Service was ok, guy was friendly. I had to ask the server helping me a few times abt wanting corn and not flour tortillas for my mom's fajitas. It was busy time too, abt 6pm when we went. I ordered a rib eye dinner with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The ribeye was ok, extremely salty and they put a big scoop of butter on top of the ribeye. It was just too much. You couldn't enjoy the steak, I ordered it medium. It was cooked right. The mashed were not good. Taste was not there, as if they over heated them and tasted kind of old. The flow or and texture were not good. Asparagus were good. My friend ordered the rib eye with shrimp. Same thing, too much butter and salt. You couldn't enjoy the taste of the shrimp or rib eye. I don't know if I would come back to this chilis again. Bummer read more

Have been to this location a dozen or more times and have ordered car-side- to go as well. Last night, we ordered via car-side side to go via the Chili's app. Everything came out in a good time. The server brought the food out within minutes of checking in, and our order was accurate. However, my daughter's Cajun Shrimp pasta just wasn't Cajun-ing. It was very bland and not seasoned well at all. She has had it in the past and said that it tasted nothing like she remembered. At first I thought she was exaggerating but when I tasted it, definitely had to spit it out. Otherwise, my quesadilla was fresh and my trio dip (queso, guacamole, and salsa) with chips were delicious. Will definitely be coming back but I think we are done with that pasta. read more

It was raining, the staff had us leave our umbrellas out front with the hostess. They allowed another customer to steal my umbrella, that I now have to replace. When I complained the staff said sorry. In my opinion if they are going to have you leave your umbrella, so you dont cause a hazard with a wet floor, which I understand, they need to have some kind of check in system, or just provide one of those bags for your umbrella. Hopefully the manager sees this and considers an improvement so this does not happen to someone else. Lesson learned, next time I will not be parting with my umbrella! read more

Let me preface this by saying I only ever visit Chili's for the triple dipper, and I get the same items each time: big mouth bites, fried mozzarella, and honey chipotle chicken crispers. Maybe a side of fries. For my drinks, I get a water and a beer/cocktail. I must have went on a good day because the service was speedy, the food tasted great, and my margarita had a nice kick to it. I've been to other Chili's where they are stingy with the alcohol and all you taste is the mixer. The only negative is that this location can be a little cleaner, but it's not a deal breaker. read more

This is my favorite Chili's location. I'm not sure why it has 2 1/2 stars bcuz I love it here. It's my local chili's that I frequently visit. I love coming here for a yummy and reasonably priced dinner. It's a chili's if you're expecting Fleming's type food then go to Fleming's. lol The Chili's is clean and cozy. It's always busy so they're doing something right! You get good food & drinks for a reasonable price. You can't beat the specialty monthly $6 margaritas. They use to be $5, but inflation. Lol Chili's has great specials like the 3 for me deal which includes an appetizer, entree and a beverage for $10.99. You can't even get a combo at some fast food restaurants for that price. I love that you can spike it and pay $2.49 for an alcoholic beverage. They have great deals, considering how pricey everything has gotten recently. This is the one place we can count on to have a good and reasonably priced dinner. The service is great. The employees are your typical young College age kids. I've been here MANY times and I've always gotten great service. Our go to meal choices are the 6 ounce sirloin, the chipotle chicken crispers and the Cajun shrimp pasta. The side options we usually select are the asparagus, roasted Street corn, fries or the loaded mash. Surprising this particular chili's location has the best steaks. For this type of chain restaurants you get a good cut of meat and it's seasoned well. My all time favorite thing at chili's is the margaritas and their chips and salsa. I highly recommend the chips & salsa! This is a great spot to go have dinner on a Friday night. You get to have a nice dinner and a cocktail without breaking the bank. The wait on a Friday night isn't too bad. We usually check in and we get a text message when our table is ready. I haven't been to chilis in a minute and boy did they update their menu! I was very surprised when my mother in law (who is super picky) decided she wanted to come here for her birthday. Danielle was our server and she was on top of it! Hubby ordered their smokehouse combo, I ordered their chicken ranch quesadilla, mother in law ordered their fajitas, and my son got their pizza. Something about their pizza that my 4 year old ate the ENTIRE thing! He usually never finishes his meal but I guess this pizza was goooood! All the portions were a decent size so we had tons of leftovers. I had gotten their white queso with my appetizer and I am going to say that it was the tables favorite! We would definitely come back just for that! The ribs from my husbands plate was yummy! He said that his quesadilla was a bit spicy and I had to try and see and OH MY! Best place in town for drinks in Northern Fontana, CA. The best time to go is Thursdays and Friday nights. Get the drink called El Niño. Stevie the bartender makes it the best on these nights. We've known her for years and we only go when she's there. Ask the regulars, she's great. Food is ok but drinks are great. Right know they have a special drink called Witches Brew. Its got a kick. El Niño is better, but Witches Brew is good too. The atmosphere is awesome. After a tough week this is the place. I must say, my experience today was almost jaded during the initial check in to be seated, there was no one to greet me and my family when we walked in at first. However, our server Jhillian saved the experience and made our visit phenomenal. The food was amazing and drinks were great (I wish their blender was working to get a blended drink but the drinks were still pretty good) - highly recommend their triple dipper with the mozzarella sticks. Our server Jhillian was very attentive and always made sure to take any plates/cups we were no longer using and her demeanor was a lot better compared to the people in front. Saturday mornings here are always busy but you can avoid the crowds if you get here before 12. My only complaint is that the business owner(s) should have more than one blender on hand in case one breaks down. read more

I was visiting family on Mother's Day. We decided to get carry out for dinner from Chili's. We all decided on ribs with different sides. The ribs were cooked to perfection. The sauce was sweet & and spicy, and the meat came off the bone. My corn tasted crunchy and sweet. The loaded mash potatoes were yummy, too. The worst service I've ever had our server didn't check on us not once no refills. Give us the wrong order then told us. Oh sorry I gave your order to somebody else sent over a fake manager and told us they were going to comp the wrong item and only put 50% off. I went to go speak to somebody. Claimed that they're the only manager on shift and gave me a horrible attitude saying it's late I don't wanna fight so whatever you want. This review is for curbside pickup. The service is always excellent at this Chili's when we do curbside pickup. The people are friendly and helpful. However, I was missing my guacamole for my trio fajita. I do wish the portions were the same as eating in. Maybe they are, and it appears that they are smaller. The side salad seems smaller to me than eating in, they might be compensating for the take out container. Overall, the food is of a typical Chili's. My girl and I went to Chili's Fontana last and wow! What a difference from over a year ago. Not that Fontana was lagging but the company's vision has changed a ton. For the better! They added bussers so table were turning over so quickly. No one looked like they were too hurried. The Alex Santa Fe burger was fresh, hot and delicious and the service was so much better than I have seen in so many restaurants nowadays. If you haven't been to one lately, check it out.
