Incredible service. My son had $25 cash and left it in the seat. We drove back 15 minutes later and they had it waiting for us at the front desk. That's pretty unheard-of. This particular Chili's is voted number one in the country. We like to eat healthy meals and love the lunches at Chili's because of the healthy menu. We also love playing the trivia game with the kids as it is a load of fun and the only place we have been to that offers this type of entertainment for each table. Chili's is always the best place to go, even when you can't decide on a place to eat, choose Chili's because you won't be dissatisfied. They have tons to choose from, from ribs, to hamburgers, to fajitas, and more. My friend and I came here late night and they got our phone number for us to receive a text when our table was ready (which was neat instead of holding onto a buzzer/pager). What I love about Chili's is there 2 for $22 deal which you can spilt among your friend to end up paying $11 each. Which is a great deal for an appetizer and dinner. We ordered the salad and the cajun chicken pasta (without cajun). For dessert, we ordered the molten chocolate cake and skillet chocolate chip cookie. We waited at the front lobby for over 10min. A server and a manager walked by and said they would be with us in a minute. The manager then went in the back for 5 min. The server was working on the remotes for the TVs. When the manager finally came over, I made a comment on how we have been waiting for over ten minutes. She looked annoyed and said there is a pandemic. No apology. Then she took us to a table she had just "cleaned". As soon as I sat down I smelled an overpowering scent of vomit. When I complained about this, she said that was the degreaser spray that they have to use. No apology. Keep in mind there were 5 employees and 4 tables in the dining area. With a family of 6, we have been coming to this location for 7 years. Would think that we would have received better customer service. Especially with the pandemic when customers are even more important then before. read more

Who ever the general manager who has to not only verbally acknowledge and argue with the coworkers reminding them she is the general manager and she demands to be heard. who also worked to years as the kitchen manager and gets really upset about the meaning of "on the side" to the point where her yelling is heard throughout the empty restaurant should probably be reevaluated for her position. Is was annoying and distasteful while waiting for food, in a already annoying atmosphere. There is a time a place to talk to your workers who are more than likely underpaid. No body wants to hear that, I'm sure in the paper work she brought up it also states how to be a better manager. If my boyfriend wasn't here, I would of walked out and by how understaffed they are I figure that would be pretty damaging. We go to Chilis all the time. It's one of my kids favorite place mainly because of the server we have Jimmy. Jimmy is excellent, energetic, fun and treats you like family. However, if he's not your server you may be dissatisfied and highly annoyed with what seems like lack service and just people that should not be in that position. I've gone to this location repeatedly in the last 3-4 years. They've consistently had excellent service. An example I can provide is that on Cinco de Mayo I had placed an order to go. While waiting on my order i received notice that I had to pick up a family member from the hospital as it would be hours before the ambulance was there. I asked the staff about the time and explained why I was asking. My food wasn't ready and the manager, Becky, went out of her way to make sure my food was put together, almost immediately. I think chilis has gone down in quality. We came here after an event at Pinott Pallette, just to grab an app and gab. We ended up getting the triple dipper, The southwest eggrolls were spot on. granted the first time ive ever had them, but they were yum. The boneless buffalo wings were over cooked and gristley ( they are the reason i go here and we left 2 on the plate) and the loaded tater skins were not cooked all the way through. Service was pretty good. We sat at the bar. but overall the food was memorable for the wrong reasons. I usually have to fight with the hubby to come here- I like it and he thinks its waaay too salty but it seems like there are fewer and fewer reasons for me to fight to come here these days. I will give it one more shot when its not 10PM... but I dont have the bar set very high read more

Please avoid this restaurant. I had visited this restaurant last night. This is second time, I had bad experience. We had two servers. First server is very rude. He forgot what appetizer we ordered. He came back to take the actual order. He told we have to pay for every thing (does he think we are going to run away with out paying?). Second server was reasonable. It seems the cook is also not very responsible. The appetizer ordered was burnt. The main course (Chicken) was not fully cooked. So second time left no tip on the table. I started going to Chil's when Applebees closed. This place has become my second home. I always sit at the bar. Alyssa, the 2 Ryan's, Bryan and Hulio are super. I have tried going to other places but after a drink or two my wife always say "Let's go back to where we belong with our people"!! read more

