I've been an avid Chili's fan for years so when my boyfriend & I moved to Southern California, I knew I had to find my new Chili's home. If you live in the area, you have to come to this location, sit in the bar area, and ask for Courtney. She has been our server twice now, months apart, and remembered us & our orders. She is so sweet & truly goes above and beyond in terms of service. We also came in for our anniversary dinner and were served by Amy in the bar area - Another awesome waitress. This Chili's is better than the crowded ghetto one on Century Blvd. Maybe I should've kept that secret to myself but now you know & you're welcome :) I prefer coming to this one for happy hour, although I live much closer to the other Chili's, but to me it's very much worth the drive. The service was good, food was good. I have no complaints...especially knowing that you can Uber yourself back home. Winning! My favorite here for happy hour is the spinach artichoke dip, it's so delicious along w/ their southwest egg rolls. read more

Went to Chili's last night for a school fundraiser. Arrived at about 7:00pm and was told the wait was 10-15 min. Ended up waiting about a half hour. So not the best experience off the bat. We were finally seated and ordered for the kids. Then on the next round we ordered our own food. It took roughly 30 min for the kids' food to come out and even longer for our entrees (the appetizer came out quickly). Folks that had sat down earlier than us left before us. Folks that ordered later than us received their food sooner than us. And our server was rarely to be seen. It's too bad. One of the other servers checked in on us once and our server apologized twice to the delay but that consideration mostly kept the experience from being a one-star experience. I enjoyed my honey-chipotle honey crispers (w/ fries and corn) and my wife didn't care for her mango-chile tilapia. The kids had cheeseburgers. The silver lining was the price tag. The kids meals were $4.99 (quite reasonable for what came (chocolate milk, fries, cheeseburger). We did the 2 for $20 deal (half margherita flatbread and the two entrees). So price-wise quite reasonable. But we didn't get out until 8:45, the kids skipped their baths for the night and it was overall a sub-par experience. I get that volumes may have been up due to the fundraiser but I hate the bait/switch at check-in, as well as the slow service. If at least they checked in on us throughout, I would raise it an extra star. Not going back again for a long time, I sense from the wife. read more

Not a fan of this location. We had to wait for the hostess who was just standing around talking, then we had to wait 10 minutes for our waitress to even come by, the cook messed up the cook on a steak twice (medium is not too hard to master, especially when you offer a color chart on the menu), our appetizers took forever to come out but the meal came out much quicker. All in all, I would not go back to this location unless it's for a margarita. People that came 20-30 minutes afterus got their appatizers and meals before us and left. Food is usually decent but service is on/off. The bartenders are usually very attentive. The glasses are always filthy. Lipstick and gunk. Our glass tonight had a wad of tissue in it. We asked for a replacement and the waiter in the bar section scoffed and said "It's just ice, bro." Come on now. That was a dirty napkin. We even fished it out to show him. We offered to pay for the clean drink and cancelled our order because it's kind of hard to trust the waiter after he gets so peeved about basic hygiene. Decent Chilli's. Very clean and staff is very friendly. However, I can't understand how a specific order can't be completed as requested. I am a fan of chicken strips...you could say that it is my comfort food. About a year or so ago they changed the recipe that they use for battering their chicken strips from fluffy and thick to a thin batter that is supposed to be "more healthy". If I wanted to eat healthy I wouldn't be ordering chicken strips. So to combat this change in the recipe, I order my chicken strips there with extra batter/extra fluffy. At any of the other Chili's I have been to they always make the chicken strips the way that they used to when I ask: nice and thick batter. But this Chili's and it's cooks can't seem to get the hang of it. Disappointed. Other than the fact that I can't get what I want, everything else is SOP and good! Parking can be a little bit of a challenge there because there is very little parking directly in front of the restaurant and you have to compete with Coco's patrons for parking. read more

