The staff at this location is extremely disorganized! My husband and I tried to bring our three kids + a 10 month year old baby. After waiting 5 minutes in line to sign up for the waiting list, my family and I waited in the car for 25 minutes. When we received the alert on our phone, we gathered all the kids together and made our way into the restaurant. We were told that we would not be seated and had to wait again for someone to leave. They offered us a booth that would not fit our party but nothing else because they didn't want to "over work the cooking staff." I don't understand how that is relevant to the table size. We then watched as the manager, waiter, and hostess went back and forth about who gave away our table, why were things communicated incorrectly, and who went on break without training a replacement. The manager has us wait again for 10 minutes to rectify the situation only to offer us another booth. We left unheard, unresolved, and unassisted. This was an incredibly frustrating experience. I would not recommend anyone go to location until management and staff has changed. read more

Packed on a Saturday night. I went with my husband and stepdaughter for dinner. Place had 15-20 minutes wait at 6:00pm. Service was nice and pleasant. My husband and I visited the Johns Creek location for a late lunch, and were pleasantly surprised at the price, quality, and efficient service! We've been trying to find a decent restaurant with good quality food, and service which has been a challenge to find lately. My husband is very hard to please! I had shrimp tacos which I recently learned are no longer on the menu. They were healthy and delicious! I also had the enchilada soup and my husband had some burger sliders and a salad. On the next visit, I had their chipotle bowl which was surprisingly delicious and a large amount for the price. It tasted fresh! I joined their rewards program which gives free chip and salsa on each visit or a free soft drink. The noise level was pretty low, probably for the time of day we visited. Living in this area for 7 years, was always prideful that a simple Chilis restaurant was so well run. Same staff and always a great experience. Recently, this place has become a Chilis experience I expect at the airport. Very sad, hope they can flip it around again. This was my worst dining experience yet, we waited at the lobby for 15 min. With max 5 people there and noticeably 5 servers. We were greeted 4 times by the staff saying they were going to come back but never did. The staff was bringing over remotes to a different table before they took us to a table. After 15 minutes we were finally brought to a table that reeked of vomit. I mean like a pungent smell of throw up. We then asked a kind waiter to seat us, which she did. The manager then blamed the hand degreasing sanitizer even though no other tables smelled the same. Just an overall horrible experience. We have been dining at this restaurant for all 7 years we have lived in Georgia and this was the worst experience yet. Please reconsider going to this restaurant if it is in your options. Chili's Grill & Bar is a welcomed and dependable chain when I travel. While they may not list their gluten free offerings on the main menu, they do have an allergen page for gluten available at the hostess stand or online at their website. The number of selections for GF food is nice and provides some what of a choice, which even includes their loaded potato soup. This Chili's is split into two main sections, the dining room and the bar. I happen to prefer the bar at this location due to how loud that the dining room can get and it just seems like a more relaxed atmosphere in the bar. There are plenty of tvs there to catch multiple games while dining. The service is generally quick and good. The food is pretty decent for being a chain. I do like how they now have the tablets at the tables now so that you can pay your bill and leave if your server is busy and you're ready to leave. read more

First time in Georgia so I decided to go to a chain restaurant, and Chili's was the closest, so..... I sat at the bar as it was lunch and I wanted to get caught up on the sports highlights. I was greeted immediately and offered a beverage. There were two servers tag teaming the section, and the team work was exceptional. I asked what was the specialty, ribs, burgers and fajitas. From my experience fajitas are a dicey option, when it is a miss it is a huge miss. So it decided on the burger. The Boss burger had every type of meat you could ask for, so it was a win. The server was in agreement that it was the best burger, and it did not disappoint. This this had rib meat, brisket, a silly amount of bacon and sausage. Not gonna lie, the cheese sausage was a dud. But the extra bacon more than made up for it. The burger by itself was amazing. The extra meats made it epic. The service was fantastic. My drink was never empty. All over the bind refills. Came to this location for dinner. I'm already a Chilis fiend, after working at one for 5 years, so very familiar with their menu. Their menu has something for everybody ... Awesome burgers, salads, steaks, sandwiches, pizza, quesadillas, fajitas, and also tons of healthier options. The kids menu alone has about any option a kid could imagine: corn dogs, grilled cheese, Mac and cheese, grilled chicken, pizza, burgers, chicken sandwich, etc PLUS a ton of healthy side options and drink choices! VERY child friendly. This location was very clean and our waitress was attentive, friendly, and quick on her feet! They also have a pay pad on the table to speed up the payment process plus games on it for children to play, which helped keep our little princess engaged while we decided on dinner. I ordered the buffalo chicken ranch sandwich with a side of corn, plus the El Niño margarita. The sandwich was awesome, but needed more buffalo sauce and corn was very buttery with pepper. The margarita was