    Catfish Basket with Fries

We dined at Razzoo's this weekend for the first time ever and had a pleasant experience. The food was pretty good, but the service was amazing! Our server (Abriana) was nice and friendly and took great care of our table. The manager (Quani) was fun, energetic and went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our dining experience. My son was curious about the taste of fried alligator so she brought samples for everyone at the table. I was very hesitant thinking about what I was about to eat, but decided to try it anyway. It wasn't bad at all and really did taste like chicken. We ordered the Catfish Basket and Stuffed Flounder. We will visit again in the future and look forward to trying something new.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Razzoo's always delivers my family and I a warm, soulful dining experience that captures the heart of Cajun cuisine.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]From the moment you walk in, the lively atmosphere and welcoming staff set the tone for a memorable meal.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The menu is packed with bold, authentic flavors rich gumbos, perfectly seasoned fried fish and shrimp baskets, and their burgers are to die for. Each dish tastes thoughtfully prepared, with generous portions that make the meal feel both satisfying and comforting. PS Don't forget the RATOES!!!

Waited 20 minutes before we was addressed, another hour after order was taken. When received order full order was cold. I would not be returning to this location.

This place is ok. The appetizers Wings large wings with ranch and a pepper seasoning- good wings but nothing special Fondu this is bread and cheese dip. It's good Gumbo had a bowl. It's ok. Had better. Stuffed chicken is more like chicken with the same cheese fondue sauce and a stuffing under it. It came with cheese grits which were good and red beans and rice which was ok. Overall this is an ok. Place.

    Shrimp Étouffée is ok

I had such an AMAZING experience here with my best friend on a Sunday evening. The stuffed fish with dirty rice was incredible. My food was HOT, came out on time without any issues. It definitely changed my experience from my last one. We also got the fried alligator as an app and fried shrimp and fries. Everything was perfection. The servers were adorable and very professional. Our drinks were full and laughter was flowing! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I also liked it here because it wasn't too loud and we had a nice booth which allowed us to catch up.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The homemade pumpkin pie was absolutely delicious and creamy. You can order the whole pie if youd like as well. Overall, great job!! Get the stuffed fish!

This was hands down the best experience I've ever had at any Razzoo's location. The food was hot, the drinks were great, and our server, Zeke (sp?), was incredibly attentive. He anticipated our needs and provided top-notch service from start to finish. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. After a disappointing visit to the Dallas Razzoo's (which we won't be returning to), this location has officially become our new favorite!

Great location off 75 in McKinney. The food was fresh and hot and a good amount of it also, I was able to get two meals out of this Service was fast and friendly and the cost was about $20. I would recommend this location

I love the dimmed lights and homey yet upscale feeling this place gives. We had a really amazing server who offered up some great recommendations as first time customers. She had only been there two weeks, but told us she went through a two week training prior so they know their stuff!! Don't be afraid to ask questions. How I would rate our meal: Drinks: I got the amethyst dream and he got the smoke haus. Presentation of both was really nice, enjoyed both drinks but would probably try something different on our next visit. Appetizer: we got the Caesar salad to share. Loved the croutons and the dressing. It seemed a bit small but possibly for one person it would be enough! Entree: I got the crispy chicken breast, the piece of chicken is huge!! All the flavors of the dish come together so well, it's truly one of my most favorite things I've eaten recently! We also tried a side of mashed potatoes which were good and my fiancé got the red fish which he enjoyed. It is pretty light though, so maybe wouldn't recommend if you're REALLY hungry. Dessert: we got the milk and cookies. I wasn't honestly too impressed. I think I expected them to be warmed and gooey and they were not. However reheating the chocolate chip at home was good! For it being a farm to table restaurant, I found the prices to be very reasonable! I already know what I plan to order on our next visit. Also looking forward to bringing some friends/family to the third floor for drinks and live music!

Super patient with us, answered all of our questions, made recommendations, and very attentive. Will ask for her again. The menu was a cornucopia of drinks and eats that sound amazing. We had the pimento cheese spread, two orders of the chicken fried steak and two orders of redfish. Everything was spectacular. We can't wait to go try other items on the menu. While waiting for our table we wondered up to the 3rd floor. They had live music. The place was jumping up there. We are going to have to look up who is going to be playing and have another married date night. The only downside to the evening was unfortunately the host at the front door. He was rude and severely lacking in communication skills. If anything else had me "meh" I would have taken stars away but everything else made up for his shortcomings.

You have to seat yourself - there were enough vacant tables to pick from. Within a few minutes, our server was over and helped us narrow down on what we wanted to order. I went for a Crushed Velvet Mule in addition to Cali, Buffalo (both grilled versions) and Burg B Q. We told our server that between me and my wife, we will be sharing the chicken sandwich and hence requested that it be sliced into 2. Not only were the burgers sliced, it was served in separate plates with sides as well - that was a really nice touch. Cali was a bit bland, Buffalo and Burg B Q were both really nice. The drink was nice as well. There was live music but we were seated near a table that was pretty boisterous, could hardly hear anything. The outdoor seating overlooking greenery and events they do at the restaurant make the place quite different - we will definitely be back soon to try other options on the menu.

We didn't even finish our food and gave it to our dogs instead. The atmosphere was...gross and felt trashy with loud drunks. Daytime might be different but cheaper beer and much more enjoyable food is incredibly plentiful around here. We have no reason to return.

First off the menu options are varied making it hard to choose just one entree. Did we want pancakes or French toast or biscuits....so hard. Everything looked fresh, delicious, and made to order and the portions were definitely shareable. We started off with brunch cocktails and even received a comp croissant beignet appetizer which was absolutely amazing. They were flacky on the outside and butter soft inside with amazing Nutella dipping sauce. First off the Chicken Fried Chicken was delicious prepared very well good flavor and very crispy. The gravy had a lot of flavor as well no salt or pepper needed. I order three eggs over medium the yolk could have been a bit more runny. I didn't care for the has because it did not have any potatoes in it. Service was good but did not knock my socks off. The restaurant is decorated very nice and had a good vibe. I ordered a second piece of sourdough toast which tasted great hence the reason for a second piece. The real home made jam made the toast. When the bill came I was charged $4.50 for a single piece of toast. This was a ridiculous amount for a single piece of toast it was more than my iced tea. Really $2.00 for a piece of bread toasted seems like a reasonable price. I just finished breakfast at another breakfast spot up on University. I really can't compare apples to apples except for the addition pice of toast. $1.99 for two slices of toast. Over all meal was priced fair. I just don't think I will be back here due to the prices.
