TL;DR: full meal of clean solid nutritious food - my go-to whenever I want to grub hard guilt-free. Best location! Been coming to Chicken Maison (locations) for awhile but only just now getting around to writing a review for this one specifically because it's the best one! Ordered (3top): - Whole Chicken Spicy Garlic (5/5): So good. The meat falls off the bone and the meat is so juicy and tender. The spicy garlic flavor can be tasted throughout the entire bird - Steamed Veggies side (3/5): Not saying they're bad. Not at all. Just nothing special - Potato salad (4/5): sleeper side that I always get at the Maison. The vinegar(?) flavor is so good - haven't had another restaurant potato salad even come close to this - Hummus (4/5): large serving size and the pitas were nice and toasty. The server saw how quickly we crushed them and kindly brought more out for us without us even asking! :) - Rice (side) The meal was ~$35 and we had some leftovers to take home for dinner. This was our 1st time going and it blew us out the water! Cashier recommended us the best things on the menu and he was not playing about it, everything was actually so good! Told Christian it was our first time and he gave us a compd dessert! There was a constant influx of people in n out the door, even had a sweet older lady stop me and tell me how good it was because she overheard it was our first time at the register! This was our first time going and we got recommended the shrimp fettuccine, and spicy lemon garlic chicken. The food was amazing our little spread was delicious. The whole service crew was very nice and helpful. We told Christian it was our first time and he gave us honey pistachio pita chips, which were yummy. We decided to sit outside and when I tell you there was never a time where someone wasn't going through their door it was crazy. Quaint location. Casual dining, good amount of tables/seating. Parking lot is shared with several businesses, parking may feel a bit tight during meal peak times. Service is friendly. I ordered to go the 1/4 spicy lemon chicken with 2 sides (salad, spicy hummus) and pita bread. Wow it's quite tasty with a nice kick, yummy! My regret is I should have ordered the 1/2 chicken portion . The 1/4 felt on the smaller side, not enough meat on the bones lol. I got a skinny chicken I guess haha. Don't expect fast food prices. The food is delicious. We've eaten here a few times and each time we notice how attentive Christian is to customers. Everyone is pleasant and to us that's the most important thing of any business. First time at this location, and probably will not be coming here again. The food was super salty. Almost to the point where it was inedible. I love Chicken Maison, but I feel the last couple of times (not at this specific location, just in general) have been disappointing. Fries = SALTY Chicken = SALTY I'm all for flavor but it was just overly salted. I welcome salt, however, when something is too salty, it can definitely ruin the dish/ experience. read more

We've been coming to the RPV Chicken Maison for a while and it's a staple in our rotation of meal options when we eat out. Service is always impeccable, food comes out timely and is incredibly delicious; hitting the spot consistently! Being pescatarian, it's great they have options and my go-to is always the Caesar Salad, add grilled Salmon with a side of their delectable Spicy Garlic sauce! The later definitely is a must have with any meal you get as it just adds another level of flavor! Not to mention they have some great dessert Honey Stachio pita chips! I decided to try this place because my coworkers all said it was really good so I wanted to give it a try. The restaurant is located in a shopping plaza. There is an outside dining area. The inside looks renovated and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. You order at the counter and they give you a number afterwards. I ordered the 1/4 lemon basil chicken rotisserie. It comes with 1 wing and 1 thigh. I got rice and steamed vegetables as my two sides. The chicken was moist, flavorful, and made to perfection. But I did think it was too lemony for me. The sauce or brine (not sure what it is) was yellow from the lemon. But it still tasted delicious to me. I would recommend this place and definitely excited to eat there again. read more

