Chilis Mililani is my go to Chilis location, haven't been in a while and decided to stop by the other day for our first meal of the day. Service was good, food was good. He was very professional yet friendly when taking our order and made the process easy. Jason said that he was working on the 4th and graciously agreed to accommodate our special requests. Going to these type of restaurants you are expecting a uniform type of meal and ambiance. That's exactly what we got. Sometimes regular uniform things are just what you need! The drink was absolutely delicious and perfect alcohol to sweetness ratio margarita! The food was great and a huge portion ( enough for seconds to take home!). Ire, our server, was of great service and was able to efficiently get our orders right and on time. We had chips and salsa and queso (not pictured) and when the queso came out cold and not delectable looking, Ire immediately took it off the bill for us and it was no big deal. Chili's in Mililani is a great place to have lunch and just hang. Service was absolutely amazing! We started out with chips and salsa with guacamole then hours later order the half rack of ribs with fries and coleslaw, then later coffee. Lunch was delicious! Service was so amazing that we went through 3 waitress and they were very polite that we were there for hours to just hang out! Located in Mililani shopping center with lots of parking and lots of others shops and eating business. Got there around 1:00 pm was 2nd in line was informed it would be 10 mins wait and if I wanted to wait please give them my cell number and wait in my car and they will text me when to come in. They had everyone spread out and it was set up one way in and another exit to leave from, the staff was all busy cleaning and wiping down as soon as customers left. Good to see they are on top of the cleaning to keep the virus away from customers. We tried the unlimited chips, salad, soup but I changed it to chili for and extra $2.00. During this crazy time, I thought it'd be nice to order food to go. Support a business and not have to cook! I got there at my assigned time and ended up waiting in line for 10minutes before I could give the server my name. She said my order wasn't ready yet, gave me a recipe and I stood in the parking lot with many others. As I'm patiently waiting, I start noticing how all these people with huge orders keep getting their food no matter where they were in line. A man came up(a delivery service) went straight to the table said some number and Bam! Orders right away. More people are getting their orders...I'm still waiting. Then another delivery service, Bam! Instant orders. Still waiting...another delivery service arrives same thing. Even the lady next to me, whose order they lost, got her food. Are you kidding me?! Now it's dark, there are 4 people left in the parking lot and I've been waiting 45mins+ for my order. Went to the table to ask if they can just cancel it. She asks for my name for the third time and said they're just packing it up now. Finally it's given to me. I apologized that it was crazy for them then got a quick thanks for waiting and that was it! It's a huge problem when the customer is more empathic then the company. Nothing like getting home, after waiting an inexcusable amount of time, finding there are missing items and your food is barely warm. Lesson: 1- take the lazy route and use a delivery service. Chilli's is always consistent. Is that good or bad? I'm not sure. I had the burger. It was decent. Was I disappointed? NO. Would I crave it and be trying to come back every chance I get. Also no. However this meal was more about friends getting together after not seeing each other for a while. So we knew what we would get,and that was ok. The company made the food better. The drinks were nice. Service was slightly slow which was disappointing since it slow. But all in all it was the same as every other chilli's I have been too. Our queso came out cold and had to be sent back and reheated. My husband's ribs also came out cold. They made a whole new dish and by the time it came back out we were all done with our food and he ended up packing it to go. My bar burgers were on the bland side and rather dry. Now for the service... Our waitress Christine was awesome! She kept up with my family of swillers (the 3 of them can each drink their own pitcher at dinner) making sure we always had a drink. She was very attentive even though it was a busy Saturday night. I really appreciated her upbeat and friendly attitude. The manager Janie made up for all the errors by comping my husband's meal and a dessert. She also came over and let me know that after discussing the call ahead situation with her gm they decided it would only apply to larger parties, so if your a family of 4 or less you can still call ahead for seating. Although we had a reservation, there was a small wait of 10 minutes at the front reception area. Once seated, we were greeted by our server, Caitlyn, who did an excellent job. She was very attentive to our needs, describing the various items on the menu and patiently taking our orders ( we had three children under 10 that were indecisive). Her pleasant demeanor made the dinner an enjoyable event. The food was plated beautifully and tasted even better. The rib eye, sirloin, and ribs were cooked perfectly, the salads were fresh, and the dessert was broke da mouth. Normally we get good service but it seemed like, from my observation, that our waiter was prejudice. He gave the haole customers MUCH better service than us. My dad asked for napkins ... it took him 10 mins to bring us napkins?? All he said was ... oh I'm sorry, I forgot. Everyone seemed to work well with each other that night but him. We had to ask for every little thing and it took an hour for our food to come. It was somewhat busy but not slamming busy. I felt sorry for the manager on duty as we weren't the only ones who had complaints that night. Needless to say, I lost my appetite and barely touched my plate. We are a family of 5 and by the time our family was acknowledged we knew what we wanted, but the server would only take our drink order at that time. He did not offer refills on our drinks (soda) we had to ask several times before done. Once we did order 4 of 5 meals came out and my husbands didn't come out for an additional 25 mins. At that point we of course we done and when my husbands did come out he asked for them to be boxed bc we needed to get home for bedtime. It was a horror show from start to finish. Great ambience with lots of lighting and tv screens to entertain. They offer different specials throughout the year so always be on the look out. I had the Smokehouse Combo with bbq chicken, chicken crispers and half rack of ribs (extra 3 dollars). You can choose different styles of ribs. Original, dry rub.... etc. As well as different style chicken crispers. So there can be quite the variety each time. The sides were a perfect match. Corn, garlic bread, fries and pickles. Food was flavorful and appealing. Kids love the queso and bottomless chips. One thing neat is the portable tablet they have on each table. You can check out specials, play games, see menu items and pay your bill from it anytime you want. Playing games requires a fee. Overall another great family dining experience from this location. We went to Chilis at 3pm It wasn't very crowded . At first they were going to seat us in a booth by the bar. Look on your video tape all the booths were full , so I asked to sit on the other side. I know going in that this probably is not going to be the best breakfast considering Chili's is not known for breakfast. However, I figured how hard is to make breakfast, the easiest meal of the day. About 5 mins later she took my order. 20 minutes later I got my order, which I though was fast considering the large crowd. My scramble eggs was yellow, like it should be, and there was many pieces of black something in the eggs. Not sure if its pieces of black grease from bacon, etc...My TEXAS toast was a half slide of a thick white bread and not toasted. My country fried potatoes were tiny squares of potatoes, fried, and that's about it. The pieces were so small and hard. I ordered Portuguese sausage and got pork sausage instead. I love Chili's, I do. I love their chips and salsa, so crispy and fresh, love their margaritas, love their fajitas, pasta, burgers and country fried steak and my most favorite, their molten cake! Their emails/ rewards program is awesome. They send out frequent email deals and coupons BOGO's, $10 off $30 and free chips and salsa when dining in. Their country fried steak has been my go to lately, I used to be all about the Cajun chicken pasta then the burgers but lately I've been loving their country fried steak! So crispy and I love the gravy it comes with and the mashed potatoes. I always get the gravy on the side so it doesn't make my steak soggy (I like it crispy when it comes to the table) and I get my corn with no butter. They put a pepper seasoning on the corn which I don't mind, it gives it a kick. I do notice that sometimes it comes with garlic bread and sometimes it doesn't. This is one of my regular lunch places to go to in Mililani Town Center. The food is always pretty good, and the customer service is great. We got a variety of margaritas during our lunch visit this time, and the Li Hing Mui margarita is probably my favorite. They have lunch specials during the week, which I love, because I never finish all of my food, and they have a lot of different options. This time we went for the Turkey Club sandwich and the Chicken Avocado sandwich, which both came with French fries. My club sandwich was very tasty, and they stuff it with so much turkey, so you definitely get you money's worth. The chicken avocado sandwich had a similar taste, but it came on a pretzel bun which was pretty yummy. Of course, I'll definitely be back again soon! read more

