Really Good experience! Went with my spec needs adult son. It wasn't super busy, but we avoid during crowded/ loud times, like the after work crowd! Needed seating not real close to anyone else because my son tends to rock against the seat. She understood and did great seating us. Awful! First time ordering online. Many things went wrong, first their website was having tech issues so i couldn't order online, so i called my order in. Next thing that went wrong was poor communication by the person on the phone taking my order. She took my phone number, so I thought she was going to text or call when my food was ready, but nobody did, I had to call back in to find out the status of my order, then I was told that they were supposed to give me a time frame of when to come pick up my food. So then I pick up my food I take it home, I look at it and it looks terrible, and I figured we'll maybe it just looks bad I'll try it, the Southwestern Eggroll was more casing than it was filling. Also there was a burnt piece on the egg roll, the casing was kind of soggy, the nachos were soggy and burnt at the same exact time which I don't know how they pulled that off.... the amount of pico de gallo they put in a little cup was so small also the sour cream, my total was over $20. I was so disappointed with my meal that I didn't even eat it, I drove all the way back and asked for a refund... and here's the next part that went wrong, the way management handled it (kim) she was very nice to me and cordial, but she did not handle this properly from a business perspective. I ordered food obviously because I was hungry. She didn't even offer me a remake of the food, but if she had I would have turned it down because I have seen the movie Waiting, however.... she could have offered me a complimentary meal card or coupon or whatever, that was not even offered, it felt like she did not value me as a customer and did not care if I came back....which i probably won't now. read more

I came in for lunch with my wife a couple of weeks ago and had a solid, if unspectacular visit. One of the reasons for our visit is the Chili's Reward Points I've accumulated that needed to be used before the year ends. I figured I'd get some food (we were starving) and I'd save a little cash too. After being seated and drinks being served, I come to find out that the points I'd like to use didn't work for what my wife or I wanted. We had plenty of the points, but since we always get the "Two for $20" deal I was told that it wouldn't work. Not a deal breaker, but now I know that I have to come back again by myself to get the free entrée I wanted. Service was very good though. Our waiter was friendly and made sure to check in on us a couple of times while refilling our drinks and such plenty of times. It was a nice time, a good meal and we left happy. read more

We come to Chili's with our 4 children every Friday night. Not because it is my favorite place, but because it is children's favorite place. They ask all week for it. Last week we receiced terrible service. Our order was "lost" so all the tables that arrived after us were getting their food while we sat there waiting with our children, as patiently as possible. Unfortunately our server abandoned us totally. She never told provided an update, never came to see if we wanted more drinks. Nothing. Finally a manager brought our food out without much reasoning for the significant delay. Unfortunately my soup was delivered with a spoon with caked on food and paper that didn't come clean in the wash. It took 7 minutes for me to get our server's attention as she refused to make even basic eye contact with us or check on the food delivered. Finally a manager took care of the spoon. Eventually we got an apology and a generous 50% off the meal. Because our children beg for Chili's all week long again, we decide to give it another try. Because before last week things were pretty good. We arrive and are told 20-25 minutes. Ok. Cool. After 30 minutes we ask what is going on as we look and see 3 tables which we have previously sat at. 3 tables that all seat 6 people. The hostess tells us that we cant sit there and only the 8 top will accomodate us so it will be 20 more minutes. We explain that we have sat at all of the available tables before. Yet she still refuses. I explained to her that we had an awful experience last week that we are trying to improve upon. Still nothing. So we leave with our crying children. I will call management tomorrow with our concerns. Without a significant repsonse, we will not return again. We will help our children find a new favorite restaurant. read more

Chili's is....Chili's. That being said my server was really attentive and personable. I had the lunch special of the side Caesar and 1/2 grilled chicken sandwich with avocado. The salad was average. The dressing was pretty good for a chain restaurant. The croutons were pretty meh. The 1/2 sandwich was hot, fresh and really tasty. The small side portion of fries that came with it were very hot and fresh. I had two of the $5 margaritas that were on special. They were good and a real deal for $5. No complaints. read more

Second day of coming to eat the 2 for 30.00 Everything was good. I order yesterday the chicken fajitas and it was real good. It came with peppers onions chicken breast guacamole, sour cream, cheese and tortillas. My wife ordered margarita chicken and it was excellent. The margaritas were 2 for 1 and the mango was the best. Strawberry is really good but not my cup of tea. The dessert the molten lava was like murdered onthe table. Ill be back tomorrow for more. read more

