Came in for dinner last weekend after not having visited a Razzoo's in several years. It was a busy night but we were seated fairly quickly. Our waitress was named Keira, she was very nice and attentive. We ordered the cajun fondue (with crawfish) for an appetizer, for entrees we got the cajun tricky fish and cajun combo skillet (comes with Grilled Andouille, spicy shrimp Creole, savory crawfish etouffee), and dessert was the southern bread pudding. Everything came out timely, hot, and tasty. Overall, we had a good time and will likely return sooner than a few years from now. :)

We dined at Razzoo's this weekend for the first time ever and had a pleasant experience. The food was pretty good, but the service was amazing! Our server (Abriana) was nice and friendly and took great care of our table. The manager (Quani) was fun, energetic and went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our dining experience. My son was curious about the taste of fried alligator so she brought samples for everyone at the table. I was very hesitant thinking about what I was about to eat, but decided to try it anyway. It wasn't bad at all and really did taste like chicken. We ordered the Catfish Basket and Stuffed Flounder. We will visit again in the future and look forward to trying something new.

Waited 20 minutes before we was addressed, another hour after order was taken. When received order full order was cold. I would not be returning to this location.

This place is ok. The appetizers Wings large wings with ranch and a pepper seasoning- good wings but nothing special Fondu this is bread and cheese dip. It's good Gumbo had a bowl. It's ok. Had better. Stuffed chicken is more like chicken with the same cheese fondue sauce and a stuffing under it. It came with cheese grits which were good and red beans and rice which was ok. Overall this is an ok. Place.

I had such an AMAZING experience here with my best friend on a Sunday evening. The stuffed fish with dirty rice was incredible. My food was HOT, came out on time without any issues. It definitely changed my experience from my last one. We also got the fried alligator as an app and fried shrimp and fries. Everything was perfection. The servers were adorable and very professional. Our drinks were full and laughter was flowing! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I also liked it here because it wasn't too loud and we had a nice booth which allowed us to catch up.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The homemade pumpkin pie was absolutely delicious and creamy. You can order the whole pie if youd like as well. Overall, great job!! Get the stuffed fish!

This was hands down the best experience I've ever had at any Razzoo's location. The food was hot, the drinks were great, and our server, Zeke (sp?), was incredibly attentive. He anticipated our needs and provided top-notch service from start to finish. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. After a disappointing visit to the Dallas Razzoo's (which we won't be returning to), this location has officially become our new favorite!

We've tried a wide variety of items on the menu over the years, and everything has been consistently fresh, flavorful, and high quality. Whether we're stopping in for a quick bite or staying to watch a game, the food never disappoints. The beer selection is outstanding, with an impressive variety of draft and bottled options ranging from crisp lagers and wheat beers to IPAs, porters, and stouts. Fun tip - if you order a German beer, it's served in a traditional 0.5-liter glass, which adds to the experience. The atmosphere is exactly what you're looking for in a neighborhood sports bar. There are TVs everywhere, plenty of seating, and a lively but comfortable vibe that's perfect for catching a game with friends or family. They also host a variety of events throughout the year, making every visit a little different. One of my favorite nights is Pint Night, where you receive a complimentary pint glass featuring the selected beer with your purchase. It's a great promotion and just another reason we keep coming back. If you're looking for great food, an incredible beer selection, and a welcoming atmosphere, this place is hard to beat. It's our go-to spot in Allen, and I highly recommend it.

So, we thought - why not, it's close- let's go and see if we like it better this time. Let's start with the positives. We arrived shortly after 5pm and the place was pretty empty so we were seated right away. The server was friendly and immediately took our drink orders. She was attentive and service was fast. No complaints with her service at all. It seemed pretty chill and low key. A few people trickled in but nothing crazy for a Saturday night. We ordered the pretzel appetizer and I was pleasantly surprised. The color of the pretzel had me fooled. It was pretty dark in color which usually indicates overdone and hard so when it was amazingly soft inside - wow! So good! We loved the mustard and cheese sauce that came with it. My husband and son ordered a burger and said they were tasty, my other son ordered the chicken strips and said they were good. Negative for the meal, I ordered the blackened cod tacos and subbed the chips and salsa for the Gilroy Garlic Fries. I was very excited for the garlic fries since we are originally from that area and are very knowledgeable about the famous Gilroy Garlic Festival and all things Garlic. Here's where this dish wasn't exciting - the tacos were pretty bland. I took the coleslaw from my son's chicken tenders to try and add more flavor and make the taco more palatable. I only ate 1 of the 2 because there really was just zero flavor. The fries were probably an even greater disappointment. In the center, was a very small amount of cheese and maybe garlic? It had virtually zero garlic taste - I was searching for it. It was a sad version of garlic fries. I would not order that again unless they were improved upon. I went back and forth on 3 stars versus 4 stars because while service was great and fast, I can't confidently say I'd recommend it to someone. I may say it's a great place to chill for a beer and an appetizer but definitely NOT a meal. I think if your expectations are to stick with the appetizer list then you're probably going to like it. They have a large beer selection and plenty of screens for your favorite games.

Super patient with us, answered all of our questions, made recommendations, and very attentive. Will ask for her again. The menu was a cornucopia of drinks and eats that sound amazing. We had the pimento cheese spread, two orders of the chicken fried steak and two orders of redfish. Everything was spectacular. We can't wait to go try other items on the menu. While waiting for our table we wondered up to the 3rd floor. They had live music. The place was jumping up there. We are going to have to look up who is going to be playing and have another married date night. The only downside to the evening was unfortunately the host at the front door. He was rude and severely lacking in communication skills. If anything else had me "meh" I would have taken stars away but everything else made up for his shortcomings.

Once seated we waited nearly an hour for the food, and it arrived with one good plate, and a $55 "Wagyu" which was a small, twisted piece of sinewed, chewy meat with cold, soggy veggies and mash. Sent it back, and my wife was finished by the time the replacement came - which again, was about as 'Wag'yu as a pup's tail. They kindly removed cost of my meal, and we got anniversary desert. Nice building and staff working hard - just set your expectations accordingly.

We told our server that between me and my wife, we will be sharing the chicken sandwich and hence requested that it be sliced into 2. Not only were the burgers sliced, it was served in separate plates with sides as well - that was a really nice touch. Cali was a bit bland, Buffalo and Burg B Q were both really nice. The drink was nice as well. There was live music but we were seated near a table that was pretty boisterous, could hardly hear anything. The outdoor seating overlooking greenery and events they do at the restaurant make the place quite different - we will definitely be back soon to try other options on the menu.
