Typical Chili's. Food was good. Service takes too long though. Came here on Tuesday evening around 6. It wasn't busy so we sat at the bar. Ordered drinks, then food. Food took a while to come for a non-busy evening. Drinks took a while too and then finished my drink and the bartender took a while to ask if I wanted another round. Ordered the burger and it was delicious. Drink was good too. No complaints. They had a lot of different sports games on the tvs which was cool. read more

Me, my husband & my sister went to Chili's Fontana on Summit today sat. 5/30/27 @around,630 pm. Our wonderful server was Jaden & it was the first time we saw him. He is so happy when he greats you, brings everything you ask for in a timely manner, & always does it with his great personality!! He just makes you happy to be there!! My family has a tradition of going here to celebrate school performances and academic accomplishments by my son, but recently we recently had an encounter with the rudest, and most-offensive manager ever! I think her name was "Haidi," or something like that. She treated us horribly and was mean to both us AND her staff! How she ever became a manager is beyond my understanding. If this is how Chili's wants to be represented, they're going to lose business...like they've lost ours!!! read more

I would give them more stars but they are always packed. Last 2 times we went, it took us almost an hour and a half before we're seated. Other locations have quicker service. They have a lot of empty tables. When you do get a seat, they have lots of great deals. They have also expanded their healthier options recently. The biggest hit is their $6 cocktails. However, last time we went they were somehow out of the drink. Also, the dining area can be very loud especially on game nights. read more

Late night Chicken tender cravings had my family and I traveling to our nearest chilis for their chicken crispers! The restaurant was relatively quiet as it was closer to 9 and we were seated relatively quickly. After getting our order, we got our food within 20 minutes. The food arrived nice and hot and the chicken crispers definitely lived up to their name! They had a nice crunch with every bite! Ribs and quesadillas were quite tasty too! Recently we've been going to Chili's a lot--and for good reason! You really can't beat their lunch and burger specials. Honestly, it ends up being cheaper than a McDonald's combo, and the food is so much better. Every time we've gone, the servers have been friendly and attentive, and the food has always been spot-on. We used to be huge fans of the classic Chicken Crispers, but since they changed the recipe, the "original" version hasn't been our favorite. That said, the Nashville Hot and the Honey Chipotle Crispers are absolute FIRE--highly recommend those. And don't even get me started on the mozzarella "sticks" (more like bricks)... they're massive and sooo good! Chili's is officially back on our regular rotation! read more

We ordered several items in the menu but a couple of them were on the salty side. Luckily, our server was proactive and he didn't hesitate to change the dish to another one that has less salt flavor. He even gave us a refill of our sodas before we even asked. Kudos to the employee! read more

I came here for lunch to meet up with some friends. Our waitress was very nice & we happen to have the same name we found it funny. I decided to order the new chicken sandwich & i got my mango iced tea. I have no idea why but everything tasted so salty , my fries , my sandwich it was a bit too much i couldn't continue to eat my food. The waitress was so attentive & great thats why I'm leaving a 3 star. If not it would be a 1star. I guess i'll just stick to burgers when i come here again. read more

Came to Chili's after a 8th grade promotion, and they handled it pretty well. Staff was friendly and only took us a party of 8 to get seated about 15-20 mins. Restaurant was clean and bright had had tvs to watch dodgers and nba playoffs. Couple of us ordered the 3 for me. Drink / app-soup / entree. I ordered the burger with fries and their baked potato soup. Everything was hot and tasted good. Steaks were cooked to everyone's liking. Only thing that wasn't liked was the enormous cheese stick, liked the good old days when you could get them smaller and had a few of them. I wanted to put 5 stars because we came here several times from June-Sept. everything was great. I'm glad I waited till now to post an honest review because we knew it was too good to be true. The servers are still good though. Then they started to cut corners on the $10.99 meals- The soup is literally 2oz of soup, and they don't serve Caesar salad anymore. They have done some other cuts too. Such a bummer. We were regulars here with our family. Now we might as well go back to our old places. It's not really a "deal" Anymore. read more

