoyed the ground beef skewer but I couldn't get into the ground chicken skewer, the texture was just off for me. Loved the fluffy basmati with a hint of saffron. The cucumber yogurt was also delicious, fresh and tart. The falafel was fresh, but it didn't leave an impression on me. Get your salivary glands ready and try the fresh made lemonade. It's sweet and tart and quite tasty. Service was excellent. The restaurant is cute and clean and parking was a piece of cake. Today we order several dishes from Chicken Chick. We had the spicy juicy chicken combo, koobideh kabob combo, falafel, Persian salad, lentil soup and baghalava. The food was delivered early, it was hot and delicious. The food was fresh and so flavorful. I think the lentil soup was probably one of the best lentil soups that I've had from any Persian or Mediterranean restaurants. The Falafel was fantastic as well. The combinations came with basmati rice. Chicken Chick is a great new addition to the Southbay and we will be ordering again soon! The food is good when you order late as they use left over during the early hours, so things like eggplant, and other dips has a stale smell. I call it chicken cheap, as I have never been to a Persian restaurant where they serve half tomato. I am disappointed that they didn't send bread butter or onion; which they give when dining in.
