Walkable from convention center but this was the only pro. The food was horrible - my ribeye steak was overcooked and not seasoned well. I substituted fries for Mac and cheese and it was undercooked pasta in cheese water. The only thing edible was the steamed broccoli. You would think that since it is a chain and there were no patrons when I was there, they could cook a basic meal correctly. It was an OK experience. Service was not the best but it was friendly and the food was OK. The food is a typical Chili's but the restaurant stood out as a place needed a good cleaning and to keep up with the bussing. It was an October visit and four of my uncles and I decided to grab some food. Convenient location close to the Embassy Suites and I explored the Mall. I love coming to this chilis! The service is fast, they have you sitting down within a minute, and the food comes out within 10 minutes. The servers are always coming by to check on your food and they are so kind! Now to the food!! The triple dipper never disappoints me! The mozzarella sticks are always fresh and give the best cheese pull! The chicken is perfectly fried and those big mouth bites are delicious! The chocolate lava cake is to die for! I'm always looking for deals. I've been wanting to check out the Chili's $10.99 deal for a while. There's actually a decent selection you can choose from. I opted for the smash burger, fries, house salad, and a Coke. That burger was huge! This is definitely one of the best deals out there right now. It's in a container because I picked it up on my lunch break and took it back to work with me to eat, lol. Two thumbs up and a full belly. read more

It had been a long time since we visited Chilis. The margarita of the month was Berry Dragon and it was really good. The house salads were small but good. I had the old timer burger and the wife had the smash burger both were good. The fries were spectacular as they were just out of the frier. Our server Emily has been great and she made some good suggestions. I am glad we ordered the mini lava cake a large one would have been too big. At her suggestion, It was very good. read more

My son and his friends came in about 3 weeks ago, and their server was Jenifer. She proceeded to look at a group of underage boys and give them alcoholic drinks after they showed her their ids. I think it is highly unprofessional to be serving alcohol and flirting with underage boys. read more

Our server was excellent but the manager AMANDA was on a power trip. My husband who has a head full of gray hair and a gray beard was told to produce his ID after he already showed it at the bar. She pretty much threatened us. There's always a way to get a point across without making customers feel like they are being harassed. read more

Get it home call back to let them know how poorly they did, Mgmt could care less. Was a loyal Chili's customer for 38 years. I'll drive right by their doors and go to Fat Patty's in Teays Valley to get Excellent burger, chips and salsa, and Queso. This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at this location and will not be back. Our server was terrible. We waited 10+ minutes for our drink orders and another 10+ minutes for them to even get there. Then our appetizer came out with our food. Our waitress dropped a few of my husband's fries into his drink and flat out laughed THEN offered to bring him another one. After this, I cut into my steak and saw this. This is severely undercooked as I ordered a medium well steak. I got nauseous after seeing this and sent it back to be cooked. 2 tables food came before I ever even got it back and they ordered after my steak was sent back. It was the worst experience for my husband's last lunch with me before deploying with the Army. I will not be back. read more

Honestly I am over Chili's. It must be me. My wife orders from Chili's and never has a problem. Every time I order for pick up delivery or in restaurant ( doesn't matter which location) my order and/or service is poor. My wife orders and no problem. This hatred of me has gone on for 15 years It's personal now. Today I got three leaves of lettuce and a hint of chicken on my chicken Caesar salad. Chicken taco soup instead of chili and no skillet quesadillas. Door dash unfortunately fixed these issues with a credit. Bottom line is chilis and I don't get along and should never be together again. I am out. read more

A group of 34 of us went to Chili's to celebrate a co-workers retirement party. 2 weeks prior my co-worker stopped in and spoke to the manager, went back in again this week and spoke to them again, and called today to cofirm everything. One would think they would of called in 2-3 staff to cover our area, WRONG!!! My husband & I arrived first (I had decorations to set out). Two wait staff introduced themselves and stated they would be the two waiting on our group. They brought back the utensil and menus and set them on the shelf. Once I finished decorating, I set out the menus and each persons utensils to save time. At first we thought things was gonna be great. They got our drink orders and food orders pretty quickly, but then we never saw them again until we were all almost finished eating. I asked twice for a drink refill from the staff that was bringing out the food. After 10 minutes I went to the bar and got it myself. The rest of the place wasn't that busy, maybe 4 tables, but it appeared they only had 2 wait staff the rest was only delivering food. Everyone seemed somewhat pleased with the food. We were just disappointed in the lack of service after our orders were taken. read more

