The flavor was solid, and the grilled onions and peppers were on point. The beans were pretty good too. Now let's talk about the water... absolutely disgusting. It tasted like straight tap water with zero filter. I took one sip and pushed it aside. Thankfully, my margarita saved the day . It was strong, smooth, and totally worth the price. Whoever made it knew what they were doing! Service was fast and friendly, and the food came out quick. Overall, the drink and fajitas carried the meal, but the water was a total fail. I came in while traveling for work and my food options were limited by the time I got to my hotel. It was not busy, but it was a Tuesday. I sat at the bar and was greeted in about 30 seconds. I ordered a drink (the frozen Patron Margarita) they are premade so it came out in about 15 secs. It was ok, very sweet and a Sh-t ton of salt. It's so thick the tiny straws they give you don't work. I ordered the surf and turf, I chose the ribeye. The food came out fairly quick, about 9 mins. Presentation was excellent. The shrimp was very small, flavor was good, just small. The steak was cooked just as I requested, it just had no seasoning. I eventually had to ask for some A1 sauce because there was very little flavor. The mashed potatoes, also not much flavor. Even with the bacon and cheese, there wasn't much going on. I had to ask for salt, but that didn't help much. They had an odd taste, not bad, but not good either. First time dining in at this location after only doing take out a couple times in the past. My family of 4 and I were seated right away. It was a Sat night so I thought there could be a wait. Our server was friendly and patient as we took time to order. I was happy he recommended the 2 for 1 Chardonnay as it was a nice relaxing wine for me. We ordered a cheese pizza for the kids, chicken crispers for my husband and the chicken bacon quesadilla for myself. All the food came out pretty quickly after ordering. I hate that they upped the prices of the 3 for $10 but that's more on the company vs this location. Now the review does lose points due to the silverware being dirty sometimes when we get there otherwise I do like the service. My wife and I stopped in to Chili's to celebrate my 6-year anniversary with my current employer. Although Krystal was not working tonight, we were not let down by the awesome service at the bar. Tonight, Saree was on duty and she was great. Saree was on point with our drinks and kept us posted on ETA's for our food. Tonight, I ordered the wings for the first time. I received 8 wings tossed in buffalo sauce for $10.39 accompanied with blue cheese and celery sticks. The wings were awesome! But I wished Chili's provided at least 1 or 2 more wings with the order. My wife ordered the Boneless Wings and received 12 pieces for the happy hour special of $6. What a great deal but note the calorie content is much higher than the regular wings. A few things to note: * I am disappointed that there are only a few options to choose from for wing sauce. Y'all got to get some garlic or Asian sesame in there somewhere! * There is only one size wing option to choose from. Chili's should offer a 10, 15, 20 option like most restaurants or pizza houses in the area. * The other thing that I thought was strange was Saree's response to substituting a lettuce wrap for the tortilla wrap. The waiter was good but this place was mostly empty. I had a reward and when I went to use it upon checkout was told 3 for me didn't qualify. I added a few items to the bill to get it to a certain level and even the manager wouldn't make an exception for my discount.
