I accidentally placed my online order at the wrong location (rookie mistake on my part). Thankfully, Chris stepped in, assessed the situation, called the other location, helped cancel the order, and got me taken care of quickly. What could have turned into a lunch-time scavenger hunt became a smooth and stress-free experience. I was able to leave with my exact order and make it to my next commitment on time. That's the kind of customer service people remember. As a business owner myself, I know great customer service creates loyal customers and drives retention. Chris turned a potential headache into a positive experience, and that's worth recognizing. I'll definitely be back for the Veggie Variety Plate. I usually get the 4-piece Original Rotisserie Chicken that comes with Pitas and two sides. Our sides this time we're Msison.Rice and Greek Slaw. Delicious and I can never get enough of their garlic sauce! I also like that you can pay a little more and get all white meat (breasts). Reasonably priced too! Definitely feeds four hungry adults! I usually order online but this time I ordered and waited while they oreoared. It ce out very quiclly. The syaff is very nice and friendly. Itxs licated in a small strip mall with a shated parking lot. I haven't had any issues finding a spot. There are several in the South Bay and this one is located on Torrance Blvd and Prospect Ave in Redondo Beach. It's in a tiny property with Moon Donuts and Smoke shop next door. There are more parking spaces on the Prospect Ave side and a few available ones on the Torrance Blvd side. I placed my order to go. For the hubby, got him a gyro wrap. For myself, my go-to is a falafel wrap and and extra tzatziki in lieu of tahini sauce. My falafels were just right--crispy on the outside and moist in and workin well w/the herbs, parsley, tomatoes, pickled turnips and sauce in the flatbread. Hubby's gyro was also great w/the ripe tomatoes, onion, lettuce, and sauce. An excellent meal. Service at the counter was cordial. From the time ordering to my order being called was probably about ten minutes on a busy Friday evening. Fun fact! I have frequented the Gardena location many times and this Redondo location. Local law enforcement has dined here at dinner hours and in Gardena several times which has made for very safe dining and to-go experiences! Solid 4 stars. read more

Really good Mediterranean place that's known for their rotisserie lemon garlic chicken. It's on the bones so a little difficult to eat so I like to just get the chicken or salmon skewers. They also have pretty good sole and sometimes offer bogo deals which is nice. The sides like bake potato, hummus and steamed veggies are all yummy and relatively healthy. read more

Three stars because in the past they have been great, but the last two times it has not lived up to the standard and today was the final straw for me. Ordered a Cesar salad for 13.50 and this is what I got - a head of lettuce with NO CHEESE and 6 little pita crisps, underneath the salad. They don't skimp out on the size of either protein, which I adore! And these are typically accompanied by veggie kabobs as well. The real star of the menu is the rotisserie chicken combo plates. There are multiple seasoning/sauce choices, but you can't go wrong with the Original AND Spicy Lemon Garlic Chicken flavors. Chicken is always cooked to perfection, well-seasoned/dressed, moist, and tender. Rotisserie combo plate allows for two side dishes of your choice and Chicken Maison has a variety to choose from. My favorites are the baked potato, spicy hummus, and steamed veggie. And every combo comes with pita bread & garlic sauce (sauce so good, it's to die for). Y'know, at some point, the half chicken plate became my favorite post-workout meal. Beyond the entreés and combo plates, I don't grab dessert here often, but when I do the brownie is an absolute must! Thick, decadent and the perfect size to share with a companion. Our first time trying Chicken Maison - most of the locations seem to be in South Bay. It is a fast casual place where you place your order at the counter. Plenty of seating if you want to dine in. We got the whole spicy lemon garlic chicken which came with pita, garlic sauce, and your choice of two sides. We got the spicy hummus and tabbouleh salad for the sides. The chicken was tender and well-cooked. We were so impressed at the portion size, especially for the sides! We shared and had enough leftovers for another meal. Usually go to another store but ordered for pick up here since was in the area. Food tastes standard; same as other locations (only reason it's 2 instead of 1 star). Order was ready later than estimated pick up time but understandable since they were busy. Other employees were pleasant but after pick up service call was horrible w/ the lady packaging orders. We got the chicken feast, which includes 2 whole chickens & 4 sides. Ordered lemon garlic (extra charge) & original, but came home to find that we were given 2 originals instead which could