Came in at 3:30, expecting it not to be busy, it wasn't. We got a table and waited about 10 minutes until our hostess seated someone next to us and asked us if we'd been greeted yet. Finally he comes and asks the people who came after us what they wanted to drink first. Then he comes over to us, no introduction, just asks us what we wanted to drink and if we wanted appetizers and leaves. We're still currently here waiting for food but I'm already so disappointed in the service. No one looks too thrilled to be here. Usually when I come here when it's busy, the service is 10x better. Very rude staff/manager. This has nothing to do with their food because it's amazing and I love chili's. I had called about applying for a job and the lady was quick to cut me off and say in a very rude tone, "Im going to stop you right there, we're in the middle of lunch so call back after 2". I understand how busy restaurants can get so I apologized and said I'd call back at two and she said "bye" and hung up the phone. I'm not sure if she was a manager or just another member of the staff but it was extremely unprofessional and completely turns me off from this location. read more

i really like some things about chilis but my last expererince there was bad in many ways we got there early about 11 15 not many people there yet but it too almost 2 hours to get our food and eat i really felt bad for the waiter he did not have any training and did not know what to do and no one seemed to be helping him it was painful to watch we got the food 10 minutes before we got the starters then when we got ready to pay i had to ask hostess 3 times before she got our waiter then he did not know how to program the machine i like chilis but after that experiance dont think i will go back for a while read more

Ordered a bowl of soup to go on Friday night for my wife. They gave us a cup not a bowl, it had calentro on it and we asked for non. We think it was the wrong soup all together. Lastly, it had no tortilla strips or condiments. I even tipped at the bar for the order. read more

This place is just awful. I have been to many Chili's restaurants over the years in many different states and this is by far the worst of the bunch. First off, the service was just horrible. Our waitress never stopped by to refill our drinks- or even to ask us how we were doing. Also, the food was terrible. When you go to a chain restaurant like Chili's, you expect some consistency, but that was not the case here. My wife's nachos were dry and overcooked and my soup was watery and inedible. I've been going to this Chilis for a few years and they have never disappointed me. Even when something isn't quit the way it should be, they go out of their way to fix the situation and make sure everyone is happy. The staff is great and always goes the extra distance to ensure a great dining experience. I love how you can pay your check with the ziosks found on every table as well as reorder drinks and order dessert, Without ever seeing your server. The management is top notch starting at the top with Todd, the GM. He is one of the most hands on attentive GMs I've ever met. Truly an asset to the Chilis corporation. Good local beer selection and the service in the bar area is always good. I always order the steak "super well done" and they always get it right. If things aren't up to par, they always try to correct it. Chili's has never claimed to be a 5 star restaurant, and is extremely reasonably priced, therefore, I don't quite understand people who seem to expect something more than "franchise" type restaurant experience here. read more

