Service from the beginning was not so great, but the server that served us was good. The host was pretty rude from the start, while checking in she asked if the whole party was here and I said they are in the parking lot making their way in. Then she replied, "well they need to be all in here!", as soon as she said that my whole party was outside waiting, I then told her we are all here, she looked at me rudely and said, " well you have to wait, we are still getting your table ready!!" If you're the first person the customer sees you need to work on the way you talk to them and you need to work on your attitude. Our server on the other hand was very attentive and made sure our drinks were filled. Our orders were taken in a timely matter and food came out faster than usual. Food was good and I enjoyed the rack of ribs. The ribeye steak was also good and also enjoyed the loaded potato soup (pricey for the cup of soup). All in all at the end of the night we left full and content but the experience we had from the beginning was so unpleasant.

Came on a Thursday night and the place was packed! There were plenty of people waiting for tables, but the host told us that the wait would be about 20-25 minutes, so we decided to wait. When we got on the waitlist, it was through Yelp! I didn't realize I could've done it before we even left home! But it's okay because we only waited around 15 minutes before getting seated at the high tables. Our server, Jayson, was nice and friendly and super attentive especially for how busy it was. We got our water right away and didn't wait long for our pupus. We ordered the bottomless chips and the 8 piece wings. my husband got the Nashville hot, and I got the sweet chili. Both flavours were 10/10! I could've easily eaten a dozen myself. For our mains, my husband went with his usual Triple Dipper. His fried mozzarella didn't have that cheese pull this time, but he still loved it. I had the margarita grilled chicken with Mexican rice and subbed the beans for broccoli. I was worried the chicken would be dry, but it was actually super juicy! The broccoli was a bit softer than how I'd normally cook it. But it's okay. All in all, we had a good meal, great service, and awesome time. We'll definitely be back and next time, we're getting on that waitlist early! Also bring a sweater, it was kinda cold!

For being such a busy night, the resturant wasn't that loud. Our waiter was on point. We sat down, got our drinks and our chips. In about 15-minutes, our meals were served to us. The food was on point. We really enjoyed our meal.

I would like to provide an update since my last review. After my last review reflecting my last experience that wasn't positive, Chanel, who I believe is their public relations manager reached out to me to get more information on my experience. After our conversation, I agreed to give Chili's another chance. My family and I stopped in earlier this month after my sister's Hula performance. My experience was a lot better. Upon being seated, our waitress greeted us right away and took our drink orders. It was a busy Saturday night. She came back and took our orders. I had shared with her a card that I had created that listed my food allergies for her to share with the chef. My order came out perfectly and it was delicious! I want to thank Chanel and the staff for making my experience a lot better.

stopped by Chili's in Mililani Towne Center for lunch, and it was exactly the kind of experience you hope for when you revisit a place after years away. The food delivers everything you expect from Chili's -- bold flavors, comforting classics, and sauces that absolutely hit the mark. Their ranch, queso, avocado, and mozzarella sauces were all on point and really elevated everything I ordered. The menu has definitely changed since the last time I was here, but in a good way. Plenty of options, and everything felt fresh and familiar at the same time. Around 1:00 pm the restaurant was surprisingly quiet, which made for a relaxing lunch. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. A special shoutout to my server, Daphne. Even though she's still in training, she was completely on top of things -- attentive, friendly, and confident. She made the whole experience even better. Overall, a great choice for lunch and a solid reminder of why Chili's remains a go‑to spot for casual dining. Marie

Also, why isn't the outside seating open?? Especially on a nice day, we gotta be able to sit outside and enjoy Hawaii weather!! Short staffed? Hire more! Part-time? Seasonal? Food: gotta bring back the free chips and salsa with a Yelp check-in!!!! The people will come!!

Chips and Salsa, Hatch Queso didn't come out yet. Poke containers for salsa?

Technically should be a 3.5 star review. There were 2 hosts for once and they were kind and prompt with service. Sat at the bar booth with 2 others. Bartender was friendly and prompt, service was great and the wait wasn't bad. Lost 1 star by using a plastic 8oz cup for the salsa that we ordered. Odd because that's usually a back of house or takeout thing. It's the ones we get when purchasing 1/2 lb poke. Looks like there was enough bowls another dishes to make it a little nicer. Kudos to the lady working Expo in the kitchen, she had them rolling with food coming out, even asking for runners. Timing on plates were great (for once). Lost a 1/2 star there, there was no music or TV playing, so you could hear EVERYTHING from the kitchen. Not that anything bad was heard, just customers don't want to hear someone yelling...RUNNER! Overall pretty good considering.

The new menu must have been part a f an upgrade to the service as well. The host was attentive and efficient. The wait staff made the experience like if was for football games. I don't mind paying more for good food with portions to match. I have had three excellent meals with my family and can say they are back.

