Very nice people where nice food came out fast the kids loved it the desert was amazing I got the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla with chips and guacamole. There is not much really to say about it, it's a fast food sit down spot. It's was clean food was good no problem with staff. Sooo this Chilis really use to be my spot, j recently met up with a friend here and now I remember why I really don't come here as much anymore. The service has really changed, the waitress acted like she really didn't want to be bothered, like she'd rather be somewhere else than serving us. I looked passed that, everybody has a bad day. I ordered the spicy tacos, which are my fav, but I must admit I've been hesitate to order anymore because it's like it's just thrown together, either missing something or just the presentation doesn't look good. My taco was missing the sauce, had to wave our "happy" waitress down to get more sauce. So the tacos were just okay, I've had better but they did the job. My friend ordered the white spinach queso dip which was soooooo good! I was excited because there other queso is good but since I don't eat meat anymore i can't eat it but this new one was on point. I'd go back just to get that. Me and my friend closed the restaurant out and I can tell our waitress was annoyed because she now wanted to keep walking past our table giving us the nice side eye, but our bill was already paid, and let me say I do love that you can pay on the table now, it's so much better than waiting forever for the waiter/waitress to bring the bill etc. Overall my experience was just okay, it's a franchise, so that's usually what you get, but I might swing back to get that queso. We unfortunately had a horrible experience there for my stepsons bday. I asked for napkins five times and every time we got three napkins it was five of us and three of them being kids:( we asked them to do something special for his bday and they sang to him for a total of five seconds rushed and gave him his dessert before the meal. It was heart breaking. Last but certainly not least ..the place is very dirty. The floors are just disgusting.I looked under my table and it looked like they haven't swept in days. I expected more for the money I paid and sincerely wish I didn't go there for his special day. I have messaged corporate but they sent us two coupons ? Really ? 2nd Time I've been to this Chili's. My friend and I decided to eat off the 2 for $20 menu. We shared an appetizer of Fried Cheese w/jalapeno-ranch dipping sauce. They had discontinued the "Fried Cheese" so I'm glad they returned. I had a burger and then we were looking forward to the Brownie Sundae but they ran out..so we had to settle for the Chocolate Chip Paradise Pie which isn't as good. I've been to this Chili's a few times, and each time its been pretty consistent. The wait staff is fairly attentive, but can disappear for what seems an unusual amount of time. Overall the food is pretty good, the only thing that really stands out are some of the salads. The one thing to keep in mind with this particular Chili's is that the wait to get a seat during peak times can get up into the 45 to 1 hour range. Call ahead to see what the wait is, and to put your name down. Bottom line, if you've eaten at chili's before and liked it, you'll like this one too. read more

Normally I like chilis but there was a HAIR in my food!! A dark curly hair and my hair isn't any of the above. The waiter was the best part of the experience. I recently came here to meet up with some friends in the afternoon on Labor day. We were seated right away. It was a holiday afternoon, but not crowded at all. They had a drink special, buy one get one free, and you were given the drinks at the same time. There was enough on the menu to please anyone's taste. This was my first experience at chili's and it was totally awesome! I was immediately greeted by someone when I walked in, the girl was able to seat my party immediately & and was super sweet. I scooped the place out and all the tables were clean, the floor was swept, and the place seemed very well kept. All of the staff is extremely friendly and made the experience great. My servers name was Michael. Let me tell you, michael is fucking awesome. Such a positive, bubbly, friendly guy. I appreciate when people radiate a good happy energy like him. I have never been here and he explained everything to my table and helped us out. He was so great and I appreciate his energy so much. The whole time he was constantly checking on us and helping our table out with anything we needed. He was literally one of the best servers I have ever had in a restaurant. I wish more people were like him! Learn! He made this whole experience worthwhile. Now let's go onto the food! I got a chicken avocado blt and it was DELICIOUS. It was cooked to perfection along with the fries and I had no issues with any of the food. My friend got quesadillas and she said they were amazing. Everyone at the table likes their food a lot. My wife and I went to Chili's for dinner yesterday. It had been quite a while since I went to a Chili's and after yesterday I know that was a correct decision. We were seated quickly and ordered a bowl of chili a side salad a chicken fajita and some dry rub ribs. The chili was burned and inedible and had to be returned. The salad was ok but not inspired. The chicken fajita was very pedestrian and the sides were rather small.The ribs were not great but were acceptable.Even with the 50% off coupon the food was rather poor.Service was very good and was responsive.The price to value ratio is around average for this type of restaurant. I gave them another chance, but what I saw on Friday was disgraceful. We ordered curbside pickup and had to wait twenty five minutes for someone to come out. When they did come out they were not pleasant and the food was cold and I was told oh sorry the food has probably been sitting there. Additionally, the poor gentleman next to me was treated even worse. A waitress came out and asked him for the name on the order, he gave it and she told him well everyone is coming in for their orders you can too. He politely said it was a curbside order and she stormed off and came back all but shoving the poor man's food and drink in his car at him and walked off with an attitude. We came here for a birthday party. This place is ran by a bunch of young people and they don't have the experience of giving good service. My steak wasn't cooked right, we didn't get water at the table till the end of our meal when we actually asked for it. They brought 2 extra drinks that we didn't order. Went in for lunch the other day and the place was pretty empty. I would say we got in around 11:45 or so. We ordered a salad and nachos. It literally took 20-25 mins to get our food. It was just nachos and a salad. People who had arrived after us with a different waitress had been eating already. It was like they forgot or something, most likely because they sit and talk. A friend of mine wanted to meet for lunch. As a rule I don't like casual dining spots. This did nothing to change it. The server was pleasant but spoke so fast that I had to ask her to repeat what she said frequently. Regarding the food, the salsa was very watery tomato juice with a bit of hot sauce. The chips were paper thin with almost no taste. My lunch salad consisted of pineapple wedges which were a bit past their prime and browning, canned mandarin orange wedges, wilting greens and a dressing which also was without taste. All of it was drowned in way too much water. Should I have expected better? I guess not. I'll stick to the family owned restaurants as I always have. For those who prefer boring, mass produced, virtually tasteless food, stick to Chili's. read more

Chili's is my favorite of the value chain restaurants so it gets 3 stars. If you somehow have never heard of Chilis, it's the same thing as Applebees, Fridays, Benningtons and Ruby Tuesday but with a little bit of a Southwest style. (bascially they add some heat to traditonal american items) This location has always had solid service, decent prices and consistent solid food as long as you don't go off roading off the common grub food. The bar area can get a little crowded on the weekends or night of big sports games. read more

I enjoy Chili's. I have lunch there at least 3 times a month. The food is affordable and better quality than fast food. Some of my favorites from the menu are the buffalo chicken salad, tex mex bowls and molten lava cake....all great choices. I mostly get my food to go and the process needs a little bit of streamlining. Ordered an appetizer (chips and salsa) and hadn't received it after about 20 minutes....our server brought out entrees instead. They closed off one area of seating so that they could have their party....ALL the staff was in and out of this area while they were working! The three in my party all got fajitas, so that is all I can comment on. The salad was small, but fresh. The fajitas were served hot and sizzling with sides of tortillas, salsa, sour cream and tomatoes. Lettuce was missing ? We took the dessert home (molten lava cake), and although I enjoyed it the next day I am sure it would have been heavenly right out of the oven.