Went to rate it with the self serve payment and when I selected poor it crashed maybe a sign for how many people have wore that option out . Wow. Awful experience. Stopped by for dinner after church. After 45 minutes waiting for our order, our waiter informed us that they ran out of kids corn dogs. My wife's order was never entered. We asked to speak to a manager. Our waiter could not find the manager. After another 15 minutes, the manager, smelling like a freshly smoked cigarette, brought our food out. At the time needed lunch and wi-fi. No time to make a decision so Chilli's seemed to be the right decision. I was hungry and familiar with the menu. Service was slow and seemed uncaring. When I asked how to connect to their wi-fi the waitress told me it doesn't always work and it was down. By then my food was there. Had laptop computing lunch a couple of weeks ago with an online marketing compadre I'd never met actually met in person. We ended up chatting and eating and snacking from lunch to well passed dinner, so I got an excellent view of the shift changes, food, service, and all those little things that make lugging your laptop around a pain in the you know what. Well, I'm delighted to say that our waiter, Ian, made our entire daycation a very pleasant and memorable experience. Never had to ask for anything, as he anticipated our every want and need, quietly filling glasses while we gabbed as not to interrupt us, and directing our attention to other delectibles when things got quiet... on that rare occasion. What a great waiter Ian was... just an allround nice guy with an awesome world view. Hope he gets to see it up close from one end to the other! He'd make a great teacher, world traveller, and a mother-in-law very, very happy. Too bad I don't have a daughter to spare. (He's a cutie pie, hunkadorable, dreamboat gals)! About that food... mmmmmm-mmmmm-yummy! I had the chicken nachos and ate every little last bite. Just awesome. Definitely going back for more. The food was hot, spicy enough for my tastes but not disturbingly so, and piled high. If I had not been there for over seven hours (no kidding!), I would definitely have gone home with enough for another meal to munch on. Ian brought me the extra sauce and sour cream I thought I would need, but that overflowing plate was plenty full of everything just as it was. Usually, I have sweet tea, but forgot to check it out this time. That's a definite deal/meal killer if it's not good. If memory serves me right, however, I don't remember any problems with their sweet tea last time I came here. I've always loved Chili's food, but hadn't been in a while. And I NEVER write reviews. But after the GREAT service we got from Ian, I knew I just had to write one this time. Thanks, Ian. Boss man, he's a keeper! And no, I've never met the guy... If I could give no stars, I would. We have eaten here before with small issues, but tonight takes the cake. We sat in the bar at a booth. The table had not been wiped down and the server did not even mention wiping the table. I had to ask her to wipe it off, and she did a terrible job and flung pieces of the last diners food onto my lap. Then I ordered a coke and she brought me coke zero. I had to have her bring thr correct drink. We ordered chips and salsa. It was empty and she never once asked if we wanted more. My husband's beer was empty and I had to get her attention while she was flirting with some guy sitting at the bar to get him another. (And she was seated facing us the whole time which makes it worse!) Then my sirloin was overcooked, but the salt, OMG THE SALT! So salty that I could not even eat it. So she comes back to see if everything is ok, I tell her that I can't eat my steak. She sends the manager over. When we tell him about it, he recommends that next time I order it with no salt. And that it has garlic butter on it which "can be salty if you don't eat a lot of salt". He offered to make me another one, but by that point my husband had finished his food, his beer had been empty forever, and we were over it as a whole. We made sure the manager knew how horrible our dining expierience was and he just made excuses fir the server. He only took off my steak, and normally that would have been enough, but working in food service for 10years, you comp the entire meal when EVERY ASPECT WAS BAD! We will not ever go back to this location again, and I suggest you go to the Hamilton Mill location instead. read more

This was the worst service ever. I was going to have dinner with my dad and it was crowded; we were told a 10-15 min wait so we waited outside for the text. We were put into the queue but almost half hour later still no text. We went back in and the the crowd had lessened, I sat down waiting to be called, a couple came in after us and was immediately seated. Ordered 2 for $22 but was charged full price for the appetizer. The table behind us sat dirty the entire time we ate. Gross. Husband ordered strawberry lemonade, was given Arnold Palmer. Bacon Ranch Quesadillas had no bacon or ranch on them. Server had the personality of a wet rag. Poor guy needs a new career. We will probably never return. My family ate there often. We have noticed a decline in food quality lately but gave them one more chance. My salmon was burned to a crisp, but still served to me and my broccoli was extremely salty. I don't eat red meat or chicken so I have limited choices and ended up eating fries for lunch. We really liked the service but feel that the food has to change. read more

Boy Chili's employee tried to pull a fast one last night. I had a coupon emailed to me for a "free flat-bread", no purchase necessary. My husband and I went there and ate,he got the "free flat bread", but I purchased a different dinner and we had an appetizer and drinks. When we received the bill for $32.?? the flat-bread was still on it, so we gave it back to the waitress for correction. She returned with a bill for $23.??, I gave her my credit card and she ran it for $32.??. I was just about to sign it when I realized she added the flat-bread back onto my bill. We've had issues with this particular location before. But due to the underhandedness of action, I doubt if we will return to this location again. read more

My husband ordered a burrito and I ordered Endless Soup & Salad. The place was not busy it was about 12:35 when we got there. Stopped to get a bite to eat after the Falcon game and had to wait until one of the 15 open tables was cleaned off. Service was good. Ordered a guacamole burger and it was cooked well, but there was so little guacamole you couldn't even taste it. Not at all like the picture. Three of us went to eat here for our lunch break, and it was the worst decision we could've made! We were there over an hour and a half, we had to get another waitress to get our waiter to come out to our table 3 times, our food was wrong, I got a big mouth bites meal and the meat was burnt to a crisp so I couldn't even eat it. We had to find the hostess to get him to bring our checks and he wouldn't even come back out to our table. We never got refills on our drinks either nOne of our tickets had "table entertainment" on the check and we didn't even have a device on our table!! We asked for the manager, it was some young guy who wasn't even close to concerned about it, barely apologized and walked off (we don't even believe he was a manager tbh). Worst food ever. The cleanliness of this store is the worst. The food taste like its been out for days especially the bacon. The bathroom around diaper cleaning station has a thick grime on it.
