Been going there since its beginning and man I gotta say it might be the best fried chicken I've ever had! Also I'm not a huge sauce guy but I frickin love all of the sauces they have. Every menu item is a banger, the chicken is perfectly seasoned, and the staff is super nice and chill. Not sure how this place got so many good reviews? I'm pretty certain they are fake. The food was some of the worst I've ever had. The chicken was barely edible. I upgraded my combo from fries to the fried pickle chips and let me tell you it was the worst mistake ever. The fried pickles were so gross. I did not eat them. Skin of the chicken is not that crispy and needs work. The tenders appear cut from a breast and are not tenderloins. I would continue goin' to Mike's. Meh. The "tenders" are no better than the frozen pressed chicken ones you find at the grocery store. The spicy tenders are pretty spicy. The emphasis seems to be on the sauces. This place SLAPS! First off, definitely get the fried chicken dumplings and a banana shake. The dumplings were a 10/10, so frickin good. I did not expect them to be as delicious as they were, but seriously, do not skip on the dumplings. All their sauces are also fuego and a couple are right up there with canes and chick fil a sauce for me. The sandwiches are all unique and it looks like all the flavor combinations are done really well (I've tried 2 different sammiches so far and they were great). The staff were super friendly and brought my food out pretty quick, it's a nice place with a good ambiance, and the restaurant (and bathrooms) were immaculately clean. There are also some old school arcade machines there which is definitely a fun touch. Overall, great spot to get a quick bite, have a casual business lunch, grab a beer with friends, or whatever floats your boat. Will definitely go again. read more

I think I have to agree with the guy who said the 5 star reviews have to be fake. We recently went and should have known something was wrong when there was only one other table there and they were all taking selfies. Service was decent, but the guy at the register was so intent on comboing everything that he messed up my husband's order. We tried several things and everything was very bland. We even asked to try different sauces to see if that would help. It didn't. There are other things on the menu that we would have liked to try, but won't waste our money when there are better chicken places around. read more

For a "Nashville Hot Chicken" restaurant owned by a world-famous chef, you would think that this place would be great, it was not. This place was a huge let down. The chicken was comparable to the frozen chicken tenders from the grocery, and not the good ones. The breading was terrible, and the chicken was not good. I have to say that Guy is using his name and his name only for this one. Complete let down. On the plus side, the service was really good. Everyone was very friendly and wanted you to understand the menu. I will not be going back, nor will I suggest this to anyone. Also, I hate when you read reviews, and they have these outlandishly great reviews, then when you try the food, you are pretty much speechless. (Not in a good way!). Just went in for the first time today and had a great experience. Chicken was really good, both tenders and the sandwich I had. Super flavorful. My kids had Mac and cheese that I stole from them it was so tasty, and the shake we had was a hit. Service was really strong, especially considering they just opened a few weeks ago. Went for lunch. The chicken was overly fried, fries were fair. When our food was brought to our table we had to go back to register to get the side sauce we had ordered as well as plasticware. I had high hopes since I've watched literally dozens of Guy's television shows. Overall, ok. Staff was super young, enthusiastic & helpful. We had barbeque chicken sandwiches & spicy chicken fingers. First, watch your ticket -- we were charged for 2 sandwiches & 2 spicy chicken finger combos, even though we ordered one combo. Putting so much sauce on a crispy chicken sandwich defeats the crispy intent -- by the time you take a few bites, it's sans crispy. Fingers were better. Fries aren't anything special -- and why only one tiny catsup packet per order? Are there already catsup tariffs?? And come to think about it, since you're a big POTUS fan, Guy, why are you using exploding paper straws??? read more

Food was actually great. By far one of the best chicken spots I have been to. Pricing was okay it wasn't that expensive. But the service was by far the best I've had though. Every single employee was on point. They were so polite and considerate. I would definitely recommend checking this place out. I feel bad writing this but I hope the owner listens so he doesn't go out of business. First off, customer service from owner was incredible and he was so kind. I went with my son and we ordered chicken fingers, and the OG sandwich and my 10 year old wanted sauce on side. Sandwich didn't come with sauce on side and its just tenders on a bun. I TRULY appreciate all the sauces and was very excited about this place. However, the spices mixed into the batter of the tenders are so STRONG it was impossible to taste any of the sauces. I am a mom of 4 and there is not a single child of mine that would eat these tenders because there is so much strong seasoning in them its overpowering even the chicken. The crust was perfect crisp and tenders not crispy, the flavor was all wrong. I am an adult and I found the flavor to be wayyy to intense. No kid will eat these tenders unfortunately. Less seasoning in batter and you will prevail Chicken Guy. PS- your ranch isn't that good, but honey mustard is on point. read more
