First of all, I'm giving them a star because no stars is not an option. Second, we ordered our food and then another group came in. They got their food way before us. We had to wait over 30 minutes to get two simple meals. The restaurant was not busy and once they dropped our food, the server never came back to check on us. My steak was over cooked. I am very disappointed in how my daughters and I were treated. The lady at the entrance said there will be a 20 minute wait. Which was fine she took our name and phone number which was a Utah number. We waited in front lobby and then after 20 minutes after seeing numerous people being seated and it was about 25 minutes into wait I walked up to the main lobby and a short snobby younger man with brown hair looked at me and rolled his eyes at me and turned to the other waiter and said clear as day. I dont know why people just walk through the door and expect to be seated whatever, then he turns around and says to me in a rude voice, um excuse me are you even on the list to be seated or do you still need to be on it or what.. I say I'm on your list I've been waiting pass the 20 minutes that a was expected and I'm still waiting. He turned around and continued to talk to co worker and about 5 minutes later he said um I'm sorry y manager is really mean and he wants everyone to wait out side in thier cars thanks. we have your number we will call you when your table is ready.. we left and drove and down the street to olive garden and finished our meal and still never received a call from chilis. I glad I didnt wait outside in the middle of the night with my children in a car for a phone call that chilis staff had no intention of calling in the first place.. I gave you a 1 star only because that was the lowest rating. your customer service is shit and your seating assigning is crap you had 2 people sitting at tables for 6 or more and have partys of six waiting to be seated after 30 minutes because of your over sight. Super impressed. My dish was too salty. I mentioned it to my waiter, not as a complaint, but as a reply to his question in regards to how I was enjoying my meal. He sent out the manager who graciously offered to let me choose another entrée without an additional charge. I chose the mango chicken with rice & broccoli and loved it. We ordered through doordash so we took this into consideration with the food. What we got was cold food that was soggy! My husband ordered a medium rare steak that was so dry and overcooked he could barely finish it. The corn was the most disgusting corn I've ever eaten and I ordered it with butter hoping maybe they'd smother it. Instead I got a cup of butter and since the food was cold it didn't melt. I'm going to give this place 3 stars because I really liked the food. The server was really nice too. The goofballs running the front were completely lost though. We were on the road and just stopped here, but we were told it would be a 30-45 min wait. Turned out to be an hour and my two year old was getting fussy. When I got the text saying my table was ready the two guys at front wouldn't even acknowledge me at first. I had to explain to them that my table was ready. After we got past the front desk and sat down we realized that there were a lot of empty tables. I felt bad for the other people waiting so long. Clearly, the management was incompetent and they had people waiting for an hour when there were plenty of open tables. I can't believe someone would put such incapable people in charge. read more

I've been coming to this location for years (and by years I'm meaning 10+ years). My family wanted to take me to this location for my birthday dinner but I talked them into using Door Dash so I could celebrate my birthday in my home with my 7 month old. That way I didn't have to worry about any meltdowns and could still enjoy my favorite place! In everything that I ordered (for example a full order of Texas cheese fries, a bacon ranch quesadilla, a quesadilla explosion salad, etc) I asked for extra ranch dressing because Chili's ranch makes the meal in my opinion. My salad showed up with extra ranch... But my Texas cheese fries showed up with no ranch. My bacon ranch quesadilla showed up with no ranch (Even though I ordered it with both and to add salt to the wound asked for extra ranch on both.) I sure do love dry Texas cheese fries and a dry bacon, RANCH quesadilla. Extremely rude, stuck up staff -except for the bartender, he's awesome- but whenever I order online, my order for two chips and salsa comes to a certain amount but when I go to pick it up they tell me I have to pay extra, in the most condescending tone a waitress could possibly muster. No, it's not the amount that's off-putting, it's the principal of the thing; I'm told my total is this much so that's what I'm paying. I almost never write reviews, unless something really stands out to me. If I get great service, or an excellent meal, I feel like that should be shared. This is NOT that type of a review. In fact, it's gonna be quite the opposite. I have been to Chili's probably a dozen times in my life, so I kinda know what to expect. Last night, the fam decided to order from there, since we were recently given a gift card from some friends. BIG mistake. We wanted to get something for all of us to share, so we figured appetizers would be a great way to do that. We spent the $25 gift card and about 5 additional dollars. We got the 'Triple Play' or whatever they call it. Onion Blossom, Southwestern Egg Rolls and Chicken Crispers. We also got some Texas Cheese Fries, and Chicken Nachos. We ordered it 'To go'. We arrived about 5 minutes before the time we were told it would be available to find our food already sitting out. Which, normally that could be a good thing, no waiting. However, not only was the food cold, none of the food was even close to fresh. It honestly seemed like it was pretty old. My youngest son even asked if this was 'yesterdays appetizers'. He wasn't joking, either. The onion blossom tasted like what I expect rubber bands would taste like. If the rubber bands were old and dirty, that is. We probably threw out 80% of it, because it was just not good at all. We had asked for no jalapenos on the nachos, only to find what seemed like EXTRA jalapenos when we got home. After removing the jalapenos, there was not much of anything left on the nachos, and what was there was (again) old, cold and just not fresh at all. The egg rolls (normally a favorite) were cold, and seemed like they had been sitting for a long time before we got them. Noticing a theme here? Oh, actually the one thing that I need to correct myself about, would be the chicken crispers. They didn't seem old, they were actually very under-cooked and I told my kids not to eat them, because they would probably make them sick. So, those got chucked in the trash too after maybe 2 bites. The sauces we ordered were not only incorrect, but the containers were only about 1/3 full (which is not very much at all). In fact, come to think of it - for $30, I expected there would be more of everything. It really was not a lot of food for that much money. On a positive note, in the end that translated into less food getting thrown out, but still. But most of all, what really bothered me was the fact that ALL of the food seemed like food we could have walked around Chili's and taken off the plates of patrons that had left it there hours earlier (maybe that's what was done?) I was too embarrassed to even offer the food to my dogs. And they will literally eat out of a garbage can if given the chance. I kinda wish I had taken pictures of this stuff, but looking back, that'd mean I'd have to revisit the experience, and I'm happy to not have to do that. Shame on you Chili's. This was such a bad experience that I don't know if I will ever go to another one of your restaurants. I imagine that if we had eaten inside the restaurant, the food may have been marginally better. But, this should not be the case. If you can't give a half-decent experience to your To-Go patrons, don't offer the service. Serving people food unfit for animals is a disgrace that not even dollar menu places would do. The only redeeming thing from the whole night was that the food was nearly free, thanks to the gift card. However, I will tell those friends that should they ever want to give us another gift card, please make it for literally ANYWHERE besides Chili's! read more

