Fast service! I got the chick, and decided to do a scoop of the jalapeño jolly, and the loaded baked potato soup. The jalapeño jolly is my fave! A little kick, but not too much. I was underwhelmed by the loaded baked potato soup. It lacked flavor, in my opinion. A bonus is the pickle, and the cookie is so good! Love that they give the option to drive thru!

They have a variety of chicken salads to choose from so you should be able to find something you like. I love that they allow samples because sometimes reading the ingredients on a menu just isn't enough. I tried 3 flavors before deciding and i went with the blt sandwich and classic chicken salad and a side of potato soup. The staff was very friendly and attentive and the food came out quick. I do wish it had a tad bit more salt but otherwise it was a decent sandwich. The soup was pretty good very creamy. Yet that also needed a little salt and pepper nothing I couldn't add myself at the table. Overall a nice lunch spot. They have plenty of seating and conveniently located off the freeway.

Just got off the phone with the manager- Brittany said No one looks at Yelp or cares about Yelp at this business! So basically a middle finger to people that use Yelp! Each time I come here not one employee ask if you have rewards number. And every time I get home to enter reward information ( following instructions), it never saves and says " not found". It's like this business doesn't want you to use their app! You can as to use your app ahead of time but employees still tell you to manually enter ticket information knowing it won't work! Also this time I picked up the onion forward chicken salad and when I got home the container was correct with label but the chicken inside was not what I ordered. So this visit was a bust on both ends.

    Fancy Nancy Chicken Salad Meal

I enjoyed my Fancy Nancy chicken salad sandwich with broccoli salad. There was a good amount of chicken salad in my sandwich. My work catered this meal and everyone on my team got what they ordered. I'm glad we got to try this out and will definitely go again.

    The trio

The young lady that helped me was so friendly and helpful! After she offered to let me sample some of the chicken salads I opted for the trio: the Fancy Nancy sandwich on a croissant, broccoli cheese soup and fruit salad. The chicken salad was delicious, wish the croissant would have been a little more buttery and flaky. The soup was good, I feel that it could have been a little more savory. The fruit salad was generously full of grapes. More strawberries & more than one blueberry would have been amazing. The trio comes with a pickle & a small sugar like cookie. For the price, it's not a bad deal and an extremely cute place to boot. Not understanding why it was so empty. Maybe they have a good lunch crowd. I hope so.

What not to like about this place? Well everything is really great First very quick service, it didnt took long to deliver my food!! Second, food is great and a great price I ordered the Turkey Club Sandwich, pasta salad on the side! The sandwich is delicious I love the whole atmosphere!! Very nice vibe! I loved the tablecloths! The decorations, including my drinking cup!! Great place! Highly recommended I was going to try it in SA but I didnt have time! So I decided to find somewhere to eat and Chicken Salad Chick popped up!! Come and try it

The chicken salad sandwich and fresh fruit I ordered was horrible. The fruit in both was old. I threw away my entire order, including the iced tea., not wanting to take a chance on getting food poisoning. I'm so fed up with many of these small business restaurants begging us for our business and serving us the worst of food or/and providing us poor service. After reading some of these small business other negative reviews, I didn't feel the need to return my purchase and complain onsite. Small businesses should do better or just close down! Sincerely!!!

Every time I visit this location I receive amazing customer service. It's always very clean and sanitary, from the tables down to the floor. I typically only order Lauryn's Lemon Basil, it was recommended to me during my first visit and I've been hooked since! Their sugar cookies are delicious as well. All in all, I definitely give them 5 stars all across the board.

First time ever trying this place out. I was coming back from my ENT Dr appt at Houston Methodist West campus and decided to stop here on my way home with my dad I let the team lead know it was my first time here. She let me sample multiple flavors before diving in. I ordered a sandwich with barbie-q flavored chicken salad and got a scoop of the lemon basil flavored one on the side. Also ordered a watermelon flavored ices tea. So good. My dad orederd the same thing but also got a broccoli and cheese type soup. Guess it was the soup of the day. Needless to say it was finished. While my order was delicious, I unfortunately got a scoop of barbie-q vs the lemon basil flavored one. Oh well. Ambiance is a nice and relaxed venue. Simple and comfortable seating. It's right next door or Fadi's so you might miss it if you're on the i-10 W feeder. Look for Fadi's and you'll find the parking lot entrance. Pleasant surprise to find this treat. I will absolutely be back. Thanks for a nice meal ladies.

Yum! This is a great fast casual food option which isn't greasy. They have lots of options and ways to enjoy your chicken salad (sandwich, scoop, etc). I got my Fancy Nancy scoop on toasted wheat bread with a cup of potato soup. It also came with crackers, a pickle slice and a cute little pre-wrapped cookie. The service was friendly. And the restaurant and bathroom were very clean.

