That makes no sense--if they batch their reports nightly, they should be able to look up the transaction and refund it properly. After going back and forth for a few minutes, I decided to leave. This experience is unacceptable. The way they handle customers and basic service issues is completely disappointing. I tried giving them a second chance, and they completely fumbled again.
