I ordered through the drive m-through, so I can't speak on ambiance or the actual facility itself. The good: food was yummy and fresh. I will be craving the broccoli salad, like, every day of my life. I will be curious to try the other flavors they have to offer (I got the Classic Carol to be safe). The buttercream cookie was delicious. The food was out fast & the cashier was sweet. Pickle was a nice addition. The bad: the drive-through menu is a little confusing. This is probably a place you need to try inside first, get to know the menu, and then order once you're confident with ordering here. Plus, you can't sample the flavors through the drive through, which was my bad on choosing not to go inside as a first-timer. The prices are a little steep... I paid $9 for a single scoop of chicken salad and a side of broccoli salad. I was left still hungry. The other people in my order got sandwiches with macaroni and pasta salad. One agreed the portion was on the "light side" and the other said it was "just enough." I'd recommend not coming here starving. All in all, the food was great, so I'll be back. This may be the best option for a light, quick lunch. If you are looking for something filling, go elsewhere (although I'm not sure a "chicken salad only" establishment screams filling in the first place). I've eaten here two times now and honestly the first time I ate here I was not impressed. I got the BLT with the original chicken salad on a croissant. It was just sooo bland, like no flavor at all no salt no pepper no nothing. I don't recommend that. I just went here this evening and decided to try an different flavor on the BLT and I decided to get it on toasted wheat. It was soooo much better. It had lots of flavor, not too spicy. It also a lot bigger than the croissant. I think they give you less meat on the croissant. I also got the loaded potato soup which was good as well. I really like the food at Chicken Salad Chick, so much so that I normally visit two to three times a week. The issue that I have is that the ordering process is a nightmare. When I try to order anything other than a sandwich, the process goes completely awry. Today we ordered an egg salad sandwich with a side of pasta salad and large coke. We then tried to proceed to order additional sides and a soup for myself because today I wanted soup instead of a sandwich. This is where I went wrong. I should have never ventured out to try to order anything but a sandwich to go through the step by step process of white, wheat, or croissant; toasted or not toasted; lettuce or tomato; your side and drink. When we tried to order three additional sides all hell broke loose and after repeatedly trying to order a side of pasta, fruit, and cup of soup we gave up and drove off. I wish I could say this only happened once. This is the second time this week that this happened!!! Twice in one week!! Four times in two months. I guess we should get smart and go to another location instead of repeatedly going back for more when we have to give up anyway. read more

I am trying to get back to my healthy ways so I stopped here for a healthy bite. I didn't get any of the chicken salads but instead opted for a turkey club sandwich with a side of broccoli salad. I was so hungry and it looked so good that I didn't get a pic! Sandwich tasted nice and fresh and filling! Got in to this new place around 12:30pm and man what can I say? It was PACKED!!! Not a empty table to be seen. Clean floors, brightly lit, amazing set up with the colors. So bright and friendly and oh so inviting. So after about 5 mins of reviewing the menu with a few comments from what we think was the manager we ordered two of the chicken salad blt with fresh fruit and waters. The delivery was timely and the staff extremely friendly. I had to pause half way through to write this. The foods taste is fresh and very filling. The croissant bread really brings out the flavor of the chicken salad which happens to be the classic carol. Definitely worth another visit and worth the chance if you're ever in the area. The salad was crisp and fresh the chicken salad scoop was delicious with just the right amount of sweet and the cheesecake was amazing! This place is awesome. Not only do they have a huge variety of different chicken salads, the staff is always friendly and helpful. I just love all the southern charm from the decor inside the establishment. I typically do enjoy spicy foods so I ordered the jalapeño pimento cheese along with a scoop of sassy Scotty. The cheese was way too spicy for my liking on its own. I mixed it with the chicken salad to tone it then a bit and it was pretty good. We haves dimes inside about 7 times now and you can always see the employees cleaning tables, booths and the floor and it's always spotless.
