Fast and friendly service! Clean restrooms. Food was good, as always! We got the queso (thinking we were getting the skillet queso), and we split honey chipotle crispers. We go to this chilis multiple time a month, have gone for the past 5 years. We love the servers and bartenders here so much. We are LOYAL to where each bartender remembers us when we walk in. Well last night we met some family, who took a 3 hour drive to drop off a bank check to pay for my wife's car. My wife accidentally forgot the envelope containing the check on the table. We called the moment we realized (not even 15 minutes after) and drove right back ready to dumpster dive or search the trash ourselves. The bartenders met us at the door and said they were searching the trash for us but couldn't find the check and were so kind when I told them why this time sensitive envelope was so important. They got the manager (not Mike some random i had never seen in 5 years). We pleaded, asking to go back ourselves, that we appreciate that they were searching but that this was a huge mistake we needed to fix. HE WAS SOOOOO IMPRESSIONABLE, "I'm sorry but no" he repeated as my wife is shaking and in tears. We would wear a hairnet, wash our hands, take off jackets, anything and he repeated a cold no. After 5 years; monthly chilis dates are off the table. After 5 years of getting to know those amazing servers, we will not be seeing them again. After 5 years, your stupid manger lost some loyal customers for not understanding a stupid situation and helping us fix our own problem. Least to say. The check had to be voided and now we have to drive 6 hours to fix this mistake or else we have to beg a bank to be more understanding than a fucking chilis manager. I have never had a issues here till recently. My friend payed on the kiosk and I payed with cash because as a sever myself cash tips are better. I was outside the restaurant with my friend talking and the manger started yelling at us across the parking lot. He was yelling about how we didn't pay the bill . I didn't even know he was yelling at us at first. I told him I left cash. He goes "we will see about that", he goes back in never comes back out because there was cash lol. Never came back out to apologize, which I found very rude and unprofessional. I was embarrassed because everyone in the parking lot heard. Our server was great just management not so much. I understand it can be frustrating if u have people dine & dash maybe a lot, but at least check the table before accusing someone of stealing. read more

My daughter and her group of friends went in for dinner out and the server was extremely rude and disrespectful. I taught my kids to tip and told my daughter and her friends if they need tip money tell me and i'll send it. The server gave them their drinks then proceeded to say i'll bring out pitchers because i don't feel like doing refills. When her friend was ordering she got confused on her side then the server proceeded to say babe that's not what a side is if you want a side get mac and cheese or fries. she said this in a rude tone and a big frown. the 3 of the girls revived the wrong order and were met with this same rude attitude when addressing the problems. Never checked in on how they were doing and they had to ask other servers to help met their needs. She treated them like broke teenagers who weren't going to tip which was never the case. ThIs place is as awful as I anticipated it being. I have only dined at one chili's in my entire life and I haven't been back to one in YEARS. So when they built this, I was not excited. My husband was. We've given it two chances in its short life span. I didn't enjoy either experience. First of all, how does it seem so grimy when it is literally brand spanking new?!?!?! Everything just seems so dirty and gross. Just unclean. The menu doesn't appeal to me and the two separate things I've ordered weren't good. The first were the veggie fajitas. They were horrible. They weren't sizzling and they just tasted awful. No flavor. Nothing I would ever want to eat again. The next time I couldn't decide between the chicken enchiladas or the buffalo chicken salad. I went with the salad. The gentleman across from us wound up with the chicken enchiladas. I am the girl that will talk to strangers about their food so I asked him how they were. There was a delay in his response. That means they weren't good. This was further proven when he didn't finish them or pack them up. The buff chicken salad wasn't much better. Meanwhile the stranger's wife said her burger was good... and there was nothing left by the end of her meal. Maybe a burger is a safer choice? The chips and salsa get five stars. That's about it. I do appreciate that they will give you some to go. Their fountain soda is decent. Their bathroom is small co spidering the size of the restaurant. The TVs aren't set up in great locations. It's loud. They have iPad things on the table but they take up a lot of space and are already pretty dirty. No thanks. The service has been good. I have been here once with my mom and husband and once with my mom, husband and uncle. None of us liked anything we ordered at either visit other than the chips and salsa. Plenty of parking. Someone already drove into the glass windows and ruined the front of the restaurant. I wouldn't recommend it...unless you're in the mood for flavorless food in a grimy atmosphere with limited tv viewing and people's children being obnoxious all around you. That bean-like substance is supposedly queso which means cheese and it was from the salsa and chips there is no salsa and chips and if that is not chili I don't know what is right there next to it is a sweet burger and it's the same exact thing. Don't forget about the hot gallon of iced tea not pictured that came in what is inside of a box of wine after you take it out of the box so yes a wine skin bag thing. I should have read some reviews. This was very disappointing. I ordered the meat combo. The ribs were mostly fat. They didn't give me fries but cold corn instead. The croutons on the salad were mushy. Ordered chips and salsa. We got like 1/4 cup (maybe) of salsa. The cup was like 1/3 full. My wife ordered chicken fajitas. They didn't include tortillas, cheese, guacamole, lettuce or tomatoes. "Add guac" was on the receipt as was the fries on the combo. read more