I was notified that I had 150 points to use that was expiring today, so I used them on a FREE appetizer...the loaded spicy cheesy fries with bacon, jalapeños and cheese with Ranch dipping sauce. I did the Lunch to Go since I work in the mall...All in all, ordering, walking time about 10 minutes...so I was extremely disappointed when it was so mushed together, cold and solid...very unappealing. The girl at the pick up point was very friendly and helpful and so was the hostess....but next time I will eat there.... read more

We tried Chili's "It's Just Wings" last night and were super pleased. My husbands bone-in wings were smoked and literally falling off the bone. We tried the honey chipotle, honey sirachi, and Sante Fe (jalapeño and cilantro). They were all delicious! Delivery was free and prompt (even in that horrible storm we had last night). read more

What a mess! 5 of us attempted to dine at the Charleston WV location tonite. We were told a 20 minute wait. We then were called on the app that our table was ready only to learn it was a mistake. Another 20 minutes went by and we discovered that we had been removed from the waitlist once we saw others being seated. I then asked if we could sit at a high top and add a stool, the hostess said yes. After moving the stool I was reprimanded by another server stating I wasn't allowed to do that. We asked for a a manger and of course they never came. We went next door to Outback and spent our money there. VERY unfortunate and terrible customer service! You really better get a handle on this location or it will be closing like everything else in Charleston! read more

Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. As soon as you walk in you are hit with the smell of something akin to meat soaking in dirty dishwater. We should have left then, but we were staying at the hotel across the street and everything else had a long wait list so we chanced it. Big mistake. We were seated immediately, but sat at our table for 20 minutes before our drink order was even taken. Our table was sticky and had crayon all over it. The floor was sticky and there was food spilled on the walls that had to have been there for weeks by the look of it. Our waitress was friendly, but accidentally gave one of our appetizers to the table beside us. We didn't get any silverware to eat our appetizers with because they were out. We finally got silverware when our entrees came out. I got fajitas and by husband got a burger. The meat on both smelled awful. Like it had turned and/or been cooked on a grill that has never been clean. There was also mold on the cheese. I couldn't even make it through one bite and was nauseous for the rest of the evening. read more

From wrong orders, to disgusting looking food, to waiters that argue with you about what you wanted, it's all here at the Charleston Town Center Chilis! (and apparently it will never change) The last time I went here, the waiter got our order so wrong it was shocking. The word of mouth from that story alone with keep people from going there for a while. I was also charged because I touched some stupid touch screen box, because I was so damn bored for waiting on my order, and they were just gonna let me pay it. I also had to pay to be argued with, get trash food, and nearly scammed. 30 bucks! What a deal! So much for good customer service. Sadly, Chili's is no longer edible. read more

Ordered a bowl of chilli to go and got very little. Chilli was thick and dried out. To go cup was half full Nd contained mostly chips. It was also salty Nd had no beans. Last time had a to go order I end up with raw chicken from this same chilis location. So I recommend not to get any thing to go from chilis. I was so thirsty. Well, I was hungry, too. I was in Charleston for the state baseball playoffs. I am hoping and praying that CCHS Maroon Knights play really well tonight. Anyhow, after shopping for a while, I stopped by for an Electrician Presidente Margarita. Kellie, the bartender, was very pleasant. I could not decide what to eat. I had a craving for enchiladas but did not care for the sauce on the chicken enchiladas. Kellie said she could have the cooks put the red sauce on them. They were great! I think this is a nice place. The ONLY drawback for me is the minimal space in the restaurant. I like to sit in the bar area, but here my back is to the door. There really is nothing that can be done about that so it just is what it is. On to the championship! Go, Knights! read more

Miserably full! Lol. Tasty enough food. Beer is pricey, considering the glass sizes are pretty small. Original Chicken Crispers and loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli were good, but I enjoyed the shrimp tacos so much. The service was solid, though our server didn't know prices for the tap.
