In our experience, customer concerns are typically handled with more understanding and professionalism. Rather than resolving the issue, she chose to go back and forth over whether it was ordered. She mentioned the cost was only $0.50, and I explained that we were more than willing to pay. I also shared that I did not see an option to add ranch dressing on the side when placing the online order. Her response was simply, "We go by what you order." The southwest egg rolls weren't what I was expecting -- they tasted more like a taco than an egg roll. However, the burger sliders were great! The buns were buttery and well toasted, the burgers were cooked nicely, and the cheese was perfectly melty. The mozzarella sticks were wild (in a good way) -- the cheese pull was incredible. I happened to have a gift card from Christmas and a free appetizer coupon with an entree purchase with a ton of stipulations. We went with the nachos with the chicken upgrade. The spanish rice and the charro black beans were nice and hot, not to mention I was gifted 4 hot and fresh flour tortillas to attack this platter. When we arrived we had the option to be seated at a variety of tables. They were practicing physical distancing. The staff had on masks, but no gloves which seems to be at most restaurants. The waitress was very attentive at first before she had a large party come in. I had the new drink on the menu called the Spider Bite Rita. At first the taste was bitter. If you mix the raspberry flavor at the bottom throughout the drink, it makes it takes somewhat sweet and removes that bitter flavor. For my meal I had the Triple Dipper. You can pick up to 3 items. I had the southwestern egg rolls, buffalo boneless wings, & big mouth bites which is a creative name for sliders. It only comes with 2 sliders which were dry. By the description you'd think they would be nice and juicy with the ranch and bacon on it. The boneless buffalo wings of course were good. You can't really go wrong with those. The southwestern egg rolls have always been a favorite on the menu and still are delicious after all these years. The person with me had the loaded boneless wings. They were ok, but the regular were better. This experience was ok, but not great.
