Been here twice in the past month. Both times had GREAT service from Dominic. He is so positive, friendly, helpful, attentive and genuine. Our food was good both times. Grilled chicken breast avocado sandwich was a 9/10. Also have enjoyed Fajitas, chicken tender salad, and awesome potato soup. My husband and son liked the chili queso more than me. The club sandwich was very average, fine, but I would not order again. $6 presidential margs very tasty. read more

Ordered to go last night. Not satisfied with my food although the man who took my order was competent and the food was ready on time. I got an appetizer of fried pickles, don't order these; they were over seasoned and completely saturated in oil from the deep fryer- I threw them away, so gross. I also placed two orders of fajitas. The onions and bell peppers weren't cooked all the way, they almost seemed microwaved, no grill marks whatsoever. Cooking the vegetables properly on fajitas is key, especially at $15.00 per plate. I don't recommend this location, however, I had the same Black Bean and Vegetable Fajita plate at the Southwest Plaza location and it was fabulous. read more

I come here occasionally. Food is pretty good. I love the southwest egg rolls and staff is always very friendly and quick. Enjoy the laid back atmosphere of a couple of drinks and good food. I got the grilled chicken salad once and the chicken was not tender but have since gotten the grilled chicken sandwiches and it was better (although I wish there was more avocado) so I think the one time must have been a fluke. I've go here from time to time and the service is always great and the food is good, but just average. I was there yesterday and ordered the Lunch Combo chicken fajitas and that was a mistake. The chef simply grilled some onions and a couple varities of peppers then laid a pre-cooked, sliced, unseasoned chicken breast on top of the veggies (not even grilled!!). They were the worst fajitas I've ever had and I should have sent them back but I was hungry and didn't feel like going through an ordeal. MyBad!! FYI, their beer selection is weak.. they carry the usual staples and a few craft beers distributed by the major beer companies but nothing interesing, especially IPAs which are huge right now... Goose Island IPA on tap which I dislike (an AB product) and Sierra Nevada Torpedo in bottle. This town is loaded with top notch craft beer and why they chose to ignore it is beyond me. read more

I've been at Chili's customer for over 20 years I went into the Chili's on Kipling and C470 tonight to have dinner, I know it is during covid-19 the hostess set me at a table and I sat there for over 30 minutes and waited for somebody to come ask me what I needed to drink or eat or any of that and everybody else around me got served and I didn't so I got up and left and told him I had horrible service they didn't even tell the server that I was sitting there I've normally had good service at this restaurant. But I think the Lacs in management and a key person upfront to keep people on track is what this restaurant needs! read more

Horrible service. no one here knows what customer service is or how to provide it. We walked in and were told we would have to wait even though there were many empty tables available. The kid at the front mumbled so badly I had to ask him to reapeat himself over and over again. After we sat and waited for apparently no reason he sat us at the one of the many empty tables I mentioned before. We then had a server who also mumbled and seemed to lack any desire to be working with people. He seemed rushed to take our order even through we were not ready and then completely disappeared. The overwhelming theme of this restaurant was "Go away. You're bothering us". I will not be back to this chilis again. read more

This location used to be great and recently they went though a reorganization and brought in new management transferred some staff and it now reflect in their quality. We stopped in last night ordered our food, about 10 min after ordering our waitress informed us that they were out of broccoli so we switched to asparagus after about 2 more min they informed us that they were out of asparagus, my wife's salad came out on a hot plate, my ribs were ordered without sauce came out dripping with sauce, my in-laws salmon came out in an unusually small portion. The manager apologized profusely and comped us our meal. Although the food was bad our waitress was extremely attentive. The drinks were tasty also. P.S. Chili's you took away some really great items from you menu. read more

The Southern Pairing where you pick three items for less than $10 is a super deal. The 2 for $20 includes an appetizer too. Hard to beat if you are on a budget. I give the food three big stars, and the price makes my review a good four stars! read more

Always have a bad time at chilis. Food is ok, but service was bad. Under ten people in the restaurant and it took over 45 min for food. It wasn't the kitchens fault but our server's. Food was cold. Server forgot about us when she only had another table to attend to. read more

Once in awhile we will pick up to-go from Chilis in various parts of Denver. We happened to be near this location we ordered online for pick up. We ordered the Ribs/Chicken and the Mexican trio. When we got home and opened our meals the Mexican trio was missing the two sides and the meal itself was just a mess; the chicken was chewy and no sauce or salsa to salvage the meal. The Ribs and Chicken were dry as well and again there was no sauce to accompany the meal. We called to let them know and the person who answered the phone laughed and said, "I will comp you for the sides, $1.00." When we then asked for the manager's contact information he then said "okay I'll comp you for half your meal" and laughed again... We declined and will be reaching out to the manager. We have been to many locations and have had very good experiences. This location however, the food was poor quality and the service was horrible. Won't be back. read more