I've seen this place off the katy freeway a few times before the pandemic when I used to drive in to work and was always curious. But I never got around to trying it. Lucky for me, I stumbled upon a Chicken Salad Chick stand at a mini farmers market close to home and decided to give it a try. The lady at the farmers market recommended the classic Carol as their baseline chicken salad so I went with that, and both my husband and I really enjoyed it. (FYI this farmers market is located outside Berings on Bissonnet from 11:30am -1pm every Tuesday). To be honest I've never really been a fan of chicken salad in the past but now I can say that is indeed a thing of the past. The flavor was spot on and I love that every bite was full of chicken (versus mayonnaise, which seems to be the case for all the unappetizing chicken salads I've eaten before). My only complaint with the classic Carol was that I couldn't taste any celery as the menu mentioned "celery" in the description. I was actually very looking forward to crunching into some large chunks of celery but my guess is they diced it so small that you can't taste it. Oh well. It was still delicious. Fast forward a few weeks my husband was working in the area so he picked up some chicken salad chick to go at this katy location. This time we tried the fancy Nancy and Lauren's lemon basil, both superb as well. I can't really say which one is my favorite because they are all so tasty. However, if I get the classic carol again I will definitely be mixing in my own celery chunks. If you are a fan of chicken salads, you'll definitely love this place. And If you are not, I highly recommend you give this place a try because you may become a new convert :)

    Takeout - chicken salad BLT

I don't enjoy posting negative reviews but I ordered a sandwich from this place and was highly disappointed. There was a huge pile of chicken salad which would've been great if it didn't taste like pure mayonnaise and very bland, the vread was soggy and super thin in comparison to the amount of chicken served. I might give it a try in store and hopefully have a better experience.

CSC is always so yummy. I have never had a bad experience at any location, including this one. The only thing to be prepared for ahead of time is the hassle of parking. There are multiple other trendy food places on the strip, so the lot is often crowded. Just a minor inconvenience for some good food. The new chicken poblano soup has loads of flavor, and the sweet tea is some of the best around.

Let me start by saying I've been here multiple, multiple times & I've never had any food items that weren't good. I always get breakfast (even if it's lunch time) so I don't know much about the lunch items. Not only is the food outstanding with a creative twist, it's consistent. Over the years, the place has expanded several times so now there is a decent amount of dine-in seating in addition to the outdoor seating. The place still stays packed but with their wait list in advance/text notification system & efficiency in seating customers, if there is a wait things move along smoothly. Additionally, anyone who is waiting knows it's worth the wait!! The service staff are friendly. The atmosphere is homey & they decorate for the various holidays & seasons. Owner/chef Lori is always walking around asking guests if everything is ok. On at least 2 occasions she happened to chat with me/my guest about some dietary restrictions & she whipped something up for us to try. My go-to dish is the harvest breakfast where you can pick 4 breakfast items from a list. This is a great way to sample more menu items. Here's my take on some of my favorites: - Sourdough pancakes are thin & really delicious. - Belgium Leige waffle is very sweet with the pearl sugar "nuggets" in them so taste them before you add a lot of syrup. - Scrambled eggs are well seasoned, not bland. - Avocado & tomato or the fresh fruit are nice light touches as one of the side item choices. - Fried chicken tenders are really good. Spice level 3 (medium) is not that spicy. It's flavorful. - Grilled chicken tenders are good. As much as I typically eat grilled or baked chicken, I allow myself to choose fried for these. - Grits are creamy. I get them with no cheese. I'm not a big grits person but I do like these! The menu is very extensive. It includes vegan, vegetarian, keto & gluten free. Is the breakfast a little pricey, the answer is "it's all relative." Sometimes it's just worth paying for a great meal. In case you haven't gotten the message, Harvest Kitchen is a must try. Do yourself a favor & have a visit. I'm betting it will stay on your list as a repeat eating spot!! Tips: - Use the text message wait list & signup before you leave your house. - You can always get 1 pancake on the side for $5. - 15% gratuity is included at checkout, as you pay you'll get options for an additional % or custom % like 0%, 3, 5% or more.

