This place is sorry....the sticky booth and dirty salt and pepper shakers should have been enough for us to leave but we stayed because we were so hungry. While waiting for our food I overheard the waitress telling another table that she would remove something off of their check and that the manager was the only one in the kitchen. When our food came out it looked good but then I picked up my burger to find a hair sticking out. I immediately just asked for the manager. I asked if he was the only one cooking and he said yes so I asked if he knew why there was a hair in my burger and he said "uh well there definitely shouldn't be" then just looked at me and asked if I wanted anything else. We order from here once a week, delivery, we love the food but the service is awful. We never get everything we order. Tonight we only got 1/3 of our order. My husband now has to leave the house to go pick up the other 2/3's. It really is our fault because we keep ordering but we like chili's and not much else delivers where we live. I spoke to the manager Sarah who of course blamed the delivery service saying that they picked up the wrong order, which is weird because the receipt on the 1/3 of food we got has my husbands name on it. Let me start with the fact that I understand we live in the post COVID-19 world now and it's difficult for everybody, specially the hospitality industry. And that's why I won't even comment on the fact that our server didn't have her mask on, the first sight as we entered was a way overflowing trash can, probably because they're understaffed. And then we were sat at table which wasn't even cleaned properly and had spills on the floor on one side. All that I STILL understand. I would comment on the fact that our server took 15 mins to get to our table and then yawned while I was talking to her. She didn't get my husbands beer until our food was out. Our food which took forever because she took the order late, didn't ask for the temp on burger, so we ended up getting a well done burger. My sandwich which I asked for with avocado slices came with two big chunky cut slices on the side. Our server didn't come once to the table after she dropped our food. Towards the end, she came when we were done to tell us we could pay on the Presto tab as the check was ready. We asked her for a to go box and she gave us a dirty one. NEVER going back. A blonde manager not sure of her name wanted to blame it on the waitress, when she was completely unapologetic of what was happening. The waitress was great and did her job. Food 5, service 2.5ish Chili's is one of our favorite chain restaurants so when we were in the area running errands we decided to stop here for a late lunch. This location was not particularly impressive. Time of visit 9/16/2017 between 3:00pm and 3:42pm The wait time at the host/hostess stand wasn't horrible, but was way longer than it should've been for what was a slow afternoon. The place was nowhere near full. It's a pet peave of mine to be fair, but hey, how about giving me more than 30 seconds to read the menu before asking if I'm ready to order, OK? It's not like it's busy with people waiting to be seated. Other than that, our server did a pretty good job. Food - excellent as always.No complaints there. Observatoins - tables should probably take less than 20 minutes to be cleared, AND WIPED DOWN after the previous guests have left. Just sayin' Pay Kiosk - it's a minor thing because hey, sometimes tech fails, but the kiosk couldn't pull my check so I had to pay the old fashioned way which honestly took longer than it should have. If I've asked for a check because the Kiosk has failed 3 times, walking away for another 5-10 minutes instead of taking my card so I can pay and go is kind of ridiculous. read more

