Incredibly fast service! Our server was very pleasant and efficient. Food was fantastic. Hot, cooked just right and very flavorful.

We got there around 9. Sat around 9:10. Order was taken & we waited. Our server comes back 30 min later to say that our food didn't come out after because "the order he put in was paid by someone else" which made no sense because the order on the receipt in his hand wasn't ours. So he had to re-order our food & he did it with attitude. Mind you, we didn't even get drinks at our table. When we did get the drinks, they were wrong. The cups were dirty, & my son's drink wasn't even filled all the way. Thankfully a lady came and fixed the problem & gave us a discount for the issues. Afterwards, I paid for my meal...the same waiter from before didn't give me my full change. He shorted me! I ignored it because I didn't want to give people a hard time, but cmon after everything you decided to short me? I noticed he was just ignoring us & it just wasn't a good experience. Staff is very friendly. Waitress was nice but she was very busy. I know there's a shortage so we weren't upset. The bar was out of four different types of beers this particular day. If only I can rate this location ZERO stars. Worse customer service ever. We were told it was a 2 hour wait--fine. We had to continuously check in with two hosts to see where we stood. Turns out they over looked our spot and seated us after the 4th time checking in with them. Took an additional 20 min for someone to take our order. Once food was served, we had to send it back since it was served COLD. My steak wasn't cooked medium rare like I asked. It was a hot mess. Can't believe I paid $100 for crappy service & food. Honestly, I'm from the Bay Area and this was the best Chili's I've been too. First the host greeted us very politely. Then the manager sit us down quickly who was also very polite and friendly. Me and my party arrived to the location right before 10pm, as we noticed they closed at 11pm. Upon checking in, we were asked if we wanted to be added to the waitlist. The host added our name to the list, but didn't provide us with any details (wait time., how long the wait list was, etc.). A party came in AFTER us and was offered ALL of the information (20 minute wait time, 3 parties ahead of them, etc). I found this very interesting but didn't want to exert any energy. We were called for our table and was seated in a booth that had a dirty table, next to the bar. My view was the lines up dirty dishes surrounding the bar. We asked a server if our table could be cleaned and she agreed. After she cleaned the table, we sat for almost 10 minutes with NO ONE offering us service. No water, no utensils, no napkins-absolutely nothing. A server passed our table 3x and not once did she acknowledge us. It was so bad that the bartender asked, "has anyone helped you guys yet?" To which we answered no. We decided to leave because we didn't receive any service and, as we were leaving, a hostess asked, "are you guys leaving?" Ummm, YES! We waited for almost 10 minutes with no service or acknowledgement! The restaurant was dirty. The workers were tired and had checked out. There was an extreme long wait for my food. The waitress apologized several times. When I got my food there was a large hair in it. Matthew the manager was called, he tried to remake my meal but parts of it was microwaved and thrown together the other were cold. I ended up only eating chips and salsa for my dinner. Chili's is a sometimes restaurant. Sometimes the service is good. Sometimes it's shameful. More times than not the servers are rude, and tend to ignore you. The food is always slow and sometimes cold when it arrives. Sometimes the prices are comparable. Sometimes if you order alcoholic drinks from your table, you never get the drink or it comes so late from the bar you don't want it anymore. I don't recommend Chili's if you're searching for a good meal, good service, or good experience. That's my opinion. read more

The food was good! Service was bad. Took a while to get a waitress to come to our table once already being seated. The ambiance is not that great. The place is filthy. The lady bartending kept wiping her hands on her jeans and then handling the drinks and fruit garnishes that go on the cocktails. Not to mention the dirty restroom! My husband and I ordered wings and they were all broken and black inside very disgusting we told the waiter to take them back and they didn't even want to take them off our bill when we didn't even them. I can't believe my husband and I experienced this kind of service today ! I'm LIVID We're going through a pandemic and the manager of chili's thinks it's funny to cough on our food in our faces!! I've been a long time customer of this chili's location because it is nearby.I have ordered over 20 times over the past few years and I always call in my order and I always get the same thing every single time I come ! A Black bean burger with Texas cheese fries with no bacon. Usually they get my order wrong and add bacon on my Texas cheese fries like 9 times out of 10 which is always disappointing but they usually just make me another one . Today was no different. I ordered the same thing I always get and went to pick up my order . We are currently in a pandemic with covid-19 so my husband pulls up and the manager Brandon asks for our name and gets our ordered prepared. When he brings the food to the car I already know to check my order because they always get it wrong so ,I check the order and yes you guessed it the fries have bacon . So I simply ask for new fries like we always do . After we cry out our frustrations to the manager about how this always happens to us and we get the same thing he then says "So you don't want these fries?" My husband replies "No we want new fries without bacon like we ordered" the manager takes the fries and blatantly coughs on them and laughs then he says "I'm just playing " my husband was furious and immediately corrected his behavior and asked for our money back. He left the boxes of fries by the door ( see picture below) We're going through a pandemic and the manager of chili's thinks it's funny to cough on our food in our faces!! We didn't even want our food anymore and his joke was not funny and very disturbing that the manager would even do such a thing . He stormed away and sent another lady out to give us our money which made the situation worse because he did not own up and come out to handle the situation and explain his reasoning for doing that but instead decided to be a coward and send out an employee to talk to us which is unacceptable We wanted to speak to the manager and not a employee. As a business owner myself I would fire Brandon Colts immediately for his actions and for not following Covid-19 guidelines and laughing about it in a joking matter. This is the worst place to go for anything. If it weren't for the kitchen staff, this whole place would need to be burned to the ground. Bartenders are slow, inattentive, leave the bar messy from last patrons consistently & the service overall is trash. Nobody ever answers the phone. I honestly don't know how they're still open unless some cartel is washing money through them. Carson in general has the worst food service I've seen in a long time. Service was terrible!! Our waitress didn't check on our table one time during our meal. We were missing the appetizer and our drinks were not refilled once throughout the meal. The ONLY reason I'm giving it any stars is because I have no choice!!! Let me start by saying when we were seated the table was dirty. So the waiter comes to "wipe it down" omg when I tell u the smell from the towel almost made my fiancé and I throw up!!! Yes the smell was that bad! We should've left... but we stayed. Then we ask for Queso dip they say there's no more chips and we had to wait! Ok cool no problem. The dip an chips come out the chips are stale!!!!!!!!!!!!! And there barely any queso just spinach!!!!! So she replaced it. I order the margarita grilled chicken and guess what ITS COLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTF!
