Honey, chipotle, chicken, crispers, and regular chicken crispers were so over cooked and salted it was not edible. The cajun chicken pasta was good and the shrimp Cajun pasta were good. Service was GrubHub. Ambience with my own house.

Delicious margs and endless chips & salsa!

Service was good. The staff was friendly but the food was terrible. Definitely not the Chilis that I remember. We will not be going back.

My wife and I decided on an impromptu date night on a Tuesday. She was craving Beef Wellington, so…read moreI searched for this specific dish on Yelp, and Burnt was recommended. We had thought about going here a few times previously, but it had always been on days they were not open. We should have persisted because the food was very good, and the service was top notch. The Beef Wellington was better than what I've had at Gordon Ramsey's if that puts it into perspective. I had the Wagyu Bavette, which was good, but I also have some high expectations for that cut. A restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale called YOLO tops the list for me with that cut. That's not to say this was not good because it absolutely was. Great prep, great presentation; and our waitress Kye was the BEST! She was so knowledgeable about each dish, the specials, and took a lot of pride in making sure we had a great experience. 10/10 would recommend. Be sure to make a reservation though--we did just as a formality, and the restaurant was full on a Tuesday.

My last dinner was a Saturday night , there was a community event that day which added to the crowd and wait. Any issue we had with our wait was heard and appreciated by staff and their service has been very good. Get your steaks Burnt, it's worth it! The menu is great across the board, appetizers, salads, proteins and sides are all very good!

I've just ordered and they tell me it's another 25-30 minute wait. I'll be back with a review of the food and more details then. I'm back after a total wait of one hour! Let me say,it was worth the wait. If they are still open when you read this,it's worth the trip. I've had this place book marked several years. Opened in 1951, it's the quintessential small town burger stand. I just forgot about it until the other day when I read they're closing. Don't cry,it's because of real estate values. It's no longer economically feasible to make small profits working hard no matter how good the burgers are. The burgers are really good. This place is slammed. I saw two large door dash orders go out and a lot of people that must have ordered online Coming and going. Finally my name was called and I took my piping hot brown paper sack to the hood of my truck. Looking into the sack, loose fry, pull it out, bite it, perfect. Unwrap burger, looks fantastic, bitting into it.... satisfaction! I'm a sucker for small towns but Anna is no more. In only five years the influx of migrants from other states have fueled exponential growth. It's happening everywhere and places like Spurlocks are the victims. It's our loss too,as these quaint old places harbor a lot of history. The kind that built America. Usually the Yelp community competes to be the first to Review a new business. I find it satisfying in this case and honored that I may be the last to Review... The Malt Shop

Found this gem on help when looking for a local ice cream shop in Anna!…read more Upon arriving and parking, you could tell this was an older business, but that it was gonna pump out some good old-fashioned food! And we were not wrong... We tried the cookies and cream malt, fried Oreos, as shown in the picture, and of course we had to get some fries. All came out piping hot, except for the malts, of course. My kid said it was one of the best malts they have ever had, which is a strong statement because they are ice cream connoisseur lol. Their fries were crinkle cut which just added to the old school feel the fried Oreos were cooked to perfection and exactly what I wanted There is a cute little indoor seating area next to the kitchen, but we didn't take advantage of it because we got our food to go. However, we will definitely be back now that we are locals.

When we walked…read morein, we were told the wait would be about 40-50 minutes, but once we were seated, it didn't take long at all for our orders to be taken. Our drinks and appetizers came out in a reasonable amount of time, which we appreciated. The mango margarita was a great choice along with the crispy , well seasoned fried pickles . I absolutely loved the bread with cinnamon butter they brought out while we waited for our meals. My husband ordered the Road Kill and really enjoyed it; he said the meat was juicy, well-seasoned, and topped perfectly with sautéed mushrooms, cheese, and onions. My son went with the country-fried sirloin steak and said he liked it, though he didn't finish because he filled up on too much bread beforehand. I ordered the Steakhouse Filet Salad. It was okay, but the filet had a slightly different flavor that was hard to describe and just wasn't my thing. Overall, aside from the initial wait (which we expected and were prepared for), everything moved along smoothly once we were seated, and we were out at a good time. We'd definitely come back again.

You have to seat yourself - there were enough vacant tables to pick from. Within a few minutes, our server was over and helped us narrow down on what we wanted to order. I went for a Crushed Velvet Mule in addition to Cali, Buffalo (both grilled versions) and Burg B Q. We told our server that between me and my wife, we will be sharing the chicken sandwich and hence requested that it be sliced into 2. Not only were the burgers sliced, it was served in separate plates with sides as well - that was a really nice touch. Cali was a bit bland, Buffalo and Burg B Q were both really nice. The drink was nice as well. There was live music but we were seated near a table that was pretty boisterous, could hardly hear anything. The outdoor seating overlooking greenery and events they do at the restaurant make the place quite different - we will definitely be back soon to try other options on the menu.