good but could have been stronger. My honey ordered a black bean guacamole burger and corn, plus a pomegranate drink. Hers was good as well, drink could have been a tad stronger. The princess ordered grilled chicken and broccoli. The chicken was a very big serving size. The broccoli was under steamed but the waitress corrected that right away. It was a slow night and it took almost 5 minutes for anyone to even walk up to the host stand to seat us. Then you get the apathetic waitress who is angry you showed up (but sure to want you to give her your money via a tip) who when asked for napkins just threw them on the table without saying anything and walked away. Got the orders wrong, which was on par for the whole night. But the biggest thing is that one of the meals wasn't even edible because after the first bite a long hair was pulled out. So gross. This Chili's restaurant at Medlock is a disaster. We went last week because it was my daughter (9 years old) birthday. We ordered guacamole and the server "took a life" to bring it. Then we ordered a corn on the cob and also our server told us that there was a mistake and it would take more time to defrost another one etc Finally , we asked our server to please sing happy birthday as they do always with costumers.... and we told him as soon we got in the restaurant. But when we finished our meal our server told us "I'm sorry but everybody is busy so we cannot sing happy birthday" He just gave us a horrible ice cream (bad presentation ) . It was really a stupid excuse our server gave us because there wasn't too many people in the rest. It was Wednesday ! The area very quickly filled up and Julian was juggling everything - seating, taking orders, and delivering our drinks. He was extremely polite and kept checking on us throughout our lunch . Waited 50 minutes for an appetizer. They don't have an online ordering system, it just prints receipts and they don't make the food in a timely or orderly fashion. I arrived 5 minutes prior to the time it was supposed to be ready and they never got back to me with an estimated wait time. 5 minutes after the order was supposed to be done they said 10-15 minutes. Half an hour later I got my appetizer. I had people who got their full meals with a pick up time 10 minutes later than mine get their food and leave well before I was done. Well you don't expect anything spectacular from Chillies, but this place was different. My last visit to Chillies was to their Dunwoody location and the experience was atrocious. We (my Wife and I) had decided to avoid Chillies. Yesterday we decided to go to the John's Creek location on McGinnis Ferry Road with our friends visiting from India. I am glad we did. The food was good but the service was great! Our server Brian took great care of us and made us feel welcome. He was warm, witty, attentive and courteous. I have not been to Chili's in years! Decided to go after hearing they serve a really good black bean burger. I had the best waitress, and I really wish I could remember her name. She was absolutely excellent! Had my daughter there, and got her some veggies and chicken. She ate all her chicken, so that says a lot. Also, they have these little gadgets on the table that you can purchase games for your kids to play and also pay for your tab. Nice! So...ordered the black bean burger, and it was just okay. It was kinda burned around the edges, and not really moist. The bun was good, but with butter and toasted...how could it be wrong? I also had the side of corn on the cob, also very buttered. The simple Santa Fe Salad was just lettuce and chicken, No strips, avocado and ranch dressing as described. Had dinner last night (Valentine's Day) with my husband. We walked in around 5pm and most tables were available. It was not busy yet. However, No waiter/waitress showed up until we stopped one guy asking for our waiter/waitress. Big menu with many combinations. I ordered baby back ribs and my husband had a guacamole burger. I am glad they didn't mess up our food. The baby back ribs had less meat than I thought. It's probably from a skinny piggy. The home style fries were varies. My husband's fries was softer than mine. Four of us came in for a work lunch at around 11:20. The waiter was young and seemed clueless. He messed up drinks order right away so we knew we were in for it with him. We placed the order in right away because we were in a hurry. Two orders of chicken fajita combos, one order of their new Chipotle Chicken fajita and one chicken sandwich. Nothing complicated. The place was almost empty at the time. We never got our drinks refilled and after about 20 min of waiting I flagged down the waiter to inquire about the food. he said they are still working on it. After another 15 minutes I had to flag him down again and ask about the food. he looked like a deer in headlights and said that are making the fries now. Since it was over 35 min wait and we were in a hurry, we asked to see the manager. Another 5 min later the food arrived. The chicken sandwich was the only eatable plate. All 3 fajitas had what looked like boiled and undrained mushy green peppers and onions on the bottom and a boiled unseasoned not marinated sorry looking pieces of chicken breast. It is worth noting that the 2 half portions of fajitas (lunch combos) had much bigger pieces of chicken than the full order. My $13 fajitas had what looked like maybe a 4-5 oz piece. Then the manager finally showed up. We informed him of what happened and that we would not be eating the fajitas. He apologized and offered a replacement. We asked if he can do something quick like a burger. We got the burgers fast, however the fries smelled like rancid corn oil. I'm guessing that they fried them in old corn chip fryer. Manager never showed up again to check on us and our "server" never checked on us either for ANYTHING. I had to yell across the room to get my water refilled. Obviously, we'll never come back. read more
