There was a true citrus tang to it that was just so fresh and delicious. I could've eaten a mountain of that salad and the homemade croutons were exceptional and full of butter too. No boxed croutons here. At first glance, the Cuban looked a little skimpy on the meat from what I'm used to, but the quality of the bread and the grill press were so exceptional that I had high hopes. It did not disappoint - the flavors were phenomenal and the size was just right. This is a truly fantastic sandwich and I will definitely order it again & again. Our office is moving close to this business near the end of summer and I envision this becoming a fan favorite, not only for me, but for others in the office. I picked up several catering menus to hand out to other departments and I plan to have them cater many meetings in the future if the quality of their other menu items can hold a candle to their Cuban and Caesar salad. We've generally had good experiences there, a few that were so-so, but tonight was awful! The sign out front reads "see hostess inside for patio seating, so we made our way to the hostess stand. I asked the young lady that greeted us if we needed to be seated for the chairs along the railing, or just tables? I was told "just the tables, other chairs are open seating". Then I asked to confirm that there were servers for the chairs on the railing, to which she replied "yes, but only for drinks and apps". Perfect - that's what we wanted. We proceeded to sit at two bar stools along the railing in front of the stage, and waited to be served. And waited. And waited. And waited. No one ever acknowledged that we were there, much less took our order. The waitress serving the three tables next to us visited them repeatedly, but never so much as made eye contact with us. After about 20 minutes, I walked back to the hostess stand and asked "do you know who is supposed to be our server? We've been there 20 minutes, and no one has helped us." The hostess said she'd check into it, and I went back to my seat. Over the next 15 minutes, the same server visited the three tables near us, but never acknowledged us. Then, another server waited on a lady sitting at the fir pit. I'd hoped that maybe she was going to help us, but she took the one order and walked back inside. WE WALKED OUT! Like I said, once loved the place. Not sure if they can't keep good staff, or if their success at the location has left them feeling like they no longer need to try, but the place has definitely lost the magic it once had.