The restaurant is very dimly lit, but intentionally so -- just enough light to see your table and your plate. It creates an intimate, connected atmosphere where you naturally put your phone down. Soft live piano music in the background adds to the charm and makes conversation flow easily. I ordered the calamari, while my friend chose the oxtail tacos. Both came in generous portions, seasoned well, and arrived without a long wait. A strong start to the meal. For my entrée, I selected the whole red snapper, served with salad and plantains. I added a side of jollof rice, which paired perfectly with the fish. Another colleague ordered the pork chop with green beans and mashed potatoes -- absolutely delectable. I didn't finish every bite of my snapper only because I wanted to save room for dessert. Our table tried a variety: pineapple upside‑down cake, cheesecake, and key lime pie. Each one was a great finish to the meal and made the evening of catching up even sweeter. The chef personally greeted each table, which added a thoughtful, welcoming touch. The staff was attentive throughout the night, making the experience feel special from start to finish. We made reservations and were quickly seated when we arrived. The place is a bit dark when the sun goes down. Plenty of wine bottles lined up on the wall and a full bar. We went for their HRW menu. In addition to the regular menu, they gave a chef appetizer of Rockefeller Oyster. Nice touch. One comment though, when it was served, they put mine on top of the bread plate which I thought was odd. Oyster itself was very flavorful. For starters, we had the Jumbo Peri Peri shrimp and Jollof's Fire Bomb. The shrimps were just regular shrimps and was chewy. The Fire Bomb was tasty with brisket meat inside. We order the ribeye and fried red snapper for our mains. Suya Ribeye was very flavorful from the African spices. The jollof rice was delicious. My first time trying it. Kinda crispy and has a kick. Fried Fred snapper was well executed. My wife loved it. It was unfortunate that the restaurant was so dark that you can't really see your food to appreciate the effort that was put into it. It was a nice gesture that Chef Casey came out to talk to his customers. For desserts, we had the crème brûlée and banana fosters. Banana fosters was a big scoop of ice cream with couple slices of banana which was a bit disappointing. In comparison to other HrW restaurants, you can get more bang for the buck at other places. We would go back for the mains but skip the appetizers and desserts.

So we decided to try the burgers during this trip. I will say this, I will never order another burger at this restaurant. We are huge fans of fresh hamburgers, and we always try them at most restaurants that we go to. So we got a Hickory burger, a bacon cheeseburger, and a regular cheeseburger. All of our burgers were well done to the point that they were hard to chew and they were not tasty. Normally at this restaurant, food comes out very quickly, but this time it did take a little longer and now I know why. I was very disappointed in all of the burgers and how they were really way too well done. The restaurant was super busy and we should've said something, but we did not because we had been waiting so long. We just did not want to wait any longer. The french fries were super hot and fresh, I will give them that. I think at this point, we will stick to the chicken tenders because those are super good, but the burgers were not good at all. Again, we really enjoy this restaurant, but we are going to stick to what we normally order. If you order a burger at Mia's table, make sure you tell them that you want it done medium, and not well done. Other than this experience, we have always loved the food there and you get free ice cream after your meal. We highly recommend the chicken tenders and the baked beans are phenomenal. The green beans are great. The banana pudding is great and the staff is super friendly.

They serve brunch on Saturday and Sunday until 330. The brunch menu is huge. It is not a super large menu, which I feel very endearing. We decided to try the bagel and lox with cream cheese, the Buzz burger with fries, and their homemade chips. They start off by bringing you this beautiful craft of bottled water. That to me was an amazing bonus. We also ordered two sodas which came in a can. I sort of wish it was a more of a fountain drink than one can of soda for the price. *Now service was super slow. However, the waitress did come and tell us that they are running a little behind and she apologized for it and she was super sweet, so that made up for the weight. How do I known how long it was going to take, I don't know if I would've stayed, but in the end, the food was amazing. The burger was cooked to perfection. My boyfriend is a hamburger snob and he kept saying how good it was how fresh it was and how perfectly cooked it was. They serve you shoestring fries that feel like they're double fried and they were phenomenal. My bagel was toasted perfectly and had a very good amount of cream cheese and lox. As a Jewish girl living in the area that I do, it's very hard to find good bagels with lox and cream cheese. I will most definitely be back for this sooner than later. The homemade chips took quite a while to come out, and at one point I was ready to say we don't need it, but these potato chips beat Buccees beaver chips, 100%. They were super fresh and very crunchy and tasted amazing. I will definitely recommend those to anybody that orders some. My boyfriend then ordered a tropical sunrise smoothie and it was so tasty and tasted like a strawberry banana smoothie. Now once again that did take a long time to come out and at one point, we were wishing we had not ordered it but once we did get it, it was really good and I highly recommend it. The restaurant is not very large and it's the perfect brunch spot for anybody looking for a smaller Cafe with very good choices.

While we completely understand wanting to protect expensive furniture, the tone and delivery came across as rude and made our entire table feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. On the other hand, I want to recognize our waiter, who was excellent throughout the meal. Unfortunately, the food also fell short of expectations. In particular, I would not recommend the mussels. The flavor was unpleasant and left a very bad aftertaste, making them one of the least enjoyable dishes we ordered. Good customer service isn't just about enforcing rules--it's about how those rules are communicated. Unfortunately, the manager's approach, combined with the disappointing food, overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable dining experience.