My family comes here often and we are constantly impressed and pleased with the service! The wait staff is so diligent and even when we get new staff members, they are friendly and the older staff members provide good guiding hands. (One time our regular waitress sent a newer waitress our with chips and salsa before we even ordered them!) I used to come in here all the time for their drinks. I believe the bartender who is normally there with the nice different colored hair must be on vacation, but I cannot wait till she is back soon because these new bartenders have absolutely no idea what they're doing. Their energy is off and they do not know much about customer service. I asked for a regular margarita and they over poured the amount of alcohol that should have been in it. I ordered food and they completely forgot about me until I brought it to their attention. When I received my food it was cold and undercooked. We were seated very quickly but it took nearly 45 minutes to get our food. The salsa had a large piece of ice in it and when asked if we could get a new one, the waitress' response was, "oh yeah of course. Someone was throwing ice at me while I was making the chips and salsa so that's probably where it came from." NASTY! ! Someone in our party got the ribs and they were so dry and old tasting. Very unappetizing all around. When asked to speak to the manager he informed us the ribs are made every 2 days and those ribs that were used that night were 2 days old. WHO DOES THAT???? How disgusting and a waste. Now we know why they tasted old they were 2 days old. That has got to be the worst service, food, and cleanliness of any of them around. I feel like Chilli's is starting to slack on service. Once upon a time, they would walk you to your table and put out menus for you. They would make suggestions based on their favorite meals. They would open the doors for incoming AND outgoing customers. The only reason I gave two stars and NOT one is because the food was in line with the chain's consistently good flavor. My daughter ordered fajitas for the first time, and really enjoyed them. I had a steak--also for the first time--and thoroughly enjoyed it. When we walked in, the "hostess" was having with someone else right inside the front doors. She barely stopped her conversation to ask if we would like to sit in the lounge area. My response was "Not really, we prefer a quieter booth." She looked over to the area, pointed to an empty booth, and said "there's one" before turning back to her conversation and laughing with her cohort. What the HELL? The table service was fine--they have multiple folks watching the tables so we aren't waiting ages for drink refills or getting cold food. read more

My wife ordered an enchilada plate. Wow, two simple things to get right with this plate: Rice and beans. Both were, not exaggerating here, dreadful. The enchiladas were kinda ok. A 5 outta 10. I ordered their lunch cheese burger and fries. My burger was a 6.5 outta 10 (it woulda been a 7.5 if the burger wouldn't have soaked the but with grease). The fries were room temperature and soggy. I complained about them and 4 minutes later I got a rack with hot, crispy fries...a pleasure to eat. They get credit for gettin' me some good fries. Would be extra credit if they would have come that way to start with. If you can do it right the second time, why not the first time? read more

I was there for a bite with a friend. We ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and a turkey club with salad. Should have been having salad in 5 mins and the main meal in 10-15 mins. We had to wait a very long time and finally had to tell another server that we were watching so many other tables be served before us. I mean we didn't even have salad, and there was no crowd. After being told that the salad had been sitting for a long time, the manager came out like he read my mind and apologized deeply. He offered a fresh salad, a bowl of soup and got our meals to us in a pretty short time. I would normally have given one star, but one bad service doesn't make me pan a restaurant unless the staff is rude. I have to commend, Todd, the manager. He was very professional and handled the missteps nicely. I expected him to throw someone under the bus....lack of staff, new employee, etc. He openly said he had no excuse for our poor service and continued to apologize. I respect him taking responsibility and keeping the errors within the staff rather than spreading it to the customers. some fine dining establishments could learn a thing from Todd. He also comped our meals and give us coupons and expressed a desire that we return. Chili's whatever the back of the house problems you had today, take care of them but hold onto Todd. Such an awesome experience tonight! It was just my wife and I so we were seated immediately. We had two of the best servers I've ever had at any restaurant, Emma and Dani. They were extremely attentive and quick to respond. The food was very good but the service was beyond excellent! It wasn't just us either, every table they worked was attended to just like ours. Spout Springs Chili's doesn't get it. I have been slowly getting away from going to Chili's because the food is so inconsistent. Today we ordered To Go for a family of 5 after being told they don't open the dining room until 4 pm. My family loves the ranch so we ordered two of the large bowls of the ranch. When we went to pick it up we forgot to check the dressing and found out it wasn't there when we got home. I sent my son 8 miles back up there with the receipt and at first they told him he needed to get me on the phone because he didn't have the credit card it was purchased with and they couldn't prove it was him that bought the ranch. WTF? He tried to get a hold of me but I didn't have my phone on me. They finally gave it to him but would only give him the tiny cups and that's not what we paid for. Horrible customer service with subpar food. If Chili's is going to blame the fact that good people wont work that is not an excuse. Pay them more, pass on the cost and I can make a decision as to whether I'll come back but don't lean on the covid crutch....do something about it. read more