I'd give this Chili's ZERO stars if it would let me. We called ahead, we were told we had a 15 min wait. Arrived and waited 40 min to find they had taken our party of 7 off the waitlist. They seated us as fast as they could after that (another 10 min), our poor waitress complained about other employees before taking our order. We had to ask for refills of water. 3/7 of us got our orders about 30 minutes later. 4/7 of us waited almost 2 hours, while the other 3 had finished eating by the time our food arrived. We asked to speak to manager. He came (not even sure he was the manager) and apologized and offered us desserts- which we didn't have time for at that point, so he said he would give us a discount. Everyone, except for me, got a $2-4 discount. I did not, and had to remind the waitress I didn't want to pay full price for a meal I couldn't eat. It was awful. Some waited 50 mins for their chips and salsa....which they ran out of. I waited an additional 30 minutes for three salads. The gal running register was overwhelmed and needed help. The manager came out but never addressed any of us. It was ridiculous, poorly managed and obviously unexpected which is unrealistic on NYE. Will go elsewhere next time. read more

My friend and I ordered the chicken/carnitas fajitas, with chips and guacamole on the 2 for $20 menu to go. The chicken fajitas were ok which came with some sour cream, cheese, salsa, onions, and all that other jazz to add to them. The chips are really really good! As well as the salsa they come with! The guacamole on the other hand is quite disgusting (tossed it in the trash were it belonged) and the sour cream was really really runny which I didn't want to eat because it was most likely sitting in the warm or old. We did not enjoy our night out to Chili's. We decided to sit at the bar, but waited forever for our food. My chicken was cold and my husbands meal was wrong. We had to send it back and start all over. The manager came to our table to apologize and said he would be comping our meal. When we went to pay, it was still full price. We then come to realize he meant he was comping the meals that were wrong and cold. Why would he be telling us he would Comp our meal? Were we supposed to pay for the meals that weren't done right? Decent spot. Not my fav of the local chains, but overall not too bad. Menu seems to change a lot. For some that might be an issue. Not yet for me as they still have my favorite item on the menu. If you are a margarita connoisseur they have a variety of options. Beer selection is simple and boring (I enjoy beer options, NOT just your typical domestics). they do have a decent deal if you're with another 2 for $20 deal which is always nice. My husband and daughter went to pick up our carry out order only to be greeted by a hostess that was wearing ear phones, directed to the bar to get the food, and then proceeded to be yelled at (!) by some dude in a pony tail since my daughter wasn't 21 years old. Completely rude and uncalled for. Then they went to sit at a table in the restaurant to wait for the food only for ponytail dude to throw the food in their lap. My husband yelled and then he picked up the bags of food and placed it on the floor...To add insult to injury - they didn't put any napkins, cutlery, or straws in the $80 order takeout bag. I'm not sure why after so many bad experiences with this Chilis location did I ever decide to give it another chance. We went there for my son's birthday and after standing at the front door for 15 minutes, wondering if there was a hostess or if any of the servers were ever going to acknowledge the large line forming at the door a man finally came over and took the first group back, then about 5 more minutes passed with him just wandering the restaurant before he came and led the next people back. By this time there was a large line forming, but we were the next ones up so I thought it would be ok, so when he came back a couple minutes later and asked us how many were in our party I told him 5 and he then proceeded to tell me it would be 25-40 minutes. It was 8:30p.m. and at this point and we decided to take our business elsewhere. read more

Should have known when we first walked in and the 2 hostesses working had no clue what they were doing and watching them work was like watching the dog in Up (squirrel). Two groups the same size as ours were seated before us even though they came in after we did. We didn't get our appetizer of chips and salsa, salad was forgotten on one of the meals, wrong meat source in another meal. Wasn't just our table either, overheard the table behind us was also having issues and also watch a table across having issues as well.
