    Chicken Salad BLT Sandwich

I've been to a few of their other locations, but this was my first visit to the Roswell one. Being that it had been awhile since I had eaten their food, I was reminded of how fresh and flavorful everything tastes. The Sassy Scotty has always been my favorite chicken salad. The zesty blend of ranch, bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese are pure perfection. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich on croissant with a side of their warm and comforting loaded potato soup. It's always a pleasant surprise to find the small cookie on the tray for an after meal treat. One thing I discovered was that if you download the App you can receive a free meal on your birthday. They are also offering free beverages during the month of May. I'll definitely be back.

This is such a cute idea, these people have the best chicken salad! There are so many flavors and they are all amazing! Your meal always comes with crackers and a cookie, and you can get your chicken salad plain, on a sandwich or in soup. I absolutely am in love with this place, I'm so happy I decided to come here. All the workers are so polite and I feel happy every time I walk inside.

I was invited to a yelp event that was a grand opening for this location and info about other chicken salad chick locations in the area. It was a fantastic event where they showcase lots of yummy choices and it was a great event to meet other yelpers. The pasta salad is phenomenal (that was my favorite part). My other favorite part was that they were so many different kinds of chicken salad like a one stop shop for chicken salad you're bound to found one that you like. I will definitely be back and thanks again to yelp for the invite.

I don't know what's in these, but I don't care. They're amazing and they come with every order.

Cool concept, nice decor, great service and good food. I thought the original was too bland but the jalapeño chicken salad was great.

The food here is genuinely excellent--some of the best Korean fried chicken I've had in Atlanta…read more The skin is incredibly crispy, the meat is tender and juicy, and the chicken is clearly butchered and cooked with care. The sauces are a real highlight, especially the gochujang-based one, which was absolutely phenomenal. They're generous with the sauce, too, which adds even more flavor to an already well-executed dish. That said, it's hard to ignore the price point. This is easily the most expensive Korean fried chicken spot I've been to. While the quality justifies the cost to an extent, it's still a noticeable jump from other similar places. And while the chicken is very good, it's not necessarily the best in Atlanta--though it's definitely in the top tier. Another thing that stood out was the lack of lower-cost or smaller portion options. There were only half and whole birds available, with no quarter bird or sandwich options, which makes it difficult for someone looking for a more affordable or lighter meal. It feels like they're missing an opportunity to appeal to a broader lunch crowd. In short: it's pricey, but you're getting high-quality, expertly prepared Korean fried chicken. Just be prepared to spend a bit more--and maybe come hungry.

Today was the breaking point. I placed a mobile order at 10:05 AM that included several items, one of which was a Spicy Chicken Biscuit with egg and cheese. I arrived at 10:20 AM to pick up my order. After pulling away, I checked the bag and saw that the spicy chicken sandwich was incorrect; the egg I paid for was missing. I had to get back in line, even though the drive‑thru was extremely crowded, to let the staff know. I was then told that because it was after 10:30 AM, they "no longer had eggs." That means they knowingly handed me an incomplete order instead of informing me or offering a proper solution. Instead of fixing the sandwich or offering a reasonable alternative, they gave me a brownie, which does nothing to replace the item I actually paid for. When I got home and opened the sandwich, the quality was even worse. The chicken filet was so small that it barely covered half the biscuit. Chick-fil-A is known for serving chicken that extends beyond the edges of the biscuit, but this piece was flat, undersized, and looked nothing like the standard I'm used to. The cheese was melted over the chicken, but the portion was noticeably skimpy, and the sandwich looked thrown together with no care. This entire experience was frustrating, inconvenient, and far below the level of quality and service I expect from Chick-fil-A. I hope management addresses these issues so customers don't continue receiving incomplete orders, poor communication, and substandard food. (I have pictures if needed).

This chicken was so crunchy and so good. Some might say a little on the saltier side but I enjoy my fried chicken well seasoned. I wasn't expecting much from the collard greens sides I got but I was blown away. Their greens taste like they were made with love, very nostalgic. Quick friendly service for really good food. I also got a side order of greens, although, as the daughter of a GRITS (Girls Raised In The South), greens and Mac & cheese have to be next level. First, the chicken was crisp and juicy. It had flavor and I enjoyed it. The biscuit was fluffier than I thought it would be. Second, the greens; OMG the greens! whose Auntie made them because they were GOOOOOODDD! I wish I got the cornbread to dip in the pot likka. Definitely a 10 x 100! Now, why this got three stars - the ribs. They looked good in the pictures but they were an extremely small half slab. Fall off the bone - yes, but they had no seasoning, weren't smoked at all, and were dipped in a cheap watery bbq sauce. Not oven/smoker braised - dipped. I know it's a chain, but they should invest in a smoker. This was a the only thing I hated. Would I
