For the last three months my friends and I have been ordering the grilled chicken kids platter because the portion size is perfect for the clean eating diet we are on. We only came here because we had a gift card. They were unable to accept them today. Order was brought out to the table wrong twice. The first time only one of four items was correct. Fries were cold. The ticket was also incorrect when brought. Not a good experience. Don't like coming here. This was just more evidence of why I don't like coming here. read more

When i walked into Chilis off of Barry Rd, you could feel the energetic atmosphere in the place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. To make sure your visit was the best, some managers would come ask if there was anything you needed and how the service was. From what I saw, all of the servers were nice, and worked together to make your visit nice and fast. At Chilis, the decor matched the atmosphere perfectly! There was bursts of color: red, yellow, blue, and green. There are three main parts of the restaurant: left seating area, right seating area, and the bar in the middle. The bar has a lot of alchoholic beverage advertisments that fill the area. Over all, I think the restaurant really captures the whole grill and bar theme. Last, the food was delicious! I ordered the cheese fries as an appetizer. The fries were perfect , and adding the cheese, bacon, chives, and jalepenos made it to die for! With all the many unique selections, I chose the Bacon Ranch Quesadilla's! The tortilla was nice and crisp. Between the tortillas, there was chicken, cheese, and ranch. Finally, it is never to late to eat dessert! My brother odered a pan baked cookie and i ordered a punpkin spice molten cake! It was balanced with cream ice cream! Went in on a Sunday, and waited a long time for the food, despite the restaurant not being busy at all. Mentioned the need for my daughter, who has celiac disease, to have a gluten free menu. Choices available given, but her half rack of ribs was still brought out all slathered in barbecue sauce. She had to wait yet again for them to be brought without the sauce. Also we initially mentioned the need for splitting the check with our guest, and still the waitress didn't do this. Then she charged us $2.49 apiece incorrectly for two waters. I have currently been charged for the incorrect amount of the check and am awaiting my account one more day to insure I was refunded and then charged the correct amount. I have eaten here a record number of two times. The first time I ate here, it took them about 30 minutes to get my food and drink to me. The place was very dirty and we had to sit at a table that still had someone else's food on it, and they cleaned it up eventually but it took them awhile, which was ridiculous. The food was okay, but we were ignored entirely by our waitress. I eventually refilled my water with water from the bathroom, the service was that inattentive. The second time I ate here, it took slightly less longer for me to get my food and drink, about 20 minutes, and we at least sat at a clean table, while I saw that many others were not so lucky. Our food was okay, but the wait staff is so incredibly bad here that I never want to return. Our waiter actually plopped our food down and never returned. I had to flag someone else down to get a drink. I am not sure if they are just not trained here or what, but I was left waiting on both visits while thirsty, and the food is about a three star rating, nothing special. read more

So I would not recommend.....Just picked up our food order...we did carry out. It was very disappointing. Order nachos and first off... you don't even get salsa with nachos. Then you get a very small container of sour cream and pico enough for 1/4 of your nachos. Cheeseburger was very dry. Use to love going here but have been disappointed lot lately. read more

We ate at Chili's today with family it was beyond disappointing. It took over an hour to get our food. First there was a problem in the kitchen then the server dropped part of our food when bringing it to the table. Some of us ate while others my little granddaughter had to wait on her food. The manager dropped by the table and said thanks for understanding bur when I went to pay guess what they made a $3.99 adjustment to a $50.00 bill for our inconveniences. That was totally unacceptable and I will contact Chili's corporate offices. read more

We order from here for our Friday lunches about once a month or so, and the food is always good! There was one time I didn't get one of the things I ordered, and was already back at the office, so I called them and they gave me a nice gift certificate for over the amount of the item we didn't get. read more
