Not bad for World Cup season! We came to Chili's while waiting for our dog from the Pet Smart across the street. Firstly, parking was fairly difficult. It was a packed plaza with numerous stores and shops. We ended up parking a little further near Five Guys. It was 3 in the afternoon, and we were quite surprised that they had plenty of seats. We ended up seating at the bar to make it easier for ourselves, and found plenty of seats, too. They were playing the bronze finals for the World Cup on the screen. The bartender was wearing his jersey and was heavily immersed into the game, but it didn't stop how good his service was. We didn't catch his name, but in between watching the games, he always checked on everyone. He asked if we needed anything and could tell what we wanted before we spoke. He was great and I was impressed at how well he divided his tasks. We chose a quick chicken sandwich meal with fries, watermelon lemonade, and chips and salsa! This was a total of $10 which was a great lunch. I also had their Space Dust IPA. Their watermelon lemonade was absolutely not good, so don't get that. We came on a Friday at noon and it was packed ! Our waitress was soooo awesome! Great service they were so quick from our food and drinks . The min we sat down we were taken care of and kept the drinks coming . My mom is partially is disabled so those heavy doors they have to open up would have been too heavy for us but the workers were so kind and saw us coming from afar and held all the doors open for us and even when we walked out . Food took a while to come for a non-busy evening. Drinks took a while too and then finished my drink and the bartender took a while to ask if I wanted another round. I would give them more stars but they are always packed. Last 2 times we went, it took us almost an hour and a half before we're seated. Other locations have quicker service. They have a lot of empty tables. When you do get a seat, they have lots of great deals. They have also expanded their healthier options recently. The biggest hit is their $6 cocktails. Late night Chicken tender cravings had my family and I traveling to our nearest chilis for their chicken crispers! The restaurant was relatively quiet as it was closer to 9 and we were seated relatively quickly. After getting our order, we got our food within 20 minutes. The food arrived nice and hot and the chicken crispers definitely lived up to their name! They had a nice crunch with every bite! Ribs and quesadillas were quite tasty too! Recently we've been going to Chili's a lot--and for good reason! You really can't beat their lunch and burger specials. Honestly, it ends up being cheaper than a McDonald's combo, and the food is so much better. Every time we've gone, the servers have been friendly and attentive, and the food has always been spot-on. We used to be huge fans of the classic Chicken Crispers, but since they changed the recipe, the "original" version hasn't been our favorite. That said, the Nashville Hot and the Honey Chipotle Crispers are absolute FIRE--highly recommend those. And don't even get me started on the mozzarella "sticks" (more like bricks)... they're massive and sooo good! Chili's is officially back on our regular rotation! read more

Came to Chili's after a 8th grade promotion, and they handled it pretty well. Staff was friendly and only took us a party of 8 to get seated about 15-20 mins. Restaurant was clean and bright had had tvs to watch dodgers and nba playoffs. Couple of us ordered the 3 for me. Drink / app-soup / entree. I ordered the burger with fries and their baked potato soup. Everything was hot and tasted good. Steaks were cooked to everyone's liking. Only thing that wasn't liked was the enormous cheese stick, liked the good old days when you could get them smaller and had a few of them. My family has a tradition of going here to celebrate school performances and academic accomplishments by my son, but recently we recently had an encounter with the rudest, and most-offensive manager ever! I think her name was "Haidi," or something like that. She treated us horribly and was mean to both us AND her staff! How she ever became a manager is beyond my understanding. Me, my husband & my sister went to Chili's Fontana on Summit today sat. 5/30/27 @around,630 pm. Our wonderful server was Jaden & it was the first time we saw him. He is so happy when he greats you, brings everything you ask for in a timely manner, & always does it with his great personality!! He just makes you happy to be there!! I called and spoke to the manager Haydie , she offered to refund my food . I come here all the time and spend a lot of money . She didn't even apologize and was rude and shouldn't be in the restaurant industry. I have encountered other managers at this location that have been so nice and made it right by correcting their mistakes on food orders. I was hungry and had to go elsewhere to buy food.