When they did, they tried to seat two young girls who came in after our party first. Our party of seven were all seated at a table that was clearly not made to seat more than four. We asked a young waitor to move to the larger table once it was bussed. He was the only redeeming factor of this establishment, working quickly to clear a table for us he didn't even wait on. We waited at least 10 minutes for drinks and 30 for food. A delay would have been understandable had the resturant been busy however there were many empty tables. I have always had great service here! I love that there is a vegan option on the $22 for 2 and the $35 for for 2. This option being the fajita with no butter, no cheese, no meat, instead add broccoli and beans to the already existing onions and bell peppers. This comes with a little scoop of guacamole and remember to request for corn tortillas instead of flour. DElicious!!! I love the layout of this Chili's!!! I've said it before, I'm not normally a fan of chain restaurants but today I just had a hankering for Chilis. The beautiful thing about this trip is that they have updated their menu since the last time I was in and it's quite impressive. So, today I had a Caribbean salad which is a green salad with pineapple, mandarin oranges, cranberries, bell pepper, green onions, cilantro, sesame seeds and a sweet vinaigrette dressing. I asked them to hold the green onions and cilantro add grilled chicken, and this salad was pretty dang good. Some friends and I decided to have a spontaneous dinner here just because it was close and we were already in the shopping center, otherwise I'd be like "let's go try something local". One of my friends mentioned the 2-for-1 margaritas and I was all in. But when I looked over the menu, I decided to get the Blueberry and Pineapple Margarita instead. Those are not 2-for-1 because they use a top shelf tequila. Fine. I was very happy with my drink that I had to do a little chair dance. I'm not real impressed by the food selection but I did get the "Make It A Combo" with half rack of ribs and seared shrimp and sides of broccoli and mashed potatoes. The shrimp were not quite baby shrimp but the next size up. I kinda expected it so went with the flow. The meal was nice and I didn't hear any complaints for any of my friends. I looked around and a huge room of tables was roped off.. not in service, we left. We came back on a Tuesday and were seated on the side where it was pretty packed with customers and only 3 servers. Took about 10 min. to give our order. Then we waited... I got up to look around and the restaurant was not busy.. seemed two places on the sides had the customers... very few any where else including the bar. As I was looking the hostess asked could she help me and asked if we ordered drinks, I said a couple of beers. She said she look into getting them so I said how about some chips to for our wait.. she said sure! When they came, they looked wet! They were covered in grease so we only ate a few, normally I'd send back but since free we just didn't eat them! Our order came 25 min. later and it was warm..not hot! It looked to be plenty of meat but some was grisly; I had to spit it out. The extras were plentiful and tasty-grilled onion, red/gr. peppers, not warm black bean soup, rice, sour cream, guat, tomatoes, shredded cheese. After we got our bill they charged us for the greasy chips! I asked hostess about it and she said she'd call her manager, he came, I explained and he took them off the bill. We arrived late in the evening, and we were all impressed how inviting everyone was considering it was close to closing time. Our server (I think J.D.) was HYSTERICAL! When I tell you we were all crying because we were laughing so much. The food: perfect, prompt and AMAZING! My family doesn't agree often on a place to eat out at, but Chili's is always a unanimous decision! my sister, friend and i had dinner this this afternoon at the bar. i have to say we were terribly disappointed in the service. when we first sat down, the bartender serving us immediately began complaining about his relief bartender being late. we were never offered a menu or a second cocktail.When the relief bartender came in, she too seemed a little uninterested. we asked for chips/salsa 3 times. she couldn't seem to remember them. we ordered food. 2 meals arrived, but mine didn't. I ask where my order is and they said it is being bagged right now, should be less than 15 min. It is now after 6pm and still nothing. Finally someone comes out and ask what was the name on the order, I give it, and she said she would check. Never saw that person again. I decide to walk up to the take out door as many people have started to do, wait another 15 min before someone acknowledges I am there and ask them where my order is as now it is 6:40pm, He apologizes and 5 min later comes out with my order at 6:52pm. I get home and the order is ice cold, 2 items are incorrect and we are missing all plasticware, straws and condiments we requested. Absolutely the worst online experience I have even seen, over 2 hours from placing the order to getting it, 1.5 hours of that sitting in a parking lot full of people and cars all upset about being hours late. read more

I met some friends for lunch here. I was apprehensive because there are so many great places to eat in Jacksonville. It was one in the afternoon. It took a minute to be seated. The lunch menu offers soup/salad and half a sandwich. I chose a house salad and half turkey sandwich. I requested the bread not be toasted, the server wanted to know if I wanted my cheese melted....I had to let her know if I wanted a cold sandwich. (It got a little complicated) The salad was ok, the bread (wheat) on my sandwich was a little hard. It tasted ok, but I did not eat most of the bread. The server let us know that we should use the device on our table to pay by plastic or pay her with cash. This was my first experience with the "new" way of paying. It calculates the tip for you and you can slide the scale to the percentage that you are comfortable with. The server sat in the booth with me to explain the device and to clear the table.