happen since they were busy but we were very sad about since lemon garlic is the most popular/delicious & also not what we ordered. Called as soon as we found out asking if they could update the charge to the correct amount since they messed up but she said we'd have to come in same day for that (doesn't make sense bc gas costs more than actual refund) or come back next time for a free dessert bc it's "just $2". I didn't ask for sass on the side. I definitely don't need the petty dessert. When I called, I asked very calmly & nicely, but the tone & way in which she handled this was very rude & unprofessional. It undermines the "apology" & there should've possibly been a better way of handling this. My family who were eavesdropping were also shocked at the way she handled the call. I am rarely impressed with chain restaurants, but the Chicken Maison at this particular location has been consistently delicious. It's become mine and my husband's go-to spot for a healthy, affordable dinner. We love getting take-out because it's fast and always fresh. We highly recommend their rotisserie chicken and chicken kebabs. Great flavor and so juicy! We also love the hummus, Maison rice, grilled veggies, and the pita with garlic sauce. I could honestly eat anything with that garlic sauce! We've also tried the gyros, but they weren't our thing. The portions are large and we always have leftovers. When they picked me up after my procedure, we stopped by this place and picked up their chicken lunch special for each one of us. The special is a plate of rotisserie chicken (I think 1/2 or 1/4), with hummus came with , and I believe salad. What a treat! I looked up this eatery later and found that they have several branches. But they are all in the South Bay, none near my area. There are also branches farther south in Santa Ana and Fountain Valley. If you live in these areas, give this place a try. You will love it. The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is that the food was decent. I ordered a meal in advance, and it was supposed to be ready by 12:45. I didn't end up getting the food until 1:12 because they'd forgotten about the order. I understand that mistakes happen, but I explained over and over and over that I was extremely pressed for time (which is why I ordered the food IN ADVANCE) and that I'd rather cancel the order than wait for very long. They told me the food would take 3 minutes. Instead, almost 20 minutes went by while I watched them make food for other customers and call out names of other people who'd ordered take out. They assured me repeatedly that my food was almost ready. The cashiers seemed to think this was all hilarious, because one of them chuckled and offered me a free soda. No apologies from ANYONE. Brought some chicken Maison to go. We ordered a whole chicken, eith sides of baked potato amd coleslaw. We asked for extra plates and utensils. Order came out in about 15-20 min. We opened the bag, and there was no utensils or plates, so that was annoying. Had to make due with what we had on us. Parking here is very tight as it shares the parking lot with other businesses. But the chicken was amazing. Skin is just so flavorful. Chicken meat was tender and moist. And just fall apart good. The sauce, I could just drink it up. It was pure perfection. We loved chicken maison unfortunately today's visit was a miss. We usually have our chicken maison spot in PV however we are in the area and checked this one out. Ordered the spicy lemon garlic chicken and it came out warm. I believe the chicken was also undercooked. One of the guys that worked there told us since it's dark meat that's how it looks like and when you cut through the chicken a little steam is coming out so not sure if it's warm or what but the only thing warm on my plate was the rice. Very dissatisfied and dissapointed with our visit especially dropping about 50$. I took pictures of the chicken and you tell me whether it's cooked or not. The employee who told us it's cooked didn't even bother to make it right or said sorry he just said that's how it's cooked. He is the only guy there today wearing a black chicken maison shirt and didn't get his name. Giving two stars because of the cashier's Charles was great! The chicken is a big portion and overall not dry with the sauce. Probably wouldn't get the rice again. Love the garlic spread with the pita. What I'm looking for when I order rotisserie chicken is that it's juicy, even the white meat. That usually means that it's freshly cooked, and it has not been sitting out for a while. I'm also looking for some nice flavour for the seasoning. This place definitely checks all the things I'm looking for. I'm also surprised that their vegetables were cooked perfectly and has a nice crunch . I don't like it when veggies are over cooked. As for their gyro, it has a nice blend of flavour. They were generous with the amount of protein they put on the plate. The salad that it comes with was very nice and crunchy. It was definitely fresh, which I like.
