I placed at an to go order but I decided to sit at the bar and get a drink. I sit there for 10 minutes. No one approaches me, they make eye contact but they were talking amongst themselves. Even the manager was carrying a conversation with staff as he made eye contact with me several times. I end up walking away. Got my togo food and told Sarah; who was the only person in that building that was kind and who made me feel like it was her pleasure to help and serve me my experience. I will say that the service and food quality has gone down. I ordered a meal that included a salad. When it was brought to the table it was frozen on top. Took me a while to get someone's attention to get another. When our food came the salad was not replaced. The manager who brought the food instead of apologizing argued back that it wasn't frozen. I have a latex allergy and if latex gloves are used to prepare food. I will have a severe reaction my face swells and my throat closes. I called the chilis on coors by cotton wood mall, and they first told me the gloves are made with natural rubber latex, and they use the same gloves at all the other chilis. I have ordered from here before and I didn't have a reaction. So I called another chilis and asked them if they could read the box. The box said not made with natural rubber latex. The coors location had no idea what kind of gloves they use. I was told those are the gloves that had been used since he started there 8 years ago. The manager came out only after i requested to speak to him (which i never do) and he made every excuse in the book and I just asked him to make it right and he said he would, then didn't take anything off the bill. Pretty decent restaurant. Service is prompt and staff is very polite. The menu offers a number of different drinks and food options for everyone. My person favorite is the chicken fajitas. The way they marinate that chicken and spice it up is just excellent! The molten lava cake is definitely my favorite dessert there as well. They have a perfect balance of cake and molten chocolate that just melts in your mouth. The scoop of vanilla ice cream is the bonus of pure heaven. The margaritas are pretty good, out of all the ones I tried the Patròn margarita had to be my favorite with the classic lime flavor. Our server was so polite and friendly and stayed on top of me and my group. She made sure our glasses were never empty, and made sure we were well taken care of. I am definitely returning! read more

The booth was clean and the table top was not sticky. The men's/women's bathrooms were not gender-neutral. But the women's bathroom is clean and all the stalls has toiletries. Me and my dining companion decided to do the two for $25 meal deal. I ordered the 6oz sirloin with broccoli and asparagus. I couldn't have been more pleased. Steak was cooked perfectly and the veggies were tender yet still had a crunch to them. The seasoning on the veggies was my favorite part. The service was good. We were sat quickly and the waitress was attentive. We didn't have to wait for refills either. I got the extra lemon I asked for and my order was correct. read more

Last night Jimi's ball and chain took him to her hometown Chili's and it melted Jimi's iron heart. So many good options here. Haven't been here for 4 years. We came here mainly to watch the hockey playoff game. We sat at the bar and were waited on by a young woman who didn't bother introducing herself. I asked her for a martini: up, dry with a twist. Simple right? Not to servers in ABQ--they just bring you what they think they heard and don't bother verifying your order. She brought me a martini with a lemon wedge and 2 olives and the martini was dirty. Once I complained, whatever little charm she had disappeared and didn't make eye contact after that. Unfortunately, this is the prototypical "customer service" I've encountered in Albuquerque. I can't wait to leave this dump of a town. She was pleasant, efficient and went above and beyond to make our lunch experience outstanding! The food was served quickly and was really tasty. Nothing fancy-just quesadillas and chicken tenders but it was really good. If management reads this give this woman a raise. She is awesome! Spoke to a to-go person at this location and he confirmed that what we ordered through the app (and have screenshots of) went through incorrectly to the restaurant. Tried to contact corporate because this seems like kind of a big deal if your website is not working correctly. No response from corporate; actually one of the #s was disconnected. Called the restaurant; spoke to a manager. He said he never heard of this problem and offered no compensation. Gave me the same customer service number that I already called and which was disconnected. Everyone knows a good manager always offers something when a customer has a valid complaint. Our food came out at different times with an upwards of 10-15 minutes between plates. My husband being the man he is waited for me to get my salad which took an additional 15 minutes for him to eat so that by the time my simple Caesar salad came- HIS food was cold. So sweet in fact, that we didn't realize that we were there 30 minutes past closing time! No moans and groans from any of the staff, they were so polite. The food here is amazing and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. As much as I love this place, the older manager here is very rude to his employees. He was very nice to me and my husband but then would make rude comments to his employees (in the middle of our conversation) that made their smiles turn to frowns. I used to be a manager of a restaurant and although the customers are a big priority, your staff should be a bigger one, treat your staff right or your not going to have anyone to take care of them. read more

It's Chili's. They're all essentially the same but I have to give major props for my last visit. I'm on a new health plan and so I had to order my burger without a bun. They had no problem accommodating me. I also requested no fries but broccoli instead and they didn't balk at that either. The burger tasted hand made, was delicious and filling. I appreciated that the bartender told us up front that she was not only bar tending but also working the floor, yet we never felt ignored. She checked in regularly and we left satisfied. read more
