Wife and I have eaten here for lunch many times and the service has been good. The food is typical Chilies fare and we seem to always get the Southwest egg rolls. The wife likes the chicken crispers and I go for the half rack of ribs and margarita chicken. The ribs always seem way over done to me almost dry. But it's still tasty! I hate that Chilies discontinued the cooked apples - they were one item that I really liked! Now they are gone! Sad! We will be back for lunch again in the future! read more

I've only ever eaten here for lunch during the week and I've never had any issues. It's usually not very crowded and the service has always been fairly quick, which is a must when going out for lunch at work. LIVID...cold food So I place an online order around 10:00 AM to be ready for 11:00 AM when the restaurant opens. I arrive exactly on time and check in at 11:05AM. I was told it would be ready shortly. TWENTY minutes later, a server says the soup is still not ready and did I want something else. I told her NO, that the soups was THE MAIN thing I really wanted from the order. So finally I get my order about 5 minutes later, and return to work. THE GENIUS kitchen staff had left my order sitting there for the HALF an HOUR it took to make the soup so ALL THE OTHER FOOD was COLD, except for the soup!!! So glad this was just a personal order. Food was good. We had to 2 for $35 it had two house margaritas, 2 entrees, a dessert, and appetizer. We had the half rack of ribs, a side of corn, chicken crispers, fries, and a cheesecake. The hostess was going threw something and our waiter excited. I bet if she had some help she would be better. When we left they had extra people up front which was good! We ordered takeout tonight. They forgot my rice to with my fajitas. My daughter ask for ranch for her salad and no Santa Fe dressing so they gave her a ranch and still put the Santa Fe dressing on the salad. The margarita was watered down because they put it in a cup with ice no telling how long it set before we got there. Last time we got a margarita they had a little bottle and the fixings so you had to mix when you got home. A lesson learned. Don't think we will get takeout there again. If there are staff around you and no one gives you any service then they must have a problem with you. My money is still the same as everyone else's so I can go where I will be treated as a person. The manager was unprofessional and rude, the service staff was confused by the order, and I had empty drinks sit on my table for 12 minutes without so much as a stop to see if we needed a refill, or a comment about about coming to service them. We also were near the kitchen, and my wife witnessed a waitress grab a plate, touch the food with her bare hand, and tell the kitchen staff that it was cold, and to get it under the heater. If I wanted empty drinks and dirty hands on my food, I would have gone to eat at my neighbors house when it's her 6 year olds night to help cook. Oh and while I'm writing this, sitting here at the table, the table behind me paid their bill and left, and the waitress made a comment for everyone to hear, and fully appreciate the facility and staff here; "what the hell am I supposed to do with a damn dollar". Yeah, probably not going to come here again. Go down the road to Buffalo Wold Wings were the service, drinks, and sweet tea is better. The food was just alright. Service was good. Each table has a kiosk(ipad), where you can place your own orders and pay when you're ready to leave. No more waiting for a server. My husband and I met some friends here for supper tonight. I ordered the mango chile chicken. When it came, it looked uncooked, and a tentative taste did not change my mind. In spite of several passes at our table, I could not get the waitress' attention to inform her, and it was not until the rest of my party was finished eating that I was able to lodge my complaint. She blamed both the taste and texture on their infrared cooking and asked if I wanted something else. I've been to this Chili's about 3 or 4 times during lunch and have not had any major problems at all. I typically stick to salads or tacos. The Mexican dishes are definitely more Americanized but still were not bad. The salads are a great choice. If you are picky about dressing, ask them to put on the side so you can make sure you like them. Service has been great and quick. I always tell them I'm on lunch break so they put my order in quick. Okay first off I walk in and I'm waiting to be greeted. I end up grabbing my own menus and silverware and went up to a server and asked her where can I seat myself. She tells me the bar side is the only side open . So I walk over and seat myself , another server speeds past asking us have we gotten drinks me and my finance tells the guy no. So he rushly takes our drink order. He brings them out pretty fast and asks us are we ready to order I immediately tell him yes and he tells me to to hold on a sec. as I'm "holding on" I'm watching him and other coworkers clean up their section to get ready to leave. On our first visit we went for lunch, had a great service and food was delicious. We went for a second time, for dinner. Our experience was good. Food was excellent. I never dine in here, but very often i call in To-go. They have never messed up my order but every time i call they put me on hold for at least 2-3 minutes. I get there and they have no one at the to-go counter, you need to go to the bar and pick up your order from the bartender. Bartenders are always busy and they don't have time to help a to-go customer. So i have to wait a while to get my order and cash out. This is every time i call in a to-go. I really like their Honey chipotle Chicken crispers but i have to go through this annoying process to get them. Staff is nice but they need to improve in every area, to-go is one of them. I just went to chilis yesterday and had really Good food and drinks ! My service was alright it took a while for us to get our drinks but I will say it was worth the wait. Y'all have to try the chicken Cajun pasta ( I believe you can also get it with shrimp) but this is hands down my favorite thing to get at chilis best pasta also follow it with a presidente Margarita ( I love to add strawberry flavor) they also have a variety of foods so it's great if you have any picky eaters !! This is the worst Chili's I have ever been to. It was filthy dirty, we went in tonight for food and a drink, looked around and decided not to eat here, but we ordered a drink, the bar was very dirty, I thought the bartender would wipe down the area with a clean cloth, No he used his bare hands and proceeded to make drinks, when carrying drinks to a table he put his fingers in the glasses to carry them, then he cleared a table and put his hand on top of the corn cob that was on the plate that had been chewed on by a customer dropped it off on the back counter, then high fives his co-worker, and proceeded to open beers and mix drinks, never washing his hands or cleaning his filthy bar that had food and spilled drinks all over it. I rarely eat at chili's because the service is always mediocre. I decided to order togo food online tonight & it took a ridiculous amount of time for my order to be ready. I arrived right at the time the website told me to giving them about 25 minutes in advance to prepare my order. The way their togo area is set up, you can see directly into their kitchen. I watched the poor togo girl ask about my order for about 30 minutes with little response from the kitchen staff. She apologized to me a number of times even though it clearly wasn't her fault. I manage a restaurant myself (have worked in the kitchen and in the front) and not a single manager approached me about my order taking so long, which in my opinion is what should happen when a guest's experience isn't what it should be. Also, in my opinion, if your guests can see inside of your kitchen, you should make an effort to practice cleanliness. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because of how sweet the togo girl was. read more

I love the baked potato soup at Chili's. It is absolutely wonderful. The staff at our Chili's is always smiling and the service is usually top notch. If, by some accident, the service is sub-par, a manager is ALWAYS on site to make amends and make you feel special.