Went in as a party of 4, but then a couple more people joined us. They accommodated us with no complaints and were very understanding. The manager was great helped out the servers/hostesses by wiping tables and chairs. Sat us at a bigger table when more people joined. One of our guests ordered an appetizer but the eggrolls wasn't as crispy as the other appetizer. The server and manager corrected it immediately. They were very attentive and checked on us frequently. As a server I was very impressed with that. The manager always touched our table and helped refilled our beverages. I wish I got his name but he was a tall Caucasian man, he needs a raise he's an awesome manager. Will be back again! read more

We were in Mililani and decided to grab dinner at Chili's before heading home to Ewa. This location was crowded when we got there with live music in the lanai seating area. We were seated quickly inside since there was only 2 in our party. Our server was very attentive and kept our soft drinks filled. Our food came out quickly and tasted good! On this visit we ordered the Triple Dipper, Boss Burger, and then the chocolate chip cookie skillet for dessert. Took over half an hour for our food to come out. They also didn't make all of our food. We got the smokehouse combo of ribs, sausage, and brisket quesadilla. They left out the sausage initially, but we got it by the end of our meal. It came with garlic toast, corn on the cob, and fries. The ribs were very tender with a great barbecue sauce on top. The other items were pretty good too, but nothing remarkable. The steak, shrimp, and chicken fajitas were also good. We got the combo of three proteins. It comes with guac, sour cream, cheese, Mexican rice, and black beans to go with your tortillas. They give four tortillas - more would've been better. You need at least 6 honestly. Been to this chili's a few times. Overall, most of the food is good. We came here last night after wanting a quick bite for our anniversary. Service was great, our waitress was very attentive and ensured we had refills. We ordered the half order of Texas cheese fries for an appetizer. Usually they come out so hot you can't barely touch the fries. This time the plate was hot but the fries weren't really. It tasted like they maybe had been sitting for a little while. I ordered the southwest shrimp Cesar salad. It was okay, I wasn't crazy about the dressing and the salad to shrimp ratio was off. Tons and tons of lettuce but only a few little shrimp. Overall everything was okay but for the prices you pay for an appetizer, salad, and some pasta isn't worth $70. read more

We ordered chips and queso. We also receive salsa. I love Chili's chips very light, thin, and crispy. The salsa is good. The queso was good- warm with cheese, refried beans, and a little spicy. I ordered 1/2 rack of BBQ ribs, fries, and corn on the cob. My favorite is the street corn. The ribs was very good. Most of the ribs were soft, moist, and tasty. My bf ordered his favorite. Chicken wings and house green salad with balsamic dressing. I brought the other half of my half rack and enjoyed it for lunch. I'm sure we'll be back! read more