Food was good, Chillis always has very generous portions sizes. We really enjoyed the honey chipotle mozzarella sticks. The shark attack margarita was great, very sweet but also huge. The restaurant itself is clean, bathrooms were clean, our daughter liked all the pretty glasses. Service was where they excelled, our server Emilio was a sweetheart. Answered all our questions and checked on us often. Left very full

Came in Sunday for a quick dinner and had such a great time. We were sat down immediately and our drinks came soon after. I ordered a margarita with a few modifications and it came out perfect! We mentioned sharing a burger to one another when ordering since we couldn't decide on our entrees, the server overheard and BOH brought out our burger and sides already split on two plates! It was such a kind and thoughtful touch. I've had nothing but great experience with the FOH staff here so far and it gives me nothing but reasons to come back. Also if you were the one serving my boyfriend and I, I'm sorry he can't count lol. Thank you for being kind and understanding. Thank you so much!

    Fajita Trio! Yum!
    Brian L.

Stepped into Chili's today for a nice dinner. It was a pleasant experience. The wait staff did a great job at taking our orders and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. Chili's isn't one of our 'go-to' places typically but we might make it one soon, considering the great service and cleanliness. We shared the fajita trio and bottomless chips and salsa. Everything was great tasting. The only thing they can improve on with the fajita trio is maybe add more than just 4 tortillas. Especially if your sharing with your spouse or friend. Four tortillas doesn't really go very far with two people. Overall, great experience and very glad we stopped in. Looking forward to our next visit. :)

All the servers disappeared into the kitchen for 20 minutes. Tables with parties that left over half an hour ago have still not been bussed. At least like 4-5 other tables sat besides us. We got: * Mozzarella sticks: 7/10 pretty basic, tastes like store bought frozen cheese sticks refried (pretty sure it is) * Breakfast Burrito: My friend said this is always his go-to. I didn't get to try, but he seemed to really enjoy it. Super cheesy it seems o Side of buttermilk pancakes: 8/10, solid, a hefty side to have. * SPECIAL: Cheeseburger Omelet: 8.8/10. I requested for no pickles. This was pretty good, I probably would have requested for the mustard and kictehced to be on the side so I could portion it a bit better o Side of hashbrowns: 8.2/10. Solid side to have. I wish it was crispy on both sides though. The bottom side be lacking in color. The service was friendly but they were lowkey lacking on the speed. The side of pancakes came first, then the mozzarella sticks came a few minutes later. Then 10ish minutes later I got my omelet. Then 10 more minutes and my friend got his burrito and that's when I got my hashbrowns.

They're located inside the Donquijote Food Court and have ample seating inside as well as outside. I went with the Wagyu burger, fries, and tossed salad, and all three were very tasty. The burger was juicy and flavorful, the fries were salty and crispy on the outside, and the tossed salad was light and the dressing paired perfectly with it. One thing to keep in mind: they make everything fresh to order, so the wait can be a little longer than your typical quick-service spot. I actually think the freshness is worth the extra time, but it's something to be aware of if you're in a hurry. Also tried the Apple Mint Mojito, which was delicious--light, refreshing, and a great complement to the burger. One tip: If you prefer your burger more well-done, definitely let them know when you order. The burger can come out on the rarer/juicier side, so communicate your preferred doneness upfront. Overall, a tasty meal with quality ingredients and a nice made-to-order feel. 5/5 stars and I'd definitely come back.

Just right beside the Don Quijote food court is a cute place called Naks Cafe as this cozy spot offers quite the extensive menu from pasta, sandwiches and various plates though it all sounds amazing the prices were quite up there as well knowing that times are tough I couldn't see myself having French toast bites for $16.85 but badly need to refuel after a long day of errands. Seeing that they had soup of the day sounded very comforting and it was Japanese Corn Soup sounded perfect it was that along with a cup of Apple Mint Mojito sounded like the perfect combo strange as it may sound but I did enjoy it. The staff was very friendly as they brought out my items to me as I waited outside at the food court not just as it's a tiny place but no air-condition at all as it was very hot and humid in there was quite concerning and hope they have a fan or something to keep them cool which the drink certainly did that for me and I really enjoyed this refreshing sip. As for the soup it was very nice and hot and had a nice light flavor it just tasted like the instant soup I get from the store it wasn't like the corn was fresh especially since it claims to be house-made I was slightly disappointed but did come with two little pieces of garlic bread which did elevate it more still couldn't save my disappointment considering it was $9.85 over $17 with my drink, it gave me the much needed comfort as I just wanted some hot soup which I was so happy to find in the convenience right beside Don Quijote food court. Thank you!

The broth was good, but the noodles were lukewarm and a bit mushy. And they give you a really small portion for what you're paying for. The meats (pork and chicken) were especially tough and chewy. At any rate, people seem to love it here and maybe it's because of the sizzling plates. So, if you do come here, get them.
