I ordered Flamingo Freeze. Our drinks were so tasty. All three if us ordered the "Triple Dipper". You get select 3 items. We all ordered the sliders. We ordered a mix of Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers, Honey Chipotle Mozzarella, Fried Mozzarella, Bbq Wings and Southwestern Eggrolls. My Sister a side of fries. As a Chili's Reward Member, you get free Chips and Salsa with each visit. Everything was so good. The Triple Dipper is a lot of food for $18.79. We all definitely had leftovers. Our waiter was super friendly. He was very nice. He kept checking back in with us to make sure we were doing good. Having a great customer experience is always a plus with a meal. We went for dinner on Friday night, and even though it was busy, we were seated within 20 minutes. Since it's located in the same plaza as Ross and Dollar Tree, we were able to walk around while waiting for the text that our table was ready. This location is spacious and lively, so the atmosphere is definitely on the louder side. Service was quick and friendly. Ate here the other day and I have to say the food quality has gone way down. Was not impressed. From the ranch being completely watered down and the salsa and chips watered down to the overcooked Smashburger that's lost its flavour from the past ones I've had just was not impressed. The only reason this location is fairly busy is because of where it's at as the food is nothing special at all. They definitely need to work on their food quality and I can see why the reviews aren't as good as they used to be. Come on Chili's, you can do better. Good overall service that's about the only good thing here any more. Lower quality food and ambiance kinda boring. I just think they are cutting costs too much on the little things and it shows. Prices are good, but I would pay more for better quality. read more

This location is conveniently located off H street and not too far from Highway 805, near Costco and Walmart. It is always busy, especially on Sunday when football is life. We typically always sit at the bar or in the bar area, but no seats today 12/7/25. We were immediately sat as we came for lunch. There was a huge 4-table birthday celebration so our waitress was a bit busy but handled it very well. We opt to try something different then our typical usual, fajitas. We opt for 2 carne asada, chicken and shrimp. It came with beans, rice, salsa, sour cream, cheese and tortillas for 2, each with our own plate. Although the meats did not appear deeply browned, they were flavorful, juicy, and tender, with each bite tearing apart effortlessly. Chili's has good food, prices & great deals but most importantly this Chili's specifically has one of the best customer service I've seen. From the hostess to the waiters, the cooks, bartenders they all work as a team & are a good example of what "Teamwork" is. Love how they take care of you quick & the food comes out fresh & hot & a whole team comes out to bring it out. Kudos to the mangers here who run a great staff. If you like salads the Southwestern Salad is the way to go & my fav item here is the Chicken Enchilada Soup, it's amazing! For the most part we love most of the food here. We came here today to celebrate our veteran, my hubby. We were a party of 6 and suffice it to say it was EXTREMELY busy, but lucky they had the waitlist up on Yelp so we really didn't have to wait that long as compared to wait times of 2 hrs plus around participating Veterans Day restaurants. It was pretty noisy of course, the place was PACKED! My grandbaby was HANGRY so we went ahead and ordered her food while we checked out the menu. The food wasn't epic, it was what you would expect at any other places like Applebees and Outback, but the customer service was PHENOMENAL on a crazy busy day like today. Alejandro took great care of us. The food came out fast, our drinks were always filled, we didn't have to chase him down for refills. He anticipated what we needed and timed it perfectly to where he was attentive, but not to the point where it was overbearing. I absolutely love Chili's Bar and Grill, so my husband, uncle and myself ventured to this location and we sat at the bar section and had a great experience! Angel our server/bartender was absolutely fantastic, friendly, attentive and on point with everything. Super busy around dinner time. The rain did not stop the crowd from coming in! Waited around 20 minutes for a table to seat 5 of us. Haven't been here in years and the food wasn't that bad! The table ordered chicken tenders, ribs, quesadillas, and the triple dipper. Surprised that the ribs were soft and had flavor. Chicken tenders were pretty standard. Triple dipper gabe the usual good but greasy feeling. On the side we tried the wicked drinks and both were strong. Came with cute stirring sticks depending on which one you chose. The servers were all nice and food came out within 10-15 minutes after ordering. Games were played on all TVs so it got pretty louder when teams would score. I love that they have amazing good deals! Food is always good. Love the 3 item combo special that's on the back of the menu that's an entree, drink and a soup or salad. My go to is the burger, salad and a soda. The chips are amazing. The chips are always hot, thin with alot of crunch. The salsa is also delicious and not spicy at all. Good service. Been coming to this Chili's Restaurant in Paseo Del Rey for many years for the drinks and dinner special's. I really like the different margarita flavors of the month for $6.00. I've had quite a few over the years. My favorite drink has been the strawberry margarita. Today we tried the,"3 For Me," dinner special and ordered the Classic margarita, chicken enchilada soup and 6oz classic sirloin with broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes. We were pleasantly surprised by not only the portions, but by the flavor everything had and how cheap it ended up being. Our favorite was the sampler platter and the corn. Just so you know, we don't dine at corporate, franchise, chain restaurants often. It's probably mom & pop/independent eateries 90% & chain restaurants 10%. But two friends of mine independently told me that Chili's has a pretty good burger! I looked Chili's up and discovered they offered a "3 for me" $10.99 special which featured a smash burger so I figured the planets were aligning for me to check out their delicious burger. We dined here on a Thursday during happy hour & sat at the bar. Jesse, our bartender took great care of us. I ordered the 3 for me with their Big Smasher, fries, house salad, & unsweetened iced tea. The wife got their $16.99 classic 6oz sirloin steak w/ steamed broccoli & a house salad. She also got a premium margarita. My pals were right! Their smash burger was delicious (well portioned, tasted similar to a Big Mac but way better, fries were cooked crispy). The wife's steak was cooked at the perfect temperature. Jesse's service was on point. Our bar area wasn't ready for new patrons as the counter was still not cleaned from the last customer. Restrooms were clean. All in all, for the price, you can't beat Chili's 3 for me!!! I'll be back because you'd almost be paying the same price for some fast food combos, why not get full-service with a much better environment? Went in for an early lunch with some friends. It's Chili's, so you should know what you're getting before going. This location looked to have a decent amount of seating, and was pretty dead at 11am on a Friday. Ordered the crispy tenders as Nashville Hot. Unfortunately was very disappointed with the overall flavor. It wasn't bad, but definitely not what I would consider "Nashville hot" in terms of spice or flavor. The side of Mac n cheese was also nothing to rave about, and unappealing. Our server let us know the kitchen was behind on the fries, and opted to bring our food without them. Personally, I appreciate the consideration and willingness to make the extra trips to our table. She was also very attentive with our drinks. Service gets a 5/5, food though really brought my visit down. Maybe next time I'll try the regular buffalo and see if that's any better. read more