I love coming here and I don't get to as I would like, so when I do it's always a treat for me. The food is amazingly delicious. The chicken meat falls off the bone and melts in your mouth. I even got a text to notify that my food was ready so even if to went to wait in your car or go do something quick the notify you and I loved that touch. Omg! I am so late in posting this but I did tell the Manager I was going to give him a yelp review. So best place to eat such a friendly place they greet you with a warm welcome. Then ask if you've been to a Chicken Maison before. I felt so bad for this girl who was working their because she looked all confused I'm guessing she was new. She should thank her boss because he helped her bust tables and made sure all his customer were satisfied. Where can you fine someone who has a heart of gold. Caring for his employees and his customers. Great guy he is. I told my friend to ask for his name so we can leave him a yelp review. His name was Jon he was such a good caring manager he helped each of his employees both in running out the food and cashiering. There smiles made my day. What a wonderful Restaurant very friendly staff. It was me and my wife's first time at a Chicken Maison the minute we walked in we were greeted by the staff. Me and my wife had Assists from a nice gentleman. I told him we haven't been here before and asked him what would he suggest. He told me they have a special number 1 Quarter chicken rice and a salad he also mentioned Maison special salad, and a Chinese chicken salad for my wife. My wife chose the Chinese chicken salad dressing on the side and I tried the spicy chicken kebab. I believe his name was Jon he was wearing black so I'm guessing that's the Manager. I can't say enough good things about this location! We come here once a week, and while the food is delicious, the staff truly makes the experience special. Huge shout-outs to Yesenia and Nancy--they are incredibly hard-working, always smiling, and never just standing around. They are so attentive that even my kids point out how friendly they are. Irvin is also great and always adds to the positive energy. We love the Maison Special, the pita with garlic sauce, and the 6-piece spicy chicken leg deal. The portions are generous and definitely enough to share! To wash it all down, their drinks are so refreshing; I highly recommend the hibiscus and the watermelon for the kids. 1st service was soooo impressive I actually required a minute to gather myself and what I wanted. I ordered extra pita bread and the garlic white sauce. I ordered a honey pistachio pita chips for my daughter. The manager immediately gave me an extra pita chip pack for my daughter to have all for herself. I was like wow. When it came time to pay, the manager skipped all the prompts which did not allow me to tip I was like hey I wanted to tip you he said next time. When I arrived home upon opening the bags of food, not only was there an additional pita chip pack, three altogether, but an entire package of pita bread in plastic. I recently picked up an online order, and while I understand the restaurant was busy, my experience was disappointing. The worker assisting customers before me acknowledged and addressed each person, but when it was my turn, he completely ignored me. I had to get his attention just to receive my order, which felt unprofessional and frustrating. I've been coming to Chicken Maison for years but this location is my favorite out of them all. The food is always fresh, but the service is what really sets this location apart. The service staff is always very friendly and helpful, and the dining area itself is always clean. I actually live half way between this and the Crossroads location, but I prefer coming to this one because of the consistency of the food and customer service. Even if you don't live near this location, all the Chicken Maison locations are great, I highly recommend giving them a try. read more

My SO and I started coming this Chicken Maison a little less than a month ago and am beyond satisfied with our experience at this location. We enjoy it so much we have been there probably about 5 times, and each time we go, we are ALWAYS greeted by Janiene ( sorry if I misspelled it) who is just the sweetest. She recommended the Spicy Coleslaw and we are obsessed. She always offers us to taste other items as well! The atmosphere of the place is young and very loud. The kithen staff was so nice even if they spoke little English. When I sat down they had a very hard working Manager who is always checking on his customer's to see if they needed anything else. I spoke to him for a few minutes my goodness he was amazing I asked one of the staff members Taylor what is your managers name she told me Jon. But the funny thing was I forget they have name badges. I didn't lower myself. I simply expected the food I ordered to contain the ingredients your own menu says it contains. You say that everyone has asked you to remove onions for 19 years. Fine. Then update your menu. This isn't complicated. If onions have supposedly been gone for years, why are they still being advertised as an ingredient? Customers aren't mind readers. And let's address your claim that the chicken was "very moist and delicious." How exactly would you know? You weren't there when I ordered it. You weren't there when I opened the sandwich. You weren't there when I ate it. You weren't even the person working that day. Yet somehow you have enough confidence to tell me what my own food tasted like. That is an impressive level of certainty for someone who wasn't even present. What I actually experienced was dry chicken, lettuce, no onions, a menu that apparently doesn't reflect what your restaurant serves, and an employee who argued with me rather than simply acknowledging the discrepancy. Don't pretend the menu says one thing while serving another, and don't insult someone for noticing. You could have simply said, "We no longer include onions, and we apologize that our menu hasn't been updated." The missing onion wasn't the real problem.
