Casual dining in an excellent location, steps away from Manhattan Village and The Point. Orders take too long. Food presentation was not good and meat not cooked. 3 stars (and not one) because Salsa and chips were fresh. Mashed potatoes were really tasty. Drink was good. Enjoyed the Triple Dipper. No customer service. They will leave you sitting at the table 15 mins even if it's not busy. Entrees and appetizer came out together. Unprofessional environment. Staff standing around talking to each other and or scrolling through their phones, disinterested in being at the restaurant. Had to find someone to take payment. Enter at your own risk. read more

This had to have been one of my worst restaurant experiences ever. First and foremost, my girlfriend and I love Chili's. However, this location is TERRIBLE. They're understaffed, and the one's who are working are high school kids who don't care about this job whatsoever. I had to ask 12 different times (yes, I counted TWELVE TIMES) for a margarita. I wound up walking up to the bar myself and getting it straight from the bartender, which is absolutely insane if you think about it. The staff were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Food was lackluster, and did not have the specifications we asked for (sauce on the side). My waitress did not care at all about my poor experience. Just a quick "sorry, here's your check" Overall just disappointed. I understand mistakes can be made, but when there's a clear lack of care or effort to remedy, it's sad and frustrating. read more

During a family gathering, Chili's gift cards were offered up. Chili's was the spot back in the day. I quickly looked up this location, and decided to give them a try again even with all the bad reviews. We ordered online for in person pick up. It was poorly lit inside and the smell of an old rag was circulating throughout. This location felt like it had definitely given up. The girl working the counter was friendly and the food was ready when I arrived. I got to the car and I was a bit shocked when I checked the food to make sure there was no cheese on my burger. I ordered a medium burger and it was completely overcooked and strange looking. Portion size was ridiculous for the price as well. I decided to suck it up and drive home. Maybe the taste would win me over. Four meals were ordered and all were either over or undercooked. Both burgers had meat that crumbled and fell apart. The fries tasted as if the oil was reused a thousand times. The chicken tenders were a soggy mess and lastly the ribs were undercooked. The health department needs to give this place a visit. I decided to call the customer service number and report. No response yet from the restaurant itself. Everything was thrown away. read more

My husband and I went to this location recently, about 6:30pm. We were not greeted upon arriving and, flyer waiting for about 7 minutes, decided to seat ourselves in the bar area. We walked to an open booth and we're not greeted by anyone so we stopped a hostess to ask if we could seat ourselves and was told that it was ok. Upon sitting down, we noticed that the seats were uncomfortable and worn but, at this point, we decided to stay. Our feet kept sticking to the floor because the floor was dirty, and we waited for almost 10 minutes before our server addressed us. She seemed to be the only server in the area at the time, and was serving 3 tables simultaneously. Her service was ok, we felt rushed as we gave her our orders. When our appetizer was brought to our table, we had no napkins, utensils, or plates to use. We had to repeatedly ask for everything we needed to eat our food. When my order of SIZZLING fajitas was brought to the table, it was NOT sizzling....it was barely warm. We had to flag someone down to ask if it could be taken back to the kitchen to be warmed up and thankfully, the server assisted us. My husband's shrimp were also cold and needed to be sent back to the kitchen as well. Overall, the visit was less than pleasing. Thankfully, we had some assistance from the staff but it was annoying to have to ask for things that should have been readily available. Also, looking at an overflowing trash can and dirty dishes and counters is not a good view. It made me loose my appetite so I packed up the majority of my meal to enjoy at another time. Chilis is a place for when you're starving or wanna share a plate. Don't be fooled by the menu the portions sizes are crazy for what you purchase. Atmosphere - They are following social distancing seating. We were seated near the bar which was filthy! There were used glasses and dishes stacked everywhere. Given the issues with COVID-19, this has to be a health code violation! The server was also the bartender and used her BARE HANDS to place the limes on the rim of the glasses! EWWW! We arrived at 11:30 on a Saturday (it wasn't busy) and there was at least 3-4 servers. No one ever came to the podium to seat us. We just stood there for almost 10 minutes and all of the servers looked at us and just acted like we weren't there. I finally took a seat myself. From there the service was good (we sat in the bar). But I was already irritated because the bartender was one of the ones who just gawked at us waiting and literally didn't walk 5 feet over to seat us. A "big mouth" burger for sure...there's no way to bite into this I literally ate it's separate components, lol. BF got the shrimp fajitas ($16.99) and commented the shrimp was sort of charred (well...it comes on a sizzling platter so understandable). Cheesy enchilada soup was delicious per usual ($3.99 with an entree). Place was PACKED on Saturday evening and they do not take reservations (only for large groups). What can I say about this restaurant.... If I wanted to be ignored, I can have that done to me for free at the DMV. It is painfully obvious that the service staff probably MUST be here as some sort of work-release program. No one wants to be here. Between the really bad food (cold, old, tasteless) and the bad service (waited for someone to even notice that we walked in), I'm really wondering how this place is still here. They need to be put out of their misery so hopefully the last thing we remember was Chili's in their heyday in the early 90s. This place is as happy as the COVID wing of a hospital. First time to this location in a very long time. We arrived at a busy time (early Sunday evening). We were told the wait would be about 20 minutes and the waiting area looked pretty packed. We also tried another nearby restaurant and they had the same wait time so we figured we would stay here. In about 10 minutes we were told our table was ready! Great! We were seated in a half booth and there was enough room on the side of the table to park our stroller. We didn't plan to bring in the stroller but our daughter fell asleep and we didn't want to wake her unless we needed to. We ordered the dinner for two special for 30 bucks. It included an appetizer, 2 entrees, and a dessert! The list of approved items was fine. We easily found choices for all the meals. To start we ordered the chips and guac and I ordered the chicken fajitas. My husband ordered the mango chicken and for dessert we chose the cookie skillet. My dad ordered a neat deal: meal for 1, which included a drink, appetizer, and entreé. My dad had a unique order for the chili. He wanted the sauce poured on top instead of mixed in. And they got it right! The only hiccup was that our chips and guac appetizer was never brought to our table. It would have been helpful to snack on them because the food took awhile to arrive. Even when our food was finally brought to our table we had to remind the server we ordered the chips and guac with the meal deal. So after we said something they brought the chips and guac out much later. Oh well. They weren't that good anyway. The chips were so thin you couldn't even have a small scoop of guac on your chip. You had to use a fork and carefully place it on the chip...and it might still break! The mango chicken and the chicken fajitas were fine. Nothing special. I noticed mostly onions for my grilled veggies, I wish there was more of a variety with that. The dessert cookie was delicious! Freshly baked chocolate chip cookie with a scoop of ice cream. Can't do much better than that! Perfect size for sharing. All in all, even with the appetizer mishap we still had a nice dinner and we would be happy to return here again. read more