My son loves Chili's. I take him for celebrations like a good report card. However this location often fails at something. Frozen guacamole, runny salsa, oily chips. There are over cooked lumps in my son Mac and cheese. Also ordered Mac and cheese and got something completely different. Missing items and a lack of staff makes this place pretty bad. One time they just didn't put in my order. I think we will need to travel to Radnor PA which has a much better staff and always gets the order correct. read more

Our last experience a year ago, we decided we wouldn't be back for a while. After last night, I don't know if we ever will. I understand everyone is shortstaffed right now. It took our server a while to even come over and greet us to take our drink orders. At that point, we had enough time to figure out our dinner choices, so we ordered ir all at once because who knows how long it would take for her to come back and take our order. Our meal came out and I ordered chicken quesedilla, but got steak. It took another few.minutes for me to track her down to tell her. She checked her order to see if it was her mistake or kitchen. No apologies. Finally came out and was fine. The runner was more helpful than she was. Had to stop her again to ask for our check. My wife and I have tried to go multiple times to support local business but our experiences are never good. The service has always been bad in reference to them being attentive and taking orders. There also is always a long wait for the food no matter the dish. The food is ok but the journey that it takes to get your meal makes it difficult to enjoy and can ruin the experience. I do hope that it improves due to it being one of the only businesses like that in Brookhaven. read more

My wife and I went there for dinner on Sunday night. The " Open Interviews Today" banner on the front should have told us something. Despite there being many open tables, there was a wait. Finally, when we were offered a table, it was in the bar area, where there was a large group drinking. The noise level was deafening. We asked if we could be seated in the restaurant area. The manager just shrugged and said no. We pointed at the many vacant tables. Same response. Didn't offer an alternative, a further wait time. We left. We won't be back. We visited after a game in Philadelphia on the way south. There were two other occupied tables in the restaurant and you would've thought every table was packed considering the lackluster service. We were promptly sat by the shorter female manager and that was the only quickness we received. She said she would grab our chips and salsa - we never saw her again. We never received silverware or straws and had to get them ourselves at the host stand after we had drinks and apps. The cheesy soup was a watery mess. The chips and salsa had been sitting all day - not fresh at all. The fries were cold. The corn was mushy. I finally asked a Busser to refill our drinks as we hadn't seen the only waitress for about ten minutes. We were starved - we should've gone next door to chick Fil a or one of the local spots that had parking lots packed. Never again. read more

Have been to chili's before for dinner several times. This was a first time for lunch and will never go again. We arrived at 11:15 service was slow. Meals were not prepared correctly. I asked for absolutely NO ONIONS,no lettuce and no tomatoes. I got raw onions on my sandwich. My son got lettuce on his sandwich after asking for no lettuce his girlfriend asked for no tomatoes she got thick slices of tomatoes. We were the only people in the restaurant so they were not busy. No excuses for the mix up other then the waiter did not write anything down. We had dirty dishes and silverware had to ask for clean stuff. this place just opened as a new restaurant and just opened for the day no excuses for poor service. I ordered delivery through DoorDash. I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch quesadilla and Classic Nachos with no meat. Both items were supposed to come with sauce, jalapeños, sour cream, and pico de gallo but didn't. The quesadilla was dry with no ranch. I was disappointed when the nachos had beef in them, but picked through it. As I was eating a nacho, I bit into a large piece of plastic covered in beans. I immediately called and waited on hold for 15 minutes for a manager, who claimed "they don't use plastic in the back" and seemed disinterest in my complaint. I hung up on him when he apathetically offered to remake the nachos for me "if I felt like coming back in, I guess". Will never go back. Completely disgusting and I can't believe a manager would lack such customer service. It's been open such a short amount of time, too. read more

When we arrived, the hostess did not greet us and appeared to be even hesitant to take our name for our party of 4. After asking if we could put our name on the list, we waited 20 minutes to be seated in the bar area. We waited another 20 minutes with nobody stopping by to even acknowledge our table, while the table next to us who sat down 10 minutes after us was waited on. We asked the hostess who our server was and if they could come over as it had been 20 minutes. She said ok. After another 5 minutes we got up and left. We informed the hostess we were leaving and she couldn't have cared less. This location will be closed within the year. read more

I went there during a Friday night dinner rush. The wait time was exactly as quoted by the hosts. The food came out very quick, that's very impressive considering how busy they were and they opened recently. The server Gianni was fantastic! He was very friendly, efficient and professional. This was my first time at a Chili's and there were several items on the menu that I would like to try. I'll definitely be back and be asking for Gianni.