My boyfriend and I went here for lunch. The appetizer plate that we picked included big mouth burger bites, chipotle bbq chicken wings and avocado egg rolls. It was the bomb. I got a low calorie dish which included a small steak, salad, grilled garlic and tomatoes on the side and grilled avocado slices. It also came with a lime dressing on the side. It was so good, you would not think it was healthy too. My man loved the ribs and sides. The margarita I got was really good too. Our server was really attentive, nice and offered excellent service. Cold coffee, missing soup, failure to bus the table as dishes were finished, promise of a birthday surprise for one of our party went unfulfilled, niceties not coupled with performance, and a disappointing display of exaggerating the quantity of cheese on the fajitas with a cheap out-of-date lettuce trick made the visit a huge disappointment. Average food and smiles avoided a single star rating. Worst of all, I was dumb enough to leave a $7.38 tip on a $49.62 bill. ------- After posting this review I reviewed an apparently sincere call from the company. 2012 Milkshake Catastrophe I used to LOVE Chili's milkshakes. They were so good. Best ever even. But not anymore. I just spent $26 to buy 6 of the worst milkshake's I've ever seen in my entire life. And I'm 30 years old. So that's a lot of life lived. And a lot of milkshakes drank. Cons: -they got rid of their shake machine -the ingredients cost them 38 cents per shake -it tastes horrible -the ingredient list --1 whole cup of ice --a half a scoop of ice cream --some moo milk (chocolate milk) --some squirts of chocolate sauce -the cup wasn't even filled up all the way (must not have used enough ice) -it took forever for them to make -it tasted like a frozen watered down yoo-hoo. really watered down Pros: -it had to be under 46 calories for an entire cup of milkshake -it's probably a decent milkshake for someone who is semi lactose intolerant I can't state this enough. I will NEVER go back to Chili's for at least a year. Hopefully ever. Unless it's to buy some tortilla chips. Hopefully, they haven't outsourced those to their bartenders as well. I'm severely disappointed. I didn't even drink my shake. I'm going to McDonald's on the way home. Who makes a milkshake with 3/4 ice per volume????? INSANE!!!! I was at this location a week ago for the first time in a very long time. We had to wait 20 minutes to be seated, although there were empty booths throughout the restaurant. Our waitress took our drink order, consisting of a margarita and 2 waters. After a long wait she returned to take our food order. The wait for the food was even longer and at one point we asked if she would check on the order. The ribs and corn on the cob were cold when I received the food. The corn on the cob was soft and messy from all the stuff they put on it. On top of that the waitress was unable to clarify why we were charged for 2 sides that should have been included in our meals. We will not return to this location or any other Chili's (if this represents their standard of service). read more

Went to this Chili's for lunch on Tuesday with 7 of my co-workers. We went around 11:45am so it wasn't the full lunch rush yet. Walked into the restaurant, there was no hostess so we stood at the stand and waited. The bartender looked up, saw us standing there and continued to do what she was doing. Another waitress walked by us, looked at us, and kept walking. This happened several more times for about 5-10 minutes before someone finally came over and asked up what we needed. We told them we needed a table for a party of 8. They didn't apologize for us waiting and went and fixed the table. Finally seated, the waitress comes over and takes our drink order (4 purchased drinks and 4 waters). They deliver the drinks... and then we wait.... and wait... and wait. Finally after watching the waitresses and manager look at us and continue walking by over and over again, we decided to leave. Someone in our group tried to flag them down, but... you guessed it, they looked at us and then kept on walking. Finally we decided to leave and head to Olive Garden just across the parking lot. 2 members of our party waited behind to pay for the purchased drinks). Apparently it took them even more time to get the manager to come by and when she finally did, she told them she was basically waiting for us to leave. The manager gave my co-workers a ripped receipt that didn't have the check number on it. I had to walk back to the restaurant and request the manager again who took her sweet time coming over to speak with me. I told her I needed a copy of the receipt with the check number on it so that I could report the incident to their corporate office. I have eaten at this chili's before (several times) even a couple of times with this group of co-workers and we have never had a bad experience like this one. First time I came here I was hungry like a wolf and ate Bottomless Chips & Salsa, Jalapeño Onion Rings, and a Peppered Beef Hamburger with fries .... I ate it ALL!