I am so disappointed and ticked off at the lack of customer service! I ordered chicken fajitas, requested the grill the chicken well. I came home and the chicken was not cooked well. I called and spoke to the manager Haydie , she offered to refund my food . I come here all the time and spend a lot of money . She didn't even apologize and was rude and shouldn't be in the restaurant industry. I have encountered other managers at this location that have been so nice and made it right by correcting their mistakes on food orders. I was hungry and had to go elsewhere to buy food. She has no people skill and should be taught how to provide customer service and not be in this industry if this is how she treats customers. I will not be coming back to this restaurant. As I walked into the restaurant, the greeter was on point with where I wanted to sit. My server came over right away, his name is IAN and he's the best one for the job. My food was delicious and hot. We made a stop here on our way home, walked in and immediately greeted by host. There was a good amount of people on here for a monday mid day. Pretty clean restaurant as well, as soon as a party left I saw the young man wiping down and sweeping the tables right away. Women's bathroom was clean as well so that's a plus! I have lived in the area for 15 years and a long time ago we loved this place and as the years past it had a moment bad service and food. I have to say I am moving chillis to the top. It was amazing from the food to most of all the service. Our waitress was absolutely amazing probably the best I have had at this location in the last 15 years. And the food was amazing too. Karissa was an absolute angel. She needs to be recognized for her attention to the customer and she makes the experience more than just a meal, more like a good time. Just left this chilis on a busy Friday night. We were told around a 40 minutes wait but it did not take that long. Our server Danielle was awesome! Took our drink order, appetizer order, and meal order all in good timing. All the other servers that brought our drinks or food were great and attentive. The food was great. Service was great. Service was ok, guy was friendly. I had to ask the server helping me a few times abt wanting corn and not flour tortillas for my mom's fajitas. It was busy time too, abt 6pm when we went. I ordered a rib eye dinner with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The ribeye was ok, extremely salty and they put a big scoop of butter on top of the ribeye. It was just too much. You couldn't enjoy the steak, I ordered it medium. It was cooked right. The mashed were not good. Taste was not there, as if they over heated them and tasted kind of old. The flow or and texture were not good. Asparagus were good. My friend ordered the rib eye with shrimp. Same thing, too much butter and salt. You couldn't enjoy the taste of the shrimp or rib eye. I don't know if I would come back to this chilis again. Bummer read more

The plates where the food was served also looked dirty, which made the whole situation feel even more uncomfortable. Overall, the ambiance felt neglected. Our table wasn't properly set either. It was arranged for two people even though we were three, and we had to ask for additional utensils after the first roll arrived. Throughout the meal, service continued as if we were only two guests. The service itself was okay, but far from exceptional. We had to repeatedly ask the waitress to clear plates as they piled up, and aside from occasional water refills, there wasn't much attentive service. Anywho, we came in with a 10 min wait, the young host was not friendly or kind at all. The young lady that walked us back to our table didn't even make eye contact with us Right away I was like oh there's the 3 stars. We got sat in Hailey's section. I'm so glad we did. Hailey greeted us as soon as we sat down with a friendly smile. We Informed Hailey it was our first time and we needed some time to order. Hailey went over the menu with us gave us some suggestions and was genuinely curious asking questions on what we might enjoy. We took Hailey suggestion and ordered the Filet Medallions with veggies and sweet potatoes. 10/10 recommended! We also ordered the chicken and Filet combo. Pleasantly surprised the chicken was not dry! The mashed potatoes were so good nice and fresh! The ribs needed to be recooked and Hailey was so sweet about us sharing how they were over cooked. She didn't make us feel bad for reordering new ones. She apologized and brought us new ones and those in fact did fall off the bone! Overall the vibes were busy in the restaurant but, Hailey's genuine personality, friendly smile and gracious suggestions made this visit worth while! Because of her we rate this location 5/5 starts!

First of all, the rolls that they bring to the table as they seat you are dangerous good. You can easily get full off of these without realizing it because they are not stingy with these things. Soft, chewy and slightly sweet, and even better with the apple butter it comes with. Secondly, for the money, the food is very good. My smokehouse burger was excellent, full of cheeses mushrooms, and onions. It was huge but I wanted more. The steak fries were pretty good as well. My wife had a filet that would be triple the price at a fancy steakhouse, but to be honest, this one was every bit as good. This is the only one I've ever been to, so I don't know if the service is this good at all of them, but the waitstaff was awesome. The place was packed and food and drinks came out quick and right when you needed it. They were super friendly no matter which employee you came across. I did notice they really pack the folks in here, so to be honest, I felt a bit cramped, but the food and the service definitely made up for it. If I lived closer to one I'd definitely put it on the rotation. I will not complain if anyone suggested going here either. If you want a good tasting and quality steakhouse meal, you cannot beat the value here. It is hands down the best chain steakhouse I've ever been to.