I was overwhelmingly impressed by the level of customer care @ this location. The GM (Natasha) came to our table and apologized for the food issues went had experienced. My adult son and I met here for what we hoped was a pleasant dinner. Instead, problems with the service and the food absolutely ruined our evening. My son's food came 8 minutes after my food, and then his order was wrong. His correct order came to the table long after I was through eating. I ordered a second drink which never came, and he ate his whole meal with no drink at all. After I paid full price, the manager offered a $10 dollar gift card, which I refused. Whenever we feel like Chilis, this is always the location to go! But this visit, OMG! Never again! Our waitress was HORRIBLE! Forgot about our drinks! I finally called her over and she brought them. We always have a good experience here. I really like that you can sign up to earn rewards and free meals. We've never had a bad meal and the staff is always very friendly and fast. Went to dinner there tonight at 5:30 to beat the crowd. Took longer than normal to get the food and when it arrived, the skillet queso was cold as was my ribs. Only thing hot was my fries. The kids ordered their meals with fries and got fruit instead. Took 10 more minutes to get them their fries. Very disappointed. When the manager came by and we expressed our frustration she apologized and cut our bill in half. In addition she gave us coupons for free appetizer and free kids meals. We stood at the door for well over 5 minutes while waitresses ignored the fact that we were waiting to be seated. The manager finally came and told us we could sit in the bar area. We took our seat and two other people sat in tables around us AFTER we were seated. Both tables were acknowledged and served while we were not glanced at. Went in for my 21st birthday, took 5+ minutes to get seated when it wasn't busy. Once I ordered my first margarita, and some food, I ended up with three people check my ID. After I got my margarita, all of a sudden all the employees and managers are continuously pass us watching me like I can't see them. Food took forever to come out. This used to be our go to place till today. Most of them are new staff with less efficiency. There were plenty of empty tables but there was a line of 10 people waiting for at least 20 minutes. No one came and asked how many people and it was a total confusion when the person came and asked. We were just a family of 4. Then finally when we were taken to a table, it wasn't clean. We waited for the waitress to clean, she was wiping the table and putting the crumbs on the floor and the chairs we were going to sit. But never bothered to clean the chair/bench. So to top it off when we were ordering, the waiter was not happy that we asked to share plates. This place used to have a good customer service not sure what happened. read more

Had dinner last night, restaurant was packed but hostess bussed the booth herself and sat us almost immediately with a great attitude. Excellent menu, tons of choices. Excellent server, very accommodating. Kitchen was a little backed up but the food was worth waiting for. Great prices, love the 2 for $22 and you get good size portions. With alot of deals like that, they give you lunch size portions, but not here. The manager was constantly on the floor checking with each table. She was very nice and it's great to see a visible manager, it shows they truly care. Excellent experience, good positive vibe. We love the relaxed atmosphere and the variety of choices that Chili's offers, but even more, we love how we are treated. We tend to go on week day nights about the same time of day and end up getting the same server a lot. He remembers us even if it's been a while and treats us like family. Went in during lunch and ordered a steak and paid extra for asparagus for one of my sides. Food took alittle longer than usually which is fine, because I love the sauteed asparagus with the cherry tomatos and garlic. However, finally got my dish and the asparagus was completely raw. My broccoli was completely raw too. I only ended up eating the 6oz steak and that was it. Our server didn't even ask me how my meal was despite seeing both of my plates were full of untouched veggies and never awknowledged me further accept to tell us how to pay with the electronic payment. She didn't even offer to get me a box to go despite my full plate, but still asked my other coworkers if they wanted one. I ended up leaving still hunry and pissed off. Never had a bad experience with service or food with any Chillis before so this really irritated me. Honestly, I just want my fucking money back, because it was not worth almost 20 dollars to leave hungry. read more