Went in for a quick bite. Two and a half hours later we were out of there. Poorest service ever. We should have know we were in for it when we starting hearing all the other tables around us were having problems with there bils. Sure enough, after getting the wrong food and cold food, we were told that we would be compensated on our bill. Further examination of the bill shows us that they charged us for stuff we didnt order and then put that ammount as a "comp" on the bill. NEVER AGAIN read more

Sadly, just average.. I'm giving this place 2 stars because the food was so bad and the waiting staff saved it from being a straight zero. The food is absolutely lacking and tastes old, even looks it too. One of my table mates was served brown mashed potatoes with his baby back ribs and slaw. He only ended up eating the slaw and a few bites of my overly salty sirloin. The waiting staff was so attentive and friendly, and the decor and the menu looks great... it's just sad that the food doesn't hold up to the rest of the experience. Stopped in for lunch. Sat at our table for more than minutes without a waiter. One walked by and looked but didn't even offer a greeting. We left and stopped at the Chilis at SW Plaza. The bartender did a great job of tending to me, the entire bar, and seating guests coming in as there seemed to be no staff there to help her. I would suggest the manager wear gloves next time she's helping with food in the back as I watched her from the bar scooping fries and when she dropped one on the counter, use her bare hands to put it on the plate for a customer to eat without knowing. I ordered a to go meal for my wife, my 3 year old and myself. 3 cheeseburgers and a queso appetizer. Was told 20 minutes until it is ready. 50 minutes later I got my ice cold, hard burgers. They had been on the shelf for probably 20 minutes before they gave them to me. Returned home with cold, overcooked garbage that took far too long to prepare and cost me $33. She did offer to remake them but we didn't have time. The mashed potatoes were dry and they don't offer any kind of gravy with them. The asparagus was very poorly cooked. Love this Chili's ! The young man who greeted us was very friendly, attentive and funny. We were seated almost immediately in a quiet cozy booth. Our server took very good care of us and checked by very frequently to see if we needed drink refills or anything else. The manager, Natalie, even came by twice to welcome us and make sure we were satisfied with our food and service. My husband always orders the dry rub ribs and I had the penne alfredo with grilled chicken and both were amazing! Great food, great service, I recommend this restaurant to everyone, you can't go wrong. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The behavior of the manager on duty, DJ, was atrocious and despicable. They held on to my credit card for longer than necessary because they had issues with the gift cards I was trying to use. Excuse me, but I had been waiting for more than 10 minutes to leave. That's unacceptable. I called and spoke to the manager and he was rude. I wanted to know what he would do to make it right and keep my business. He asked me what he should do I and I told him he needed to make that choice. He persisted about a technology problem, yeah I get it, but not my fault. Then he rudely told me that technology has issues. Okay, look, I'm not stupid. I'm very educated. So, I got aggressive and he was like "you're raising your voice at me and it makes me not want to help". Excuse me? Your technology is not my problem. I pay to eat. My business contributes to your salary and the ability to have a job. I hung up with my final comments being a negative review - here it is. Additionally to the rude behavior of the manager, it was very slow and the service was extremely poor. Don't come to this location unless your life depends on it. There are better Chili's around with excellent customer service. I will be contacting corporate about this man's unruly behavior. My husband and my family will not be dining here again. read more

It's a chain restaurant so you know what to expect, food that is a bit bland. Chilis is terrible now. Food is not worth the price. Fell like their ingredients are lower quality and smaller portions, but prices are higher. This location the service is hit or miss. Went last night for a child's birthday. Order chips and quac, never came. Waters never refilled. Had to flag the waitress down to place an order. End of the night we have to pay on the table tablets. Guess what, charged for the apps. We wait and wait and wait. The waitress does not return. After 20 minutes, my family decides to go for a walk outside while I wait and wait trying to flag someone down. Finally someone comes, they take off the apps, but no apology at all or acknowledgement that gee you waited so long your family left. Awful experience and will not be back. read more

We were seated at a dirty table and waited 10 minutes before I finally got the host to track down a waitress. The food wasn't good, and I had to track down the host to fix it (don't know where our waitress was). The food still wasn't very good, but I didn't want to wait anymore. We didn't have a ziosk to access my points - took the manager 25 minutes to get it up and running (again, not sure where the waitress was). I am placed in various parts of the restaurant, and I always have horrible service. Sometimes I only get one drink with no refills, because my server cant be bothered to check on me. What an absolute horror story of a restaurant. Service is mediocre, and that is being generous. We paid at the table on their machine and requested a receipt. It didn't print one. We asked both people that had dealt with us for a receipt. They said they would get one. 15 minutes later I demanded to see the manager, since no one could produce a receipt. He sauntered his way from the back and gave me my receipt. When I told him what ridiculous service they had, he shrugged and said "sorry". Never again. I work close by and we used to frequent this place. Now we'll just drive further to a Mexican restaurant where the service is outstanding. I'm not sure how they fail to see that the customer service is as important as the quality of the meal. read more
